I have been using Neri's Cleaning Solutions for a couple of years now and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with their work! Neri is so sweet, communicates well, is very responsive, lets me know when the cleaning ladies will arrive, and compensates me with a free fridge cleaning on the rare occasion that something comes up and she has to reschedule my appointment. The ladies are very kind, clean thoroughly and quickly, and follow the directions I give Neri if I need something added or done differently that week. The price is reasonable and the service is reliable. The ladies are hard working and trustworthy! I am so grateful to them for providing me with the peace of mind that comes from having a clean home! I highly recommend Neri's Cleaning Solutions! read more

Neri is always super responsive. Her and her team come every ~2 weeks and they finish within an hour (for context, I have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) - super efficient and the place is always bright and airy after they leave. Highly recommend Neri and her team, they're the sweetest! read more

Was really hoping this would be the professional cleaning service I use for all my properties. Just tried them out for the first time for my newly renovated condo and I'll be honest, I'm pretty disappointed. I talked to Neri of what I wanted cleaned. There is no furniture in the house as it's been newly renovated and just dust everywhere and some paint splatters. Not all splatters were taken off the wood floor, kitchen appliances didn't even look like they were touched, and there is water marks all over the sliding door and mirrored closet doors. Though they did get the ugly stickers off which is a plus. I was hoping she would wait the five mins for me to get there to do a walk of the house before payment, but she and the team already left. Conveniently she does payment through Venmo. I am happy the dust is all gone. Paid $220 for 1200 sqft (3bed, 2.5 bath). read more

Used them for 3 years for our vacation house. For 2 years they did a great job. This time around; charged us $150 and when we arrived; baffled by how dirty the place was. Neri scheduled a time for her crew to come back; but that person came entirely too early (over an hour and half) and we were told that they would not come back at a later time due to traffic; we had already set a time (11:30). If you have a house in the Newport Beach / Balboa island area make sure you are home if you use this company or just find a different company all together. read more

Worked with Neri and her team a few times. They do not disappoint and are super easy to work with. Needed a deep clean for a home and they went above and beyond to address my concerns. Would recommend their services and will use again. read more

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. They showed up 40 min late. Then rushed through everything. Bad communication between the owner and the cleaning ladies. I asked extra 30 min ( pay extra $50 for that) cleaning in the bathroom due to many dark spot on the white floor. They tired for 5 min said cannot be done. The owner still want to charge me the extra $50 even though they didn't spent the time. Tried called her several time. She won't even answer the calls. Not a way to treat your customer this way!! Never use their service ever again!! read more

This review is long overdue! We have been using Neri's cleaning service for 4 months now! Let me tell you they are AMAZING! We have 5 kids 2 dogs and a cat, so every time they come it's a blessing!!! They are so accommodating to the crazy schedule we have if we need to change a date (like the last week due to the rain and kids being out of school) They are trustworthy and do a absolutely amazing job, everytime they come and I get home from work I am in aww about how beautiful my house looks again! If you are looking for the best cleaners around Book them! read more

First time getting a professional home cleaning service, and glad it was from Neri! I was impressed how much cleaner everything looked and felt. We just moved into a new home, and the previous owners left the kitchens grimy and the bathrooms full of hard water (and probably other) stains. In just three hours, the house smelled fresh and the appliances and fixtures seemed to sparkle. I noticed they also cleaned in all of the cabinets and closets. Neri is very responsive over phone (answered me within one ring!) and text. Her team is friendly, arrived right at the time promised, and even asked if their work looked okay before leaving the site. read more

Very impressive work!! And am totally over heel elated by the whole experience!! I have a 3-bedroom, 2-bath place. I called Neri's Cleaning Solutions this past Monday to let them know I needed help. My place was being fumigated today, Wednesday, 12/14/22 (within two days), and I really needed someone to go in the same day at least 4 hours to clean post-spray for roaches. Yes, folks--there's is no shame in my game. Roaches!! Ugggh!..A pleasant, friendly voice answered my call and said, When do you need the cleaning? Can you provide me with the pest control number so I can call and ensure my employees' are safe? No problem, I will send staff to clean your place Wednesday at 2 pm. This morning I texted Neri to confirm my appointment, and she responded immediately. The Pest control sprayed at 0930 this am. Neri's crew showed up at 2 pm prompt. At 430pm, I received a call my place was ready, and the job was done! I requested deep cleaning. My bathrooms were most focused as it needed Intensive Care Cleaning. In short, Neri's cleaning service delivered. The job quality was meticulous, flawless, and absolutely fantastic!! I know quality work when I see one. Thank you, Neri, for an amazing experience!!! It is rare to find fast, accommodating, excellent-quality services that are reasonably priced! I recommend your services to anyone who appreciates quality work and great customer service. Again, Outstanding job!! read more

I requested a quote for cleaning and almost immediately received a response. I asked for a cleaning of 2 bathrooms, the living room and the kitchen. The quote was VERY reasonable and we scheduled an appointment. Three workers came to clean this wreck of a house and they all did an outstanding job. I don't think these areas looked this clean when we moved in! Even the cat's confused. Anyway, I really recommend this service. I look forward to being a return customer. read more

