BEWARE THAT THIS RESTAURANT DOES AN AUTOMATIC GRATUITY CHARGE of 18% UPFRONT AND CHARGE A CREDIT CARD OF 3%!!!!! This restaurant is now part of Dara Thai Express and I also posted this review in the Thai and Korean place too as there is no Dara Thai Express on Yelp. First of all, we did not read on a menu that they charge a service charge of 15% for a party of 2 to 4 and 18% of 5 or more (just saw a pic in yelp page). HOWEVER, there were only 2 of us and we got charged for 18%!!! I am super NOT happy about this. It could be a mistake or a total dishonest of the business or server, I don't know. But what I find very shady about this is that there is still spot for SUGGESTED TIP at the bottom when it should have said "ADDITIONAL TIP" like most honest restaurants! Most people don't read their bills and will automatically add tips to it! Please see a picture of the receipt posted. What is worst is that the server did NOT come check on us AT ALL. Every time we needed something, we needed to flag someone down. I would have been fine if they actually provided the service they charged us for (and it should have been 15% too!). About the credit card fee. Yes, it's on the menu but who is really going to read every single line on the menu? I believe the server should have mentioned it to let us know too! I would have paid cash for it if I was told about this. I am sorry but I find this very irritating and dishonest. In terms of food, we got a cream cheese wonton, pad thai, 2 pieces of fish and chips, and a strawberry magaritas. The portion of all dishes are big. Pad thai is just okay. It's not traditional at all in case you are looking for something authentic, this might not be the place for you. Fish and chips are also okay. Nothing impressive, just like other fish and chip places. The wonton part of the cream cheese wonton is too thick. I would not recommend it at all. I have had this dish and a lot of places and by far this is the worst I have tried. Strawberry magaritas is not good at all. You might as well order it at an actual place with a full bar. Again, I do not recommend this place at all. Food is ok. We did not receive a service we were charged for and we also got charged a higher service charge too. I hope the business owner makes changes to this. At least lets customers know upfront about the service charge being included in the bill AND change the suggested tip on the bill to 'additional tip' as well as telling people about a credit card fee.

Two piece fish with chips $9.95 - more than enough food for 1 person, couldn't finish it all

We really enjoyed the food and hospitality at this restaurant. I got the fish and chips and my husband got the fish tacos - which were so big they were more like fish burritos. The fish was good quality and fried nicely. The fries must have been battered with something special because they were the perfect consistency - crispy outside but not hard inside. I ordered the 2 piece fish and chips and it was more than enough food. Actually, I wish I had shared my meal with my husband so we could have had room to try the calamari! The owner is really friendly, but this is more of a fast casual kind of restaurant where you get your own condiments and bus your own table so you can't come here expecting to be waited on hand and foot. If you want more of a service atmosphere, you should probably go next door to the Thai restaurant. We ate outside on the picnic table with our dog and it was really lovely. We came at around 6 pm which was perfect because by 7 it was getting super busy. I'd definitely come here again!

I felt like something a little different tonight. Restaurants are slowly starting to open up again... But I'm still skeptical about eating out with other people right now because of Rona. Fish and chips sounded good so I picked up an order to go and I was pleasantly surprised. Fries were flavored and cooked nicely and the fish was pretty good! Tartar sauce and lemon wedges were nice, I would've also liked to have some malt vinegar to dip the fish in though. Interior looked ok, nothing to be excited about. I'll definitely stop back in again to try their other dishes.

Came here for late lunch while passing through, they serve very good fish and chips here. Located at the same strip mall as Safeway, next to a Thai restaurant. Husband manages this fish and chips place and wife (Thai) manages Thai restaurant. No restroom at this place so he tells you to go inside the Thai restaurant. Felt strange for going inside a restaurant just to use a restroom but they sort of expect us to come in. Almost all the dishes served here is less than $10. Fish they used on the day I visited was Alaskan cod. It comes with tarter sauce but also he brought his own spicy sauce, which was quite tasty. I had crab cakes, decent size, deep fried well, can't normally have crab cakes for less than $10! As small and casual they are, they have a liqueur license and serving ice cold bottled beer. Since they own both here and Thai, you will be surprised with variety of beer from different countries! I ended up having Grand Canyon Amber but was really tempted to try something else. Owner was very friendly and thoughtful. May not be the cleanest place in Page, but for the price and quality of food they serve, good place to stop for a quick meal.

    3 piece.

