I had mixed thoughts about going to Clementine because their Worcester store, Perfect Package, had…read moremessed up an order that my mom had placed over Christmas (just didn't ever put the thing together and didn't return her calls) but they had done a fine job for my sister's wedding through the Chatham store, so they were the first florist that I contacted for my upcoming wedding. I should have listened to my intuition... Robin, the owner, reeked of cigarettes and was totally distracted and rather abrasive during our consultation. I figured that her personality didn't really matter if she could put together all my flowers nicely. She told me that Jennifer from the Chatham store would get her notes and put together a proposal for me in 7-10 days. On day 10 I emailed Jennifer, and left voicemail messages with both Robin and Jennifer requesting an update. Jennifer gets back to me the next day and says she hasn't received the notes from Robin and therefore hasn't started the proposal. 3 days later she tells me she still hasn't gotten the notes but would be happy to "start fresh" with me over the phone. I told her no thanks and I'll take my business elsewhere. So now I'm 2 weeks behind in getting a florist booked and need to "start fresh' with a search for a florist who will value my business. Maybe the Chatham store is ok but that Robin at Perfect Package in Worcester is a disorganized, direspectful, uncommunicative waste of time for brides!

The employee stated she has 20 flower orders per day and couldn't get any work done if she spent time taking pictures of each order. Here is my customer service "Tip of the day". When a customer asks you for something and it will only take 1 minute or less of your time, you should accommodate them. Especially when they are purchasing something "site unseen". 20 orders a day is 20 minutes or less a day to provide this service to your customers. Very disappointed. Remember it is your customer's who keep you in business. Also, if the customer is unhappy with the order, you will have evidence the flowers were fresh and delivered as ordered.
