Still Breezeline is better than most, particularly Spectrum. But we are moving and it is a real headache canceling service. You can't call. You can chat. You wait, and wait and wait and then answer many questions multiple times. Then just when you are almost finished, you get dusconnected. Since you provided your number can they call back? No. You must start the process over again. Is there something wrong with an 800 number with a callback option during normal business hours? Xfinity had the same business model and I just ended up successfully using my Visible hot spot. Sure I like using my smart devices at will. And I barely remember how to use a light switch with my smart plugs but 90 minutes to cancel service is ridiculous. I also got the feeling that the agent was on multiple chats at once. Please dont refer to me as a valued customer. If I was valued, it would be easier to interact with you. And i wanted service canceled at the end of the month and told them so. I bet they cancel today and it is too much hassle to stop them.

If you try to contact them via customer support, they leave the chat in the middle of the conversation without resolving your issues. I have to be on with them literally every week trying to figure out why my internet connection is so poor. Its a different answer every single time - your modem needs to be replaced, your area has a outage, our wires were cut, you need an extender, you DONT need an extender, your plan needs to be changed, etc etc . This clearly shows their inexperience. I am surprised they are still in business and have customers. I would rate -5 stars if I could. Your technician told me on May 26th that she would ship me a new modem because I had internet connectivity issues. On June 6th, I again reached out to the customer support for internet connectivity and they said that no modem was shipped and they dont see any such request on my account. I mean, seriously, are we a joke to you guys ?

    I just needed internet services. I have had the service for over a year now. Started out great and…read morethe monthly charge was good. But the services started going downhill. I could not get online or I could get online but could not get into my apps such as my banking app. Then they started charging me more without notice till I was paying $100 a month for pretty much no service. It is hard to get a hold of them. I cancelled today and for that offense I have an extra $100 in fees tacked onto my final bill. Biggest rip off I have ever seen. Stay away from this company. Thought Spectrum was bad until I had the misfortune to start with this company.

Nolan was the first person to…read morecome out and give us a plan for our fiber WiFi and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After this frontier sent out people to do tunnelling for the fiber to be run through (which we later found out was done incorrectly) and explained that after this was done someone else would come by to actually install the internet. After two weeks we had an appointment that canceled on us and then another one a week later that also cancelled on us so we were willing to give it one last shot before switching to another provider. Nolan ended up being our technician that was assigned to us this time and he went above and beyond to make sure everything would be installed correctly! During this process the frontier customer service was a nightmare to deal with, but if you're looking to get WiFi from frontier ask for Nolan because he will make sure the job gets done.
