I purchased a book and unfortunately either in the store or during the stroll it was misplaced. I retraced my steps and couldn't find it. It was a special gift. I went back to the store to see if someone had turned it in. I explained the situation to a gentleman who I believe is the owner. He graciously offered to replace the book at no cost to me.
