As for the salsas, the red one that was roasted had the most flavor, but we also enjoyed the pico de gallo and the avocado they provided with the food. Our experience at the truck was great! They had leftover stickers on a roll and they just gave us the rest to hand out to all the kids at the party. This was my first time to have a whole cup of corn since I don't normally buy some from the street vendors so I don't know how to compare it to, but all of the party guest enjoyed it. We went simple with the additional toppings but that Hot Cheetos is worth the extra price. My wife prefers her corn with a little extra of the broth, and that's not how they serve it, so if you want extra broth, make sure to ask. Some guest asked for it and they happily served it that way. They gave a 15 min warning as they were preparing to leave and we still had plenty of left over corn, which they gave to us we just had to provide a container. Our package included two regular pizzas (cheese and pepperoni) and two specialty pizzas, and we chose BBQ chicken and Hawaiian. Everything was fresh and delicious. At one point, David even walked around with a freshly made pepperoni and jalapeño pizza that he made on the spot without us even asking. Our guests loved it! One thing that really stood out to me was how accommodating David was. I mentioned that we had a guest with a dairy allergy, and without hesitation, he made a fresh cheeseless pizza specifically for them. That level of attentiveness really impressed me and meant a lot as the host. He also offers different pricing options for adults and children, along with gluten-free dough, which is really helpful when you're feeding a large group with different dietary needs. Beyond the food, David is just genuinely great to work with. He is responsive, professional, organized, flexible, and clearly takes pride in what he does.
