Nestor is the man! I met him at a recent event held by my dentist in Buena Park, and dude is legit! He showed up with his cart, tasty ingredients, and awesome attitude. I didn't know someone could be both so chill and professional, but Nestor pulls it off! I ate at least 15 tacos, and each time I returned for another plate, he smiled and said, "You're my best customer today." Haha! There were rice, beans, pico de gallo, cucumber, radish, asada, al pastor, and pollo, and that pork is bomb! Tacos were street style and had double corn tortillas. Salsa options included avocado, verde, and habanero, and all three were perfectly flavourful! I didn't expect there to be a big ass bucket of horchata, but I had a few cups of that, too. My job recently hired them for catering--for an employee appreciation week--and I must say these tacos were delicious! I was truly hesitant to say the least, because of the area my job is located at I found it impossible for amazing tacos anywhere near here, but I was not disappointed. The tacos were definitely delicious and I might even drive to their location myself! I wish there were a diversity of meat available, however, I believe the meats available were because of negotiation with the coordinator of my job. I can safely say I 100% recommend these tacos! Nestor's Taco was serving up some delicious $2 tacos outside the Aquarium of the Pacific on Friday in the Food Truck round-up area. They were serving asada, al pastor, chorizo, and pollo tacos. Ordering was easy and they handed you a plate. I tried the al pastor and asada tacos. You can top with any of the toppings available along with different salsas. They serve asada, al pastor, chorizo, and pollo tacos. They grilled the meats and made the tacos freshly in front of us. We could request to add any toppings you wanted. I liked their salads, too. This is the second time I have had their tacos. The first time was at a Birthday party they catered in Asuza, CA. Their tacos are the best Ive had street tacos but none like theirs. The meat was so tender and tasty. I have never heard of "suadero" but when I had it...oh. my gosh its so delicious. This taco truck has some of the best tacos I've had in all California. I've tried many taco trucks and street vendors and these are top notch. I really like there suadero, chorizo and pastor tacos. I haven't tried the others. The grilled onions are delicious. The staff is all cool with great customer service. There red and green sauces are really good too. I'm going to return to try the other meats, but I've been hearing good things about the lengua and buche meats. My only issue with this place is theres no tables or chairs to sit at, but that's because it's a taco truck. All I can say is please check this place out. read more

I recently visited this truck and I have to say I was disappointed. Maybe I went on their off day, there was only one lady working the truck and she was taking orders and making them. Usually I'm ok with this but this lady was taking your money and giving you change and immediately making tacos no hand washing necessary... I know it must be hard to work the truck alone but wash your hands lady. The buche tacos were good the rest of the tacos were ok.
