Stopped into Nest and Feathers downtown, in the former art gallery space next to Eight Cousins. The shop itself is lovely, beautiful rugs, artwork, and children's gifts, but the atmosphere was surprisingly cold. Three female employees were mulling around and chatting among themselves and never greeted or acknowledged me. When i asked if the store was new, the response was brief and unfriendly. We had been interested in rugs and artwork but ended up leaving without so much as a goodbye. Hoping the customer experience improves, because the store has real potential. read more