I hired this service and paid the price of $450.00 for the initial cleaning. I was told by the owner that she would be here with her team for the first clean. She left after I left. It was a TERRIBLE job, they did not even wipe down my kitchen counters. To top it off they broke my kitchen faucet, it cannot be repaired, I have to replace it. The owner did offer to return my money and to bring in another team to clean again for free. She was apologetic, and I believe she felt bad. However, this is her business and her responsibility. I cannot recommend them. read more

* Disclaimer: Review updated. I requested a quote through Yelp and Neri responded quickly and was able to provide me with a decent and reasonable quote and an appointment date. My appointment was set at 12 but Neri had to reschedule her workers for a later time and contacted me in advance to request a later time. I am flexible and was very appreciative of the communication and request in advance. When the workers arrived they got right to work and did a great getting rid of all the dust in my room left over from construction in the other parts of the house. The bathroom however needed more attention and when the workers were done, Neri called me on the phone and had me do an inspection of the work prior to the workers leaving. I did notice that the back wall to my shower was still dirty. Neri responded in person and made sure the shower was cleaned to my satisfaction. I could have easily been an unsatisfied customer but Neri went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the work. Reviewing the entire situation I feel it was more of a misunderstanding of what I was looking for and in the future I will be more specific as to what my needs are. Thanks to Neri for caring for her customer and I think this kind of treatment is lacking these days from businesses across the board. Neri put in the extra effort and therefore earned five stars from me as I am willing to use her company again for a future project. read more

Awesome service. Quick response time from Neri, quote reasonable and prompt scheduling for a cleaning appointment. Neri even adjusted services of standard cleaning to include getting grease off kitchen area. Staff that came were on time, friendly, and really on point with duration of cleaning. Super friendly and would use again!!!! Thanks Neri!!! read more

Neri's was amazing. I had layers or dirt and grime in my bathrooms. It's like she cleaned it with a toothbrush. They did such an amazing job. If you have a mess (not that I want to send her messes mind you) she will clean it up. She's non-judge mental and that's important for us less than perfect people. She gave a fair quote and I am so pleased, as soon as I finish construction I'm going to hire her on a periodic basis. I was scared to just pick a person on Yelp, but I am so glad that I did. I post about her whenever anyone wants a recommendation. read more

I wished I could give 0 stars. Yes it was THAT bad. I asked Neri for a quote for a move in move out cleaning which implies everything needs to be cleaned. She required a walk through for the place and she got that. She and her teammate was supposed to come at 6:30 pm and didn't make it until 7 pm. They cleaned and when they were done I did a walk through as someone normally does to make sure things were up to par. They weren't. They missed the blinds in one room and the closets floors in the same room. I specifically asked for grout to be cleaned and she did nothing to clean them. She claims they were cleaned with a zep product but they are as dirty as I left them. I like to walk barefoot around the house and I can't even do that because her mopping job left the place still dusty. How is that possible? They didn't clean under one of the vanities and left dust all over the inside and outside of both. When I brought this up to her attention, she said that she was not happy with the way they were treated and they were not going to remedy the situation. I have had cleaning people come before and they were all very willing to help but Neri gives cleaning people a bad name. I would stay away from this business. read more

I called Neri to help clean our home after sanded paint dust was sent all over our home. I explained the situation and how thoroughly we wanted everything to be cleaned. Neri was great at communicating and following specific instructions to make sure our house was left spotless. Her team was great too. Polite and receptive to instructions. Due to COVID we also asked to take temperatures of all of the cleaners and they all worked with masks and booties without complaint. She even went out and bought a new vacuum for our home as we did not want a vacuum that had been used to clean up pet hair from other homes. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We have asked Neri to clean our home regularly now as her service was amazing. read more

I've used this company for over a year and every time it's new people and I have to watch over them to make sure the cleaning is being done correctly. Today was my final straw as they touched my bed when I told them not to and it stained my sheets. She responded by accusing me of being rude, which I never am and she often sends people who don't speak English so I'm not sure why they would even say that because I don't communicate with them in any way. In the cases there is someone who speaks English I am always accommodating and provide them clear instructions in a professional manner. Neri is rude, unprofessional and hard to work with, for instance she always forgets the day and time of service or on the day of she is always rescheduling the time and never keeping her appointment. I've told her multiple times that I don't want my bed made and they always go to touch my personal space when I told them only to clean the areas I tell them (floor and bathroom). After telling them about the stain on my new sheets she said it wasn't caused by them and twisted the whole situation around to say that I was trying to take advantage when I've paid them over $2,000 to date and had issues with every cleaning that has been done. I'm glad I called other companies and stopped providing my business to this company because they are the worst to deal with, even when they create the problem. Neri is a terrible business owner I'd stay far away from this company they are a waste of time and money. read more

Cleaning crew did a great job. I maintain a pretty clean house, however due to a back injury I have not been able to do the deep cleaning. Neri's team was very responsive to my request to only use my cleaning products and supplies. They ask me was I satisfied with the results. I had a few concerns, which they addressed immediately. Had an amazing experience with this company! From the start, when I entered my request, Neri replied promptly with a very competitive quote. The team arrived on time, and they were incredibly professional. My family and I left the house so the team could work freely, and when we arrived, we were surprised by how clean the house was (my wife, who is very peaky, was very happy with the work). It has taken us many companies to find the right one. Now that we found Neri and her team, we have requested a monthly cleaning from them. read more
