I went for the first time on July 3 this year! The ticketing system is detailed (read alllllll of…read morethe directions!), but I understand why they have it. I scored a ticket for the "onesie" line and took my sister in law with me. (The onesie ticket allows you, and two guests, to purchase one piece of jewelry and the other ticket gets you, and two guests, into the little store where you can buy multiple pieces.) When we arrived, the lady at the ticket table was friendly and efficient. We had to show her our driver's licenses to match with the info I entered when I got the tix, so BRING YOUR ID! They really do check to make sure the info matches up! We waited in line for a few minutes and chatted with the ladies in front of us who had several Eden pieces from previous summers. The backyard is a really lovely little area, nicely shaded and full of beautiful colors and art. When we got up to the table, a very sweet young lady helped us out. She helped us to pick the prefect size and bracelet. I got the classic silver with a gold screwball and my sister in law got the all gold version. We are both really happy with our new bracelets. The quality is fantastic, and I love that my bracelet is hand crafted on Cape Cod. I definitely recommend, but you need a ticket to go! My best advice is to jump on their ticketing website at 530 in the morning on the day when the tix are released, and just refresh the screen until the ticketing opens up and snag your ticket! All of the details and info is on the website if you are curious. Recommend!

Buyer beware--after three months of delays and mistaken work on a simple ring I wanted made, the…read morejeweler Carl agreed to give me my materials back and actually demanded we pay him $125 from our original deposit for the time he spent delivering nothing. In May, we agreed on a set price for a new band with a simple setting--Carl even popped the stones I had into an example setting he had. Weeks later, after several weeks of delay, I told him I was coming in to see the progress and to get some of my original materials back. Instead of starting with fresh materials, Carl had taken the old, scratched band I brought in with the original stones and attached a tacky, ornate setting to it. When I asked that we do what we originally planned and what I was paying for, he wanted to charge me extra for his spent time. Others have posted about delays and I also experienced delays and excuses. He gave a three-week timeline for the job, originally. When the job was not even started at three weeks, he said he had been at the hospital, then after the second deadline, a death in the family had him out of town (this was a lie--he actually was in town and at the shop). For each delay, I had to reach out to him to see what was happening--you'd think that he or his staff would have called to give status updates for a project running so far over, but there was radio silence unless I checked in. Eventually, I took my materials back, went down the road to a competitor, and they gave me a fresh band, a beautiful simple setting custom-created to my stones, and were proactively checking in with me throughout the process. The job took them five days and the final price was $25 less than Cranberry Jewelers.

They were definitely more than helpful. I was seeing things, I did not even see while I was looking. While I was checking out. They should definitely try to help everybody as soon as they walk in. Honestly, sometimes, I don't even like being asked:: and say, I'm just looking, I'll let you know. Sometimes I say it, too soon and 5 seconds later, I want help; and now, it's busy; I have to wait. But, I still hope I'm checked in on lol. Cause , now ... I know: Anyway, if somebody had helped me that day. I probably would've gotten more. I had already spent more than what I expected. But, I probably would've spent more money. From the things I was seeing behind the counter. They were cheap and cheaper things. But, while I do think value is most important when you're buying for a gift: if you want to add extra little things and more to it. I need to know about it lol. The person that helped me in the end was very nice, she was sweet and she did go above and beyond. It would only be five stars for me because, that matters a lot. But, I seriously would've probably gone haywire on other things, if I knew. Before, I came to checkout, I guess my comment really is to help the business a little bit? Not, that I think they need help lol. And they helped me to spend a little bit less that day. In more ways than one. But, if I was just in there one day? How many other people, that are thinking like me. Are in there? I would've spent probably at least an extra hundred dollars. If I saw some of the things I missed. I get you want to sell those high end valuable items. That's just way out of what I can afford , And I really did not have much to spend that day. But I had a brand new credit card. And I was deciding what was most important at the time. Because, it was a seriously important time. My gift, went over so well. It was great. I think, you should just be aware of who is in there and looking. While, nothing else is really going on, I will be back. And I'm going to be looking at the expensive things. As well as the sale items and all those great charms, behind the counter

When I came in to exchange the $90 bracelet due to sizing two days later, I was told by a young female sales associate that I only had $59 in credit. I politely explained that this was incorrect based on the pricing of my original receipt, but she insisted and became argumentative. The credit amount should have been $95.63 with tax and she replied she "did not want to argue over $20". It was dismissive, unprofessional, and honestly shocking that someone in retail couldn't or wouldn't do basic math. Despite my efforts to clarify, she dismissed my concerns and said the exchange for an $80 cross was "all set" after huffing and puffing and calling the owner without addressing the math or the error. Her attitude throughout the exchange was unprofessional and condescending. This was by far the worst customer service I've experienced in a retail store. I can only assume she's related to the owner, because this kind of behavior would be unacceptable in any other setting. I encourage others to take their business elsewhere. If you do decide to shop there, be sure to get an itemized receipt and ask to keep all tags, as neither were provided to me. That certainly made it easier for them to make up whatever amount they wanted for the credit.
