A Gem. Why shop anywhere else? I've been shopping and consigning with Beth at Whimsy's for over a decade. The selection, quality and value are second to none! Thank you Beth, for keeping us well dressed and congratulations on 15 years in business! read more

I was so happy to visit Whimsy Consignment Shop in Harwich for the first time! The selection of clothes, jewelry and so much more is incredible!! I enjoyed taking my time walking through the different rooms filled with unique fashions. I'm already looking forward to returning next year!! read more

Surprised by the lack of customer service. My card was charged then after I was informed there was a credit card surcharge. I would have liked to have known ahead of time. I used to like going through this store but won't return now. read more

What a lovely store. And so beautifully decorated. Higher-end clothing and accessories; very reasonably priced. It was so easy to find the designers or "vibes" I was looking for thanks to the way everything is organized and displayed. I'm a consignment store fan. I can say I've never been more impressed. Well done, Whimsey. Denise, from Denver. read more

Nothing but the highest marks for this unique, beautiful shopping experience. If you're on the Cape, it's a must visit. Beautiful Victorian Captain's house where each room holds treasures. Beth is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She goes out of her way to make sure that you're finding what you're looking for. The hand bags, shoes and jewelry are in excellent condition and some have the original tags on them. Don't miss this beautiful shop and don't let the word consignment fool you. This spot is out of the ordinary. Thank you Beth for a wonderful visit. read more

If you are looking for a unique consignment boutique that carries a vast selection and high quality clothes, Whimsy is your answer. Amazing high quality fashion without the high prices. You can also find amazing jewelry made by local artists. Also, for the Francophones amongst you, there is a francophone employee who would love to serve you in your preferred language. I did not expect this and was very pleased to be served in French when I went there shopping. Janique Dubois read more

If you are Rich, of slight build, and like the unique, the chic, the boutique, then this is your place to shop consignment. I am neither rich nor slightly built so nothing would fit my body or my wallet! Though I must say there was some very unusual-in a good way-styles to be seen there. I walked around several times, perusing the jewelry and other accessories, but they too were overpriced. When I was there I learned the owner was from Canada as she spoke French to a few clients it appeared she knew. At first they spoke in hushed voices but eventually were laughing and carrying on. Some of what they were laughing was rude and at my expense. I understand French and at one time spoke almost fluently, but I didn't let them know it. I just left feeling like they thought I wasn't good enough to buy something at Whimsy! To the owner...you never know who speaks the same language as you do, so try to be kind with your words. YOU are not deserving of my purchasing power! Keep your clique, junior high attitude and your high priced USED clothes, etc. There are plenty of other places selling similar couture at prices that fit anyone. And they are not condescending or insulting like you were to me. Thanks but no, thanks! read more

This is one of my favorite consignment stores--and I go to many! I live in Seattle and always go to Whismy when visiting my mom (and bring her along too!). Beth has a true talent for finding gems and treasures, and I have gotten many one-of-kind pieces that are now often-complimented essentials. The shop is so lovely, so always take your time to discover all the lovely unique finds in every room, so artfully displayed. read more

Here's a thumbs-up for the flower arrangements that Whimsy offers in a roadside booth in front of their store. The bouquets are gorgeous and reasonably priced ($15). Thank you, Whimsy, for this wonderful service. read more

Whimsy Consignment Boutique - A lovely bouquet from Whimsy - Used, Vintage & Consignment Near Me - W Harwich, Massachusetts

A fantastic place to visit. Several small rooms, all with a nice variety of clothing, bags, shoes, jewelry, and even a store dog. There was a nice splattering of plus sized items as well. Prices varied from very reasonable to slightly higher than expected. But the variety of items could account for that range. I will definitely be back again. read more

Oh my damn. Love. First of all - lovers of consignment and resale: brace yourselves. This consignment shop occupies the entire first floor of a huge and beautiful Victorian home. Just when you think you've seen the entire place, it unfolds into yet another room, and then another. Not only that, they have refurbished furniture galore (I'll forever long for a $150 velvet burnout upholstered boudoir chair), and a healthy mix of authentic vintage (a pair of art-deco printed Chico's jeans from the 1980s), along with remarkable mint condition resale pieces (a silk Nanette Lepore blouse and Desigual tunic - both still with the original tags). Expect an average price of $35 per piece. Also, the two women there were *lovely,* and fun, and put the cherry on top of their already wonderful store. Hit this store while you're in Cape Cod, it's one of the best I've ever been to (the damage to my bank account is the proof!!). Tip: not everything is marked down accordingly, so before ruling something out, double-check that it's not on sale. read more

Whimsy is an amazing consignment store, especially considering it hasn't even been open for a month! When you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff and gorgeous displays. You wouldn't know it was a consignment store unless you asked. It looks and feels like a high end, Cape Cod clothing and accessories boutique. The clothes are fabulous and very affordable, the inventory is excellent, and the space is personal, organized, and inviting. Everything about Whimsy is wonderful, and I have recommended everyone I know to go there without a second thought. My favorite consignment store on the Cape! read more

This is my favorite consignment shop. Beautiful colorful women's clothing and accessories in a renovated Victorian house overlooking Herring River on rte 28, good parking too. Beth and her staff do an over the top job. I love going there and always find something special. read more

This is the classiest Consignment Shop I've been to and I have seen a few. The special quality is here is that the garments aren't jammed together; they are thoughtfully arranged and accessorized and they feel and look barely worn, or new. The quality is high and prices are very reasonable. The ladies, Beth and Jodie, are easy to shop with and very helpful if you want help but will let you roam and leave you alone if that's what you want. I just bought a fabulous outfit for a wedding which they styled for me plus a faux fur vest for a daughter. My tab was what I would have paid for any single item. I need to check in there every month. I also bought a gorgeous pair of designer craftsman earrings this summer for a song and get so much use from them. They have the "eye." read more
