And I barely remember how to use a light switch with my smart plugs but 90 minutes to cancel service is ridiculous. I also got the feeling that the agent was on multiple chats at once. After this frontier sent out people to do tunnelling for the fiber to be run through (which we later found out was done incorrectly) and explained that after this was done someone else would come by to actually install the internet. After two weeks we had an appointment that canceled on us and then another one a week later that also cancelled on us so we were willing to give it one last shot before switching to another provider. Nolan ended up being our technician that was assigned to us this time and he went above and beyond to make sure everything would be installed correctly! During this process the frontier customer service was a nightmare to deal with, but if you're looking to get WiFi from frontier ask for Nolan because he will make sure the job gets done.

My problem with Verizon is that there is no pro rating of the bill. Your service with them ceases when you start up with your new service. For us that meant that while I only used Verizon for one week of the billing period, I paid for three weeks that I no longer had access. That is a hefty chunk of change. And I got another bill for $1.13 for the next month even though I was told by Verizon customer service, I was paid in full. So heads up if you go with Verizon and later opt out. You pay for a full month even if you stopped service 6 days into the new month. And maybe this is worth checking into with all cell phone providers.

And just to add a cherry on top, and he had me calling a number to try to fix my credit application when the number was specifically for Verizon employee, they even ask for a store ID etc. I don't know if you guys are allow to even tho that, but for real, you guys need to make sure who you hire because that guy legit made me wanna tell him to screw off.
