All flat lay, before the one on The left was stacked!

I've been coming to this place since it's opened. They've regressed to an over priced coin machine instead of the usual merchant that's here. And I noticed the machines are packed flat, the easy cranes Dont have grips vs the ones that fall as soon as it violently retracts. And the quality of prizes has gone done. I'm heartbroken this was the only spot I thought was fair and it just turned into everother quick cash grab. Just buy ur plushies on temu...

Spent so much money on a sonny angel claw machine just for it to be fake! such false advertising and waste of time and money. even the fake sonny angel looks awful and ugly. please at least have authentic prizes in the machines. i spent over $20 when i could have just gotten a real sonny angel at a blind box store. super bummed out and disgusted by this fact :( the jelly was literally falling off too

What a great place! I was in the area for dinner and saw this when I was going to Daiso. It was a great place to kill time. When you first go in, you will need to buy a card with credits. Pricing is super fair. I got a card with $35 that gave you tons of credits. Different amounts also give you a free prize to begin with. With the $35 purchase, I was able to get a free doll keychain. As for the games, there's various claw machines, DDR and other games that you can win tickets. I opted for the claw machine and won various prizes for $35. I will say they are not the best prizes. There were some branded and more non-branded items. But, there was nothing like winning the prizes and getting the thrill of seeing the claw pick up your prize. I was in there for about an hour and had a great time. Few things to note, there is no restroom and parking is shared with the plaza, so there is plenty available. I will definitely come back here next time I am in the plaza if I have to kill some time.

Me, My mom, my dad, and my Cousin went here and it was amazing!! I got a prize the first claw machine i tried here it was amazing and I ended up winning 2 plushies and a keychain from here!!! :D Tho the prices for the tokens are a lil much! and the Machines.. Some of them seemed like they would drop on purpose. But overall me and my family had a great time here XD

Mostly claw games and a small selection.

A pretty mediocre arcade location. 80% of games are crane games and like 20% of them were not working when I visited. Could've gone to another location but wanted to check a new spot with good reviews. Don't waste your time tbh. Good for if you got small kids maybe not for the kids at heart lol

It was my first time coming here and it was an amazing experience! I love that they stay open late, super convenient. Edward was incredibly nice and encouraging. He made sure to check in on customers and had a great way of connecting with everyone. Great service overall. I'll definitely be coming back

Fun place to stop by in the Atlantic time square plaza. Cute and trendy plushies. Recommend this place for anyone!

I enjoy playing the games here . the variety of these games range from basketball to driving to dancing. and the value is pretty good because usually one token costs 2-3 dollars but here at Neo Funs they cost 1 dollar each.

We've been to several arcade places and this place is a great value !! You get a free gift with adding money on and the free prizes are so cute ! Jimmy and Edward are both super helpful and they're there weekends after 5pm. They want to ensure happiness for all guests and I definitely can feel their customer support !! They have Kiromi and Pokemon. Highly recommended !!

    Ask the Community - NeoFuns

Can you change out your prizes each week? It would help us come back more often

Hi, thanks for your suggestion. It’s a very good idea for keeping customers coming back. We will try the best to do it every week. Or at least every other week. Thanks again.

Does anyone know if they are open again? They're Facebook page says they're closed for renovations

We went there about a week ago and they were open.

How much money should you bring?

$30 buys a coupon book that seems to be worth the price! I ended up spending a little more than that though.

Such a fun/ cute experience. Definitely brought out my inner kid. The arcade had a good amount of games, good energy, and was perfect for a spontaneous night out. I have passed by this place many times and honestly wouldn't have gone if it wasn't on the card, so I'm glad it pushed me to try something different. Play for adults I believe was $15 for an hour. Unsure how they handled making sure they weren't overcrowded or people were waiting too long to get a chance at the games but they did a great job and I never felt like I had to wait (or wait too long) for a machine to be available. They have a large variety of games from more modern ones like Switchs in the back, older versions of Mario Kart, older games in general like Pac-Man and my personal favorite Burger Time. Loads of pinball machines too. The entire facility (and bathroom) were very clean and the ambient noise was never too loud and I never had to yell to talk to someone next to me. Some games will have slightly sticky or unresponsive switches but it's just what happens with the amount of people that use these machines. We had an issue with a pinball machine and they were very quick to come help fix it and immediately get us back to playing. Overall a solid experience, not what I'd actively look for myself, but would gladly go again if someone else wanted to.

