Matt Deiters did an inspection, walked me through his recommendations and gave me a verbal estimate that he followed up with a detailed estimate via email within 24 hours. He was very accommodating about waiting for a date to do the work that worked for my family's schedule as well as his team's. The two men who did the work were very tidy and thorough. They explained to me the remediation process including the removal of old insulation and the sealing of the crawlspace vents. After they had completed the work, they showed me all that was done to seal the crawlspace and properly insulate. They worked with us to find a time to come over and assess the space. They verified the work needed and were extremely honest in what work mentioned in the initial inspection wasn't necessary and why that was the case, saving us time and money. Matt and his crew replaced a cinderblock support for my floor joists about four months ago. I was told to see how things settled and if needed they would come back and rebalance. After four months, I noted that the floor had settled a little high in one spot. Matt sent out an excellent technician who rebalanced the steel beam supporting the floor joist in our crawlspace. Ten years ago we found rodent, moisture, mold, and insect problems with our crawl space that was creeping up into the walls of our first floor. We had Crawlspace Doctor do their magic, including installing an additional sump pump. Immediately, the problems were gone and we haven't had any of the same problems since. He was very knowledgeable and showed me pictures of exactly what he was quoting. Matt scheduled my appointment and the crew was on time and very thorough - if they saw something that wasn't on their scope of work, they went ahead and fixed it. Our crawlspace was a mess. We had wet areas, and sometimes the entire crawlspace flooded. In the summer we had a musty smell in the house, and in the winter we had moisture on all our windows. Then over two days, they came in, jacked the foundation up, put in steel beams, and restored us back to where we were supposed to be.
