Whoever does this place's sourcing needs a raise! I walked in today and absolutely fell in love with every section of this beautiful store. Honestly if I could buy everything I would. Expect typical boutique-like prices without much if anything on sale but honestly I was so pleased with the amount of options I didn't mind, seriously living so close to Manhattan there isn't much I haven't seen.... But this store fooled me! I bought about 6 items just because I've never seen them elsewhere and was thoroughly impressed. I will be back!!!!! read more

This should be a must-visit if you're in the area! The store looks deceptively small from the outside, you head in and initially see stuff like hand sanitizer (it's 2020!) and some jewelry/purses, standard Cape stuff etc but venture a little further and this store is a TREASURE CHEST!!! I literally got all of my holiday shopping done in an hour. Beautiful home decor, really unique dishes and gifts are upstairs. I'm a greeting-card addict and I ended up leaving with about 20 with unique messages - heartfelt/funny/edgy and more. Notepads, stationery, books, soaps (like maybe 50 pairs with hilarious captions), candles, unique baby gifts, socks etc. There's SO MUCH here and whoever is the buyer has really fabulous taste and curations skills. Oh my goodness I love this place. They have the very best buyer/s. I wandered in one day years ago on accident and look forward to my yearly stop. I now know that I prefer to block out 2 hours so I can spend time truly appreciating their selection. You'll find things here you certainly wouldn't find anywhere else. Just to give you an example- I think on my last trip I left with two necklaces, a hat, two wine tumblers, a pair of sunglasses, a chapstick, a couple children's books, a coffee table book and many many cards. Their card selection is fabulously funny. I could spend 2 hours looking and laughing at them. If you're a planner, you'd be smart to knock out lots of your gift shopping here no matter the time of year because you surely will be giving a unique awesome gift! read more

A great little shop to stop in if you're in the area right off the main road in Harwich. They sell many different things from jewelry, to purses, some of the best smelling soaps and hand creams, children's items, great card selection, purses etc. If you're looking for a funky pair of socks you should stop here! Never going back there. The second we walked in and they immediately said "I think we should turn the cameras on." We were looking around and I 100% know they were following us all around the store. I would take 1 corner and they are there watching us a foot away. My friend accidentally dropped and ornament (which did not permanently broken and was 100% fixable) and the women came over and stood next to me staring and scarily smiling at us when we turned to her to say sorry she didn't say thing. She then said "I can take that for you" with a very scary smile. We apologized and tried to move on with our browsing. We walked up the few steps to the other room and we turned around and there she was again. We were there for a good 25-30 minutes. And everywhere we went, she went. I felt like I couldn't leave or I wasn't suppose to. When we walked to the door to leave the woman stood right next to it fully knowing we wouldn't approach her at the door. One of my friends was so uncomfortable she grabbed the door handle and said "I'm just going to wait in the car". We then continued to aimlessly walk around trying to find a second to get away from this worker but we legitimately could not. We turn the next corner and a woman walks out to a room and drops down in front of us Corning us into the isle and says " hello girls how are you" not a smiling on her face more like she was trying to road block us. At this point I was fed up and wanted to leave. I say to her "does she have to pay for that?" (My friend who "broke" it" the woman then says "no but maybe an apology?" In a very quiet and smiley tone very passive aggressive. I have never felt so uncomfortable, I was honestly speechless. I say we're sorry, my friend does the same. We turn to leave and I have never left a store so fast. This may not sound bad but I don't think I have ever felt so uncomfortable in a situation before if I am being completely honest. I am not trying to bring their business down just tryin to make them aware of how they need to fix their service. read more

Excellent shop with something for everyone. Huge place with hand picked quality items that are unique and cool. Man working was very pleasant and nice. Great kids items and gifts. Lots of lotions and potions for your body and jewelry. The shop goes on and on and on. Plenty of parking on the side. Prices are on the high side, but reasonable for what you get and in line with other stores of that caliber. I went with four stars because I always find something I think I need. I do agree that the staff lacks a "connection" to the customers. But if I ask a question or want details about, oh let's say the soaps - someone is always there to answer. But I believe they could be a bit more welcoming. Just my preference to be greeted. The selection of jewelry is excellent with many price points. Personal care products are aplenty. Children's items are lovely. It's worth a stop. Have fun smelling all the perfumes, room scents and lotions. read more

I replied to another persons post but I can't believe how rude the man in this shop was !! He lost three paying customers due to treating me like a burglar by grabbing a tray of rings from right under my nose without a word , and shoving them in the case, to return to his fancy customer!!! I have many tattoos but I also have a lot of jewelry money on this vacation, so by his judgement, all three of us left ! Never again!! read more

Sativa is a wonderful store! They have quality, interesting things. The store is fun to look around in, from their jewelry and accessories to their wonderful candle and home section. There's something for everyone in Sativa. Shopping here for gifts is wonderful. The staff is friendly and welcoming as well. I really like this store. There's a wide variety to choose from and whomever does the buying has a great eye for what the ladies like. Some things are overpriced, but for the most part things are reasonable. Of note is the collection of organic bath and body products. So much great stuff to choose from. Some really unique jewelry pieces as well as the usual resort/Cape Codesque kinds of things. We never miss this place when we come to The Cape. read more

I would love to give Sativa a 5 star rating and would if it were based on product alone. I have been going to this shop since it opened and it carries an incredible array of luxuries....The selection of bags, cards, jewelry, lotions, etc. is wide and eclectic. It would be my go-to shop for every gift purchase BUT the owner of the store is offensive and completely rude. I have given this lovely shop three chances and I am done. An enjoyable shopping experience does not involve the owner following the customer around...leering at them around corners with accusatory eyes. If you suspect every customer is shop lifting from you then you are in the wrong business mister! Being a local I have heard many others with similar experiences. It is unfortunate. No amount of desirable product can erase the bad taste that is left in your mouth when you walk out the door. read more