The claws had good grips and not like the kind to lose its grip once you grab a hold of something. My 4-year old didn't really know how to do the claw machine so she was kind of helpless watching and being grumpy at the sidelines. The bigger kids both ended up trading up and getting 2 Pusheens (valued at $28-38 on Amazon) that they said is popular at school. My girls were so happy to get a free try when they ran out of credits. Jesse was super helpful to us and even helped us arrange the sushi and the hello kitty plushy so that we can reach our goals to trade. And when the dinosaur didn't count toward the 7, he let it slide and gave the Elsa figurine to my 4 year old (worth $15+ $5-10 for shipping i just checked) My bigger girls wanted to keep 2 of the plushies (the capybara purse and the bear) and not trade all 10, and he was able to make a deal and let them trade only 8. For parents who are curious, we spent $80, and ended getting 2 plushies and a toy worth about $75 retail plus 2 extra plushies, plus the thrill of winning :)

The game itself was fun but the darts itself weren't the greatest cause they weren't super magnetized so when thrown sometimes couldn't read the point we scored so had to keep doing it over. So maybe they could fix those to make them better! We had our own server I believe her name was Vanessa, she was good helped us with all our drink needs. I didn't order food cause I just didn't think it was going to be the greatest lol my friends ordered some food & they said it was Alright. 2 of my friends purchased the unlimited games for $60 pass where they seemed to enjoy since they had taken the kids around the arcade. Us adults ended up staying on the darts since that was fun & free. They also have a little 21+ lounge/ rooftop upstairs with a bar & a dj! We had fun with people upstairs, danced a little haha dj was good. The view is of a parking lot, so isn't all that but it's to be expected since we are just at the mall. You're not cramped in here fighting for space. Game-wise... don't come here expecting anything crazy. There's nothing super serious for hardcore gamers, no rare cabinets or anything you're gonna geek out over. It's more like solid, familiar stuff. That said, it does work really well as a date spot because there's a lot of co-op games, so you're not just standing there awkwardly -- you actually have something to do. Now the food... I still haven't gone deep into it, but the wing deal is actually a good deal for these times, which is rare. That alone makes it worth pulling up on a Tuesday. Menu is kinda big though, and anytime I see a big menu like that I start side-eyeing the kitchen a little bit... like yeah some of this gotta be frozen But overall? It's a good spot for wings and beer without spending Ye Rustic money. If you're trying to keep it chill and not blow your wallet, this is a solid move. Not a gamer spot, not a foodie spot... just a good hang.

Being someone who…read moregrew up with the fighting game arcade culture of the 90s and 2000s, I was THRILLED to see that had cabs for many Capcom FGs like Capcom vs SNK 2, MvC2, SF3 Third Strike, and even newer titles like Street Fighter V. Now if they had some Tekken cabs, then everything would be perfect. They also had lots of music games and racing games like Maximum Tune. The arcade part itself elevates my score for this place. With my recent trip as part of a group of parents planning for an impromptu after party for the cast and crew for the St Genevieve Parish Schools Musical production's closing weekend, I was amazed at how the Round 1 crew were receptive to our needs. We reserved a karaoke party room for about 30 kids. Louis took down my number for the reservation, and he was very nice and accommodating. We did have to wait about an hour for our party room to be ready, which was fair. Meanwhile, my group of teens entertained themselves with MULTIPLE takes on the photo booths, surely to satiate their social media needs. When the karaoke room was ready, fun and memories were made not just for them, but also the parents. Truly a wonderful time. Now for the dark side of this review. Though Louis was awesome, he did mention that I should get a text within 5 minutes confirming my reservation. It was almost 30 minutes and still never received a text, and when I talked to Louis about it, he said that I had to connect to the Round 1 wifi in order to receive text updates. Rather unintuitive, I thought. But Louis did assure me that it didn't affect my place in line, which was good to know. Also, the thing that brings my score down... the food. I ordered the buffalo wings. Not only were the wings not of size, but the watery buffalo sauce was just thrown in that I may as well have had a buffalo chicken soup. Also, though they did not charge me for a pitcher of water for my singing teens, they did charge the other parents that I was with for the exact same pitchers of water. At that point, I was telling myself it must have been my charm that got me free water lol. All in all, Round 1 is top notch when it comes to fun. It celebrates arcade culture of yesterday with their fighting games, music games, and driving games, while providing photo booths and claw games with kawaii merch that today's youth adores. Just please, eat somewhere else before coming here. The mall's food court right outside the entrance has some nice options. Or... just don't order the buffalo wings.
