We never heard back. Nonetheless, they put us on an annual maintenance program and proceeded to send message after message, even after we unsubscribed. When I emailed to say that we had previously requested contact, were ignored, and that we were not interested in further services, the representative simply sent a thumbs up. The lack of professional integrity is stunning. Our concerns could have been addressed in a professional and prompt manner. We were misled by Google reviews and a really talented salesperson.