We came to Nemo's Fish and Chips after a long day in Antelope Canyon and were pleasantly surprised with the food and service we received at Nemo's. First off, the restaurant shares a parking lot with Safeway so there is ample parking. They are located next to a Thai restaurant, which according to previous Yelp reviews, looks like is also owned by the same owner. The restaurant itself isn't large - there is a high table area which seats about 5-7 people and a big family-style table. Let's talk about the decorations... they were SO cute! You can tell the owner really put effort into making his restaurant unique and one-of-a-kind. Really loved the vibe they had. Onto the food... we ordered the fish & chips, spicy chicken strips, and spicy wings. Every single one was delicious. Expect flavorful and moist chicken and extremely tender and soft fish. Even the fries were perfectly crispy, with the right amount of crunch. Food was delivered with both regular tartar sauce, spicy tartar sauce (which was my favorite), and ranch dressing. Service was just as great. You could tell the owner really cared about his business and was very attentive to our needs. He took initiative before we were even able to ask. Overall wonderful business and even though we were only in Page for a couple days, we were very happy to support this business! If you're looking for a quick and delicious dinner after a long trek through Antelope Canyon, be sure to stop by Nemo's Fish and Chips!

OK, so this one's a bit of a mixed review. We're tourists in town seeing the sites, and we stopped…read moreby here to have dinner. We had all been wanting steak, and this place seemed to have good yelp reviews, indicating it was a good steakhouse in town. However, when we sat down and saw the menu prices, which were much higher than had been listed online in pictures, most of the family changed their mind. They had a New York strip option (striploin) a $45 in the ribeye at $46. My wife had the country fried steak, which she said was good or equal to Cracker Barrel's. My son had the barbecue burger which he enjoyed, and my youngest daughter had the kids meal cheese burger sliders, which she liked a lot. For my part, I had a ribeye, which at $46 was a little bit steep. Having said that, if it is an excellent steak, I have no problem paying that price. However, this wasn't an excellent steak. The steak was cooked order, and that in itself was pretty epic as the steak was really paper thin and mostly fat. I'm amazed that you could make a steak that thin, medium rare (I really ordered rare, but I had seen some reviews stating to order it Rare, if you wanted, medium rare). My two issues were the steak were the thickness and the amount of fat on it. I'm not talking about marbling fat that makes a good ribeye, I'm talking about the big chunks of pure fat that most people don't eat. I've never actually seen a ribeye that had as much non-marbled fat on it, as this one did. I'd estimate that approximately 40% of the ribeye was fat. The overall flavor was fairly good, just not worth the price. This is not a steak that I would expect at a a steakhouse, this is a steak that I would more I would expect at a Cracker Barrel or a Denny's. I'd say that was pretty much overall the experience, decently good food, but definitely not worth the price. If our overall ticket had been about half the price to 2/3 of the price, I'd give this place a 4 stars. Add the current meal prices, it really sits at about a 2 1/2 star experience. The service was somewhat difficult to rate, as we had a very nice waitress who was obviously overworked and handling too much, as it took an hour to get our food(also two parties our size who came in the same time or after us, got their food significantly before us)but she was very attentive to us when she had the ability to come over. We did visualize her running around the whole restaurant, so any lapse in service really definitely wasn't her fault.

I ordered the ribeye, buddy ordered the fish and chips, and son ordered the macc & cheese. Ribeye was cooked to order (medium rare) but green beans were so so for me (lots of garlic, julienne cut), onions / mushroom sauce paired with the mashed potatoes and gravy were fine but a bit much with the ribeye for my tastes. Buddy said fish and chips were good, son thought Mac and cheese were fine.

We shared calamari and we are calamari snobs. I wasn't expecting anything great but it really, really was. The crunchy (fresh?) batter was cooked perfectly crispy and the squid meat was not tough. They served it on top of sliced pepperocini, which we kept using throughout the meal. The sauce was delicious too. Now any chef/cook can have an off day, but if the oil is the right temp and they stick to a prescribed fry time, you should experience the same great result. My husband had the Reuben, and he is a Reuben snob. The thickly julienned corned beef made for a little bit of messy eating, but he said it was good. His sweet potato waffle fries were crisp and not too sweet. They stayed crisp throughout the meal. I believe these were frozen but they chose a great product to offer for one of their sides. No shame in a good, coated, crisp, frozen sweet potato waffle fry. I had the desert dipper (French dip to many of us.) It was topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions and the aus jus was really delicious. Not too salty and with a rich flavor without being oily. Again, a product which I would be shocked it if wasn't purchased, but they made a great choice! It doesn't rely on salt, which many chefs turn to to cover less-than-stellar food. My side was a side salad. Mixed mesclun lettuces (with the occasional wilted, icky looking leafs) that made either this batch of lettuce one day past it's prime or needed to be gone through a little closer. The salad was topped with a generous portion of very fresh cucumbers, carrot shreds, cherry tomatoes, cheese and croutons. I was pleased with the overall quality and presentation of that simple side salad. In our previous trip my husband had the quite-curated turkey sandwich and he said it was very good. I just had the truffle Parmesan fries which, like the waffle fries, were crispy and very good
