It was beautiful the first year, with only a few scattered popouts. Unfortunately, our experience over the past three years has been disappointing. Within the 3 year warranty period, our patio began developing widespread popouts. We reported the issue during the warranty window, repairs were completed, and an additional $800 was paid to IDC during that process. Despite the repair, which we appreciated, the condition continued and worsened over the past year. Most recently, June 4th, while simply rinsing the patio with a garden hose, additional pieces of concrete broke loose from the surface, further increasing our concern about the patio's condition and long-term durability. After the warranty period ended, we requested another meeting to discuss the continued deterioration. During that visit, much of the discussion focused on the normality of this condition, with comparisons to our 20+ year-old driveway and repeated suggestions that salt or another product may have contributed to the damage. We explained that we do not use salt on the patio and that the only treatment applied to the surface was power washing and sealing completed by IDC. During this same meeting, we were also told the warranty may have been affected because we had only paid to have the patio professionally power washed and sealed by IDC one time during the three-year period, despite yearly sealing being an additional service at our expense. This was surprising to us, especially since the deterioration had already begun and was reported during the warranty period. When we asked whether customers should reasonably expect a properly installed patio less than four years old to deteriorate in this way, we did not receive an answer. We were offered an additional repair option at our expense, but were also told there was no prior experience showing whether the proposed solution would stop the issue long term. Because we wanted to better understand what we were seeing, we sought opinions from other concrete professionals. Based on those conversations, we have been told the condition appears likely to be ongoing and that repairs may require repeated maintenance and expense over time rather than a permanent solution. We were advised that patching and refinishing may improve appearance temporarily but would most likely not permanently stop future popouts. Complete tear out and repouring was recommended since repairs would be costly and temporary. We understand concrete can naturally have imperfections, and we never expected perfection. However, our contract references minor popouts, while what we are experiencing is widespread deterioration that began during the warranty period and continued after repair. Based on the condition of our patio, which is not yet four years old, along with the professional opinions we received, we do not believe this reflects normal concrete imperfections or the quality of work IDC promotes and are concerned something may have gone wrong with the original installation or materials. We are sharing this experience so future customers can ask detailed questions before signing. What level of deterioration is considered "normal" in the first few years? What does "minor popouts" mean? What happens if a repair completed during the warranty period does not resolve the issue? And what long-term solutions are offered if problems continue? We genuinely hoped and paid for a better quality product and wish this situation had been handled differently. We are left with a patio that is not quite four years old and continues to deteriorate.

They offered practical options to help us balance project size with cost, and the lead time they provided was accurate within a few days. Our project involved replacing a front walk that had previously been lifted using an injection method from another company. That repair failed because of issues with the base. Silver's removed the fallen walk and broken bricks, rebuilt the base properly, and tied the new step and walk into the porch. The seam is clean, flat, and solid. They also replaced several shattered sidewalk panels and tied them into the existing panels with rebar. Both the immediate cleanup and the follow‑up cleanup after removing the barrier were thorough. Based on this experience, I would absolutely hire Silver's Concrete again.

Front driveway and sidewalk covered in a bad sealant. The driveway looked so bad they agreed to re-do only the driveway after months of dispute. (However refused to re-do connecting sidewalk). Now we are left with concrete that does not match. This is not slander, just real images of the final product we received. If this wouldn't bother you, give them a call.

I used them for a 15'x21' stamped concrete patio. I would not recommend them…read more Tim is the gentleman who will give you the quote and he was decent to work with. The first time the crew came they pour was pretty bad and they were instructed to redo it. The second try was better but they ran out of one stain 1/3 of the way through and used a different stain. Also their pictures online are misleading. They don't clean up the seams between the stamps, so it doesn't looks good. Nor do they make sure the stamps actually take and the grooves are a suitable depth. So most of the groves are super shallow. The aesthetic for the second pour is better but frustrating because it's a premium to stamp it and the work is a C-. The sealant has a lot of bubbles that are pealing. For more general comments, they don't seal up the door so the concrete dust will get inside your house and the water from the power washing will get inside your garage. I spent over 13hrs cleaning up the dust from the house and cleaning out garage after they sprayed water and sandy grit inside it. The water and sand ruined food and it meant my new washer and dryer sat in water for several days until I got home to clean it up. I brought all of this up to them before posting and they offered to pay for the food but not the full damage. Also the crew threw trash in the gravel during construction, which damages the concrete long term, and they left their snack and lunch trash in my yard both times and left nails in the yard afterwards. I have a dog and I didn't appreciate that. They left concrete on my driveway too.

Mike Speek Jr was the rep who came out to give us a quote. He was awesome, professional and gave us all the info we needed. He wanted to make the sale and really sweetened the deal for us which was awesome. We went with an aluminum fence and wanted to make sure it was durable and would last. The warranties they offer are more expansive than any other company we got quotes from. Which makes us as the customer feel very confident in our purchase knowing that if anything were to go wrong, or break, or bend, we will be taken care of. I would highly recommend getting a quote from AmeriFence if you are in the market for a fence.
