There was a competitor supply store right around the corner from my house, but they were quoting twice the cost of the switch ($14.25 at central supply). So I drove 30 min to the east side (I live on the west side of Indy) because they had been friendly on the phone and it was half price compared to the other store near me. Once I arrived, I quickly found the parts counter and was somewhat unprepared to order as I was unsure what I needed. I had snapped several photos of my pressure switch/tank to help me. That's when one of the regular plumbers (who was ordering parts also) looked at my pics and totally helped me order all that I needed to do the job. While we waited for our orders to get picked from the warehouse, I continued to learn more about pressure switches from the nice plumber who had ordered my parts for me. The staff and patrons were friendly, and very helpful. I was able to also purchase the wires I needed as well as a new pressure gauge because they have both plumbing and electrical supplies. Total bill : $27.38. Competition : $32.50 for just the pressure switch. I will definitely come back for my next plumbing/electrical needs. Thanks, everyone, for your help - it was a success made easy because of you.

I never thought I'd buy a Weber grill, as I didn't understand why they seemed so expensive. After an Ace salesman showed me some differences and how they stocked all of the parts I may need down the road, I purchased one. That was a bit over a year ago, and I haven't had even the slightest "buyers remorse". Sure, it was a lot more than one of the other brands at a big box store, but wow does it do a great job. The heat is so even, and all of the controls just feel sturdy. On top of that most of the internals are made from stainless steel and should last a LONG time. Ace is a great asset to western Noblesville. As this town has grown, we've gotten all of the big box stores, but with those comes traffic and customer service that is mediocre at best. It's definitely nice to have a locally owned store where I can go pick up the things I need without having to drive across town.

We had experienced OK rentals in the past with them via a community group we worked with so we had high hopes. We planned for a week-long rental and picked up the unit at the end of the day on Tuesday. After not seeing any water running from the outlet hose on Wednesday morning and seeing no water when the system purge was activated, we didn't believe the unit was working properly. Our other dehumidifiers were producing water and the humidity level in the basement was obvious. In addition, we found that the unit was leaking water from it's bottom onto the basement floor, which was causing more issues with dehumidifying the basement. Thursday morning, the unit was returned to the store noting the issues. The weekly rental was $140 and I would have reluctantly paid for 2 days of my 7-day rental at $40. However, since we returned the unit after only 2 days, Sunbelt insisted on the $45 daily rate. After some argument from my husband, they allowed a $10 reduction for our "trouble". So we paid ~$85 for a 2-day rental of a non-functional, problematic unit. I believe that, since the unit we rented did not work properly, we should not have been charged at all. The best resolution would have been to receive a working unit to fulfill the remainder of our 7-day rental. Instead, we purchased a new home dehumidifier and felt Sunbelt had taken advantage of our situation as flood victims. Update: After sending an e-mail of this situation to the manager, got a call from him even though it sounded like he was on vacation in Florida. He apologized and offered lots advice on water damage management. He offered to set us up with carpet fans today if we wanted and said that he would take care of crediting us when he returned to the store. Timing didn't allow to get the fans but it was nice to get a personal response and resolution.

LOL! Fast forward a few years, my mom loves to pop in here for everything from cleaning supplies to milk. I was unaware of Menards as a brand until this location opened. It is like a Home Depot or a Lowe's (chains I am familiar with), but with more of a local community feel. We have had reason to be there to purchases light bulbs, a toilet, an area rug, a greeting card and seasonal holiday candy...and that was just yesterday. LOL! Ice cream bars, yes that was in our shopping cart as well (yes, there is a grocery section, Lowe's nor Home Depot has that). Maybe is the case with staffing everywhere these days, sometimes is can be difficult to locate someone to ask questions to and when you then find them, you will either get a seasoned person who knows many things or a newbie that knows nothing. Staff seem friendly though, especially the cashiers who always seem abundant. I have enjoyed going with my mom to "putz around," like I would do at a Target or Whole Foods in my Las Vegas life, for you really know what you might find. Seeds for her garden....summer play toys for her grandkids....vinyl flooring....outdoor lawn furniture....a huge lighting department....they have a wide array of product. The store is welcoming, well lit and always clean.
