Delicious food, great service!…read more We stopped in for an early dinner and were greeted and sat right away. Stefan was our server and he was fabulous!! I would absolutely request to sit in his section again! He was very attentive, answered our questions, had a lot of passion, and really seemed to care! He also got our orders just right with all the special requests - which he assured us was the perks of their restaurant making things for each dish - you can customize as you need. Three of us had burgers: - Heckburger as listed on the menu, with fries - Heckburger with chicken patty, heck sauce on the side, Swiss cheese, no tomatoes or onions, and substitute onion rings for fries (slight upcharge) - Salmon burger with onion rings Burgers were delish. The brioche bun makes it! The chicken patty was great flavor! Both the fries and the onion rings were delicious. I'd likely order the fries instead of the onion rings next time. We were all happy with our meals and would order them again! Our fourth person ordered a half house salad and the wild mushroom ravioli. The house salad was a generous size and very good! The wild mushroom ravioli was soooo good! The pasta was delicate and the flavors went so well together. Our server shared that the pasta is made at Antica Italian restaurant right next store! After trying that dish, I'd absolutely go to that restaurant too. The restaurant has a great bar and a decent size outdoor seating area too! It's very nicely decorated too. I hope to return!

The restaurant has a bright, airy atmosphere that feels welcoming even on a slightly cloudy day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Their Happy Hour menu offered several tempting options, and we sampled a variety of dishes. We started with the Crispy Thai Shrimp, which delivered the perfect balance of sweetness and heat. Kitchen Social is known for its artisan dough pizzas, so we ordered the mushroom pizza, and it certainly did not disappoint. We also tried the Korean BBQ Cauliflower and the Shrimp & Grits...both flavorful and well executed. Since it was Happy Hour, we naturally enjoyed a few cocktails to accompany the meal. We sampled both the Maple Old Fashioned and the traditional Old Fashioned, then ventured a bit further with the Tequila Thyme and the Sangria. Each cocktail was well crafted and enjoyable in its own right. Best of all, because it was Happy Hour, the experience was easy on the wallet. Great food, excellent service, enjoyable drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere make Kitchen Social a place I'll definitely be returning to.

Absolutely A+, five stars!…read more Edacious is absolutely fantastic! This is a nice place. The food has all been first rate, I went there to get the Smashburger on deal. During happy hour it's 12 bucks and that's a great burger. They have Busch light for $1.50 it's unbelievable. You can do that every weekday, they're not open on Sunday, and save some money. The entrées get up there around $24 and all the ones I've had have been fantastic. today I did the roasted chicken $24, and it was so good I cried. great mushroom flavor & maybe a soy sauce type on the chicken sauté. it was so good. Wow! Next time in, I will try the lamb meatballs. They do the thing where you get the tinned fish of your choice, they have several varieties & they pair that with all the accoutrements it's quite a nice appetizer. It's really a nice restaurant, on the small side so make a rezzie if you feel like it. They have some outdoor seating, I haven't used it, but it's popular. The bartenders are great, Emma, Corryn & Bridget. The chef is a star, maybe they have a couple, anyway the food is great. I had a poutine special last week. My brother loved one of the big salads. You get the idea. Great bourbon selection too. Five stars for a wonderful place, they do a nice job, thanks.

It's a true hidden gem, perfect size, a TV behind the bar, great bourbons, and a menu built for sharing. The portions are just right if you want to order a few different dishes and split them. We're already looking forward to going back, especially to see Emma, she made the whole experience even better, which isn't always easy to find these days. Pro tip: get there early if you want the specials, because they go fast (for good reason). And don't skip the tuna appetizer--we ordered it by accident and were blown away. It's one of those dishes you just have to try for yourself.

The portobello mushroom was marinated in balsamic. I'm not typically a fan of balsamic, but since I love Portobello I gave it a try. Unfortunately the balsamic marinade was too much, I almost choked with the first 3 bites. Both of my daughters tried the mushroom and agreed that it was too much balsamic marinade. This was the first time I returned a meal. Our waitress, Brenda, was AMAZING. She quickly had me order something else, which was promptly brought out to me (and it was delicious). Throughout the rest of our meal she continually apologized. I was not angry...I understood. She made this possibly bad experience a good one. My daughters enjoyed their meals. (Unfortunately my granddaughter did not enjoy hers - she ordered mac-n-cheese - and according to her it was tasteless.) Regardless, I love Bistro83 and I will go back, and the wonderful way we were treated is one of the reasons.

That was honored , so thank you . However , The food was underwhelming at best . We were sat immediately but didn't get our meals until almost 645 . We ordered hot chips for an appetizer and they came on a salad plate? They practically slid off the plate when placed on the table . A basket of some type would present a lot better IMHO like most restaurants do w like apps. I know it seems picky but I feel as though this is supposed to be a little more upscale than an Applebees . My mom and I ordered the Garlic Shrimp scampi , the noodles were Al dente which I prefer , but they all stuck together in a ball , both dishes and there was zero flavor and the dish was hardly hot temperature wise . My fiancé had the chicken Marsala and he said he should have just had a burger . The kids meals were enjoyed more than the entrees ~ chicken tenders and fries were good ! The waitress acknowledged and apologized for the long wait and manager comped us desserts . My mom had the crème brûlée , she did enjoy. I tried a white strawberry type cake , it was awful . It looked great but it was dry and watery when bit into the cake . It's like it was in a too cold refrigerator too long . The consistency was like packed cold sand that fell apart in your mouth . Just not good . I really wanted this to be a great experience, NR is my hometown and my mom still lives there , we visit a lot . I'd hoped it could be a better than it was because the atmosphere is beautiful and the server was great ~ but what is up w the food an experience that wasn't worth the price tag unfortunately.
