We learned a lot and appreciate the time she spent with us. One of the unique aspects of Blakley's is that you can take home sample flooring for a rental period of 3 days! Not sure if other places do this but this is good information and very helpful if you are a visual person and want to see the different flooring options in your home. We had also wanted to replace the ceramic tiling in our bathroom and 2 other contractors gave us bids around $1000 just to remove that existing tile. Matt told us we should leave it in because it was nice ceramic tile and if we were to ever sell the house, the ceramic tile would be more desirable than the LPV we wanted to put in the bathroom. He could have made a lot of money off us removing the tiling and replacing it with a lesser quality product, but he didn't. The day the flooring was delivered to our house it was obvious that the wrong flooring was delivered. Matt immediately checked the style number and was able to determine the makers of the flooring had made an error. Since we had already put all our furniture in another room Matt offered to give us a break on the price. The installation was done by Alex who is not only outstanding at laying flooring, but he's a hoot to talk with. I would use these guys in a heartbeat for any future flooring needs.

WOW!!! What a different house now!!! We have a 110 year old…read morefarmhouse and it had disgusting carpet and old vinyl flooring that was more than 25 years old. Brian and Ray came out and put new vinyl sheeting down and JUST WOW!!!! It was 7 1/2 days of work for these poor guys because they had to tear up old nasty carpeted floors, put new sub floor down, level floors because they were just so uneven(as much as an inch and a half) but they did an AMAZING JOB. From the start of the project with Jamie who came out and measured, met us at the company and showed us the flooring, and to the end product with Ray and Brian who are very nice, professional, and easy going, it was just a great experience. I also want to thank Athena who I talked with at the company and on the phone. She is very sweet and helpful as well. The guys put trim down around our fireplace hearth tiles and where the foyer meets the dining room. And it was just a great call on their end to use the wood trim for the foyer and the black painted for the fireplace tiles. You want a job done, get Reardons Flooring!! We actually told them we wanted them back after the first of the year(2026)to put flooring down in 2 more rooms for us!!! They've got our business as long as they stay in business!!!
