Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Indy Floor Coating without ever really getting started. I spoke with the sales representative and explained what I wanted. I thought they installed Penntek products but after a lengthy discussion with Susan, I was sold on the product Indy Floor Coating uses and their company as a whole. I told her where I was located, which is 45 miles from their HQ, but was assured that the distance wasn't a problem. I was then given an initial quote over the phone and scheduled an in-home appointment. The appointment was two weeks from the initial call. Of course I was anxious to get the project completed so I called one week later and left a voicemail for Susan to see if we could expedite this project...she did not return my call. On the day of the scheduled appointment, actually two hours before the appointment, I called again to verify the appointment but once again, I had to leave a voicemail. About an hour later, Susan returned my call and said they were out of the office last week and couldn't return my initial call. She went on to say that they (Bill) declined our project because it was out of their service area. I remind you (the reader) that this was one of the very first questions I asked. After Susan apologized, we ended the call. However, I was left with an unfinished garage floor and the feeling that they could have notified me much earlier. Makes me wonder if they can't even return phone calls, how good can they really be at laying a floor covering which will last decades?
