    6 month update: all is going smoothly with water softener!…read more Original review: We wanted to thank Trevor for his amazing help in installing an Eco Twin 2.0 in our home. Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!

    I started service with this company at the beginning of the year because I wanted to do something…read moredifferent for the new year which was reduced my plastic use. So I initiated the service I with glass bottles so I want springwater and glass bottles which is $40 deposit for the bottle and then you get a 5 gallon bottle for like $17 or something like that which is fine because I'll make that investment because I want to be intentional about how I'm using plastic in my home and have some good clean crisp spring water so boom soon as I sign up for the service the Water and dispenser came in the next day. It was like maybe $160 for the first insulation which basically he just dropped it off my front door but my son put it together and we were fine two weeks later same thing as but they wanted to bring plastic bottles. I told them that I don't want plastic. I want GLASS and it was fixed two weeks later. In month 2 I paid my bill the Sunday before my scheduled delivery and checked the app to confirm delivery.. However, mysteriously throughout the delivery day my appointment disappeared, and they skipped my delivery and that went on 4 weeks, skipping 2 deliveries and I ran out of water before that initial delivery. date So if I'm gonna rely on them solely for drinking water, it's going to be a problem . They're not consistent and they don't listen to the customer. They are going to stick on that every two week schedule on the same day at same time and they're not gonna make any accommodations or or make adjustments even if it's their oversight.

The delivery, pickup of bottles, and customer service was more than any customer could ask for. Our driver would deliver water into our garage and we appreciated him sooo much. Sorry I don't know his name but we enjoyed years of kind, helpful service and great Calistoga brand water. However Primo Brands is a joke! The automated greeting on their phone number (800) 274-5282 states the hold time exceeds 30 minutes however I was on hold twice for over an hour. Then the 3rd time I was disconnected at noon. I guess it was lunch time. Never got through on the phone so I took to social media where someone responded quickly on FB. More about that later. Driver: Delivery driver Joe is rude, condescending, and isn't truthful. On his first visit he showed up unscheduled, unannounced, brought 15 gallons of Alhambra water (instead of our usual Calistoga water), and said there was a merger so they no longer carried Calistoga water. After delivery I went on the ReadyRefresh website, and observed Calistoga water WAS still available on their website. FB: I advised a representative on FB Messenger about the abovementioned delivery. Another (complimentary) delivery was scheduled for the following week to fulfill the Calistoga water order. Except when Joe came out he still didn't deliver as promised. Again I contacted FB, and they scheduled a 3rd visit to occur in 2 days. However, on the 2nd day around noon we decided to check to get an ETA only to discover the order had been cancelled, and our next delivery date changed to June - weeks away. Driver: When Joe showed up for the 2nd delivery he got out of the truck, and instead of opening the truck doors containing water he approached us stating, he "thought he was here the week prior, and he STILL didn't have Calistoga water." I advised of my conversation on FB subsequent to his prior visit. He didn't care. It wasn't until a lot of back and forth did he admit he actually had 1 bottle of Calistoga on the truck. He asked if we wanted that? REALLY?! Yes!! The whole point for the return visit. He stated he had 3 bottles when his truck was loaded but he gave the other 2 to someone else. Wait what? So we're cancelling. We prefer not to change to another brand of water. Calistoga water was our favorite, and given the rough merger transition, driver demeanor, and delivery service we're done. We were referred to ReadyRefresh based on our relationship with Costco, and have subscribed for years. I notice Primo Brands is now the water delivery service for Costco members. Hope that changes because Primo is anything but prime. From telephone service to delivery drivers and product selection this company leaves a lot to be desired.
