The roof came out great. The crew was fast and efficient as well as very friendly. The crew did an excellent job. They got it all done in 4 days. The project manager, Adam, was friendly and easy to speak to. There was one aesthetic miss which a family member can fix as he's a contractor. As we had the original roof from 1976 and after the recent hurricane which caused leaks, the house needed a new-do! Thank you, Nema Roofing! read more

Nema Roofing did a great job with our new roof in Camarillo. We got a small leak in some of the last rains of winter last year and opted to re-do our entire roof as we were about a year or two away from needing to do the whole thing anyways. Nema and Adam were timely in responding to our every question, professional, and cost effective. They handled all the permits too and got the job done very quickly, and were the best contractors we've had work on the house in terms of cleanliness, they cleaned up everything just as soon as they were done. read more

We have a 30+ year old tile roof which needed to be redone. Nema Roofing was recommended to us and we called asked for a quote. Adam contacted us and came out to check our roof. He took the time to educate us on the process to replace the old paper and reinstall the tiles. Adam sent us the quote promptly. The quote was reasonable and thorough - it included the recommendation to add some roof vents as well. Did a great job communicating with us. He also coordinated with the team who had to remove our solar panels and reinstall them. He and his team were hard working, efficient and delivered what was promised. They completed our roof in under 3 days - just 5 days before the tropical storm hit. read more

Absolutely love this company. I needed roof repairs in a pinch before a big rain storm. I called panicked on Wednesday and with the rain coming Saturday/Sunday they were so accommodating and said they'd come out within 24 hours - on a Saturday no less. They really cared about making sure my house was protected and were Responsive, professional, caring . When I need my whole roof replaced I will be calling them first!!!! Great company. read more

Strongly recommend this guy; he's probably the best vendor I've worked with for any project on my home. Bought a new home and discovered we had some major roof damage. Got quotes from multiple vendors. Adam at NEMA Roofing was the most responsive to what we needed. He came by and personally inspected our roof then walked us through exactly what our options were and the best course. Where others were quick and dismissive, Adam took time to help. Understanding our budget, he worked with us to get a great price with financing options that worked for us. His crew was professional and completed the job in just a couple days knowing that we wanted to minimize construction time with our newborn and toddler in the house. He came back to inspect once the job was completed. We've been impressed and happy with his company at each stage in the process. If you need roof repair, I'd strongly recommend talking to Adam. read more

We love the new roof. Very smooth experience!! Richard is the BEST !! He was able to start the roof project immediately and finished it in a timely manner. The workers had masks the whole time. Richard was attentive and reliable, and gave us a fair price. I was very happy with the final results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company . read more

Adam was a true professional after speaking to him on the phone. The roofing job was done very fast and a well done job. Richard and his crew were very respectful and cleaned up every day after they were done with that days job. I highly recommend NEMA roofing. read more

We interviewed 7 roofing companies. Adam was definitely not the cheapest contractor but we had a good feeling the minute he walked into our home. He explained everything throughly and made sure to come out with a solution for our bunny that lives in the garden. We were worried about the debris. The job was done in a professional manner. Everything was done up to code and all inspections passed. The guys missed a few rafters and nails but came back to fix everything. There were some unexpected rains and Adam came out at 2am to secure the tarp ! Thanks NEMA roofing and highly recommended ! read more

The company was able to fit me in for a estimate and they came on time. The inspection was fine and they took photos to show me what my roof looked like. They were friendly. However, everything went down hill when it came time to discuss pricing. I always seem to run into this problem being a female homeowner with people trying to take me for a ride. The estimate they told me was 30k for an 1800 sq ft home....let me repeat....thirty thousand. I was also told I would be charged 3 dump fees because I had three roof layers. The price is beyond astronomical and I even told them so. When I explained I had other estimates from last year and one at the beginning of the year, both which were way less than theirs; ones of the brothers responses was that the workers must not be licensed, that those are "last years prices" and that their company is the best so you pay for the best. Also encouraged me to take out a loan which is out of the question. Took off with the paperwork that he gave me to "keep" and didn't even give me a physical estimate. Just told me some numbers then took off. Then said he would send me documents which I still haven't received as expected. Maybe the others reviewers have extra money to just give for whatever price the company says but I'm working middle class and I'm certainly not made out of money. read more

My brother used NEMA roofing on a roofing project he had done on his new home. He had a pleasant experience with the company so I decided to reach out for some work I needed done as well. Phil was my first point of contact-He was professional all around and set up my free roofing estimate with Adam. Adam was extremely detailed and explained everything in terms I could easily understand. I appreciated that he was honest-what he didn't know he asked his Forman Richard ( Gustavo ) . They were both on the job site and made sure everything went according to plan ! We passed all roofing inspections on time and the job was completed in 4 days ! The guys made sure to clean up and what they missed Adam cleaned up at the completion of the job. Overall an exceptional experience ,would definitely recommend this roofing contractor for any roof repair or roof replacement you may need. Highly recommended! Thanks Team NEMA roofing read more

Amazing service great roofing job. Had roof replaced last year- they did an outstanding job and in good time. They are very responsive and helpful. On 2 occasions we had questions/asked them to come take a look at something on our roof to make sure looked ok and in both instances they made it out within the week and were kind and happy to be there to help. Cant recommend Nema Roofing roofing enough. read more

Very happy with the new roof. Everyone was very professional and the work was done on schedule and timely ( especially with incoming rain). I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a dependable roofing company. read more

When we moved to Oxnard five years ago, the inspector mentioned we had about five years left on our roof. We didn't have any leaking, didn't realize rainy season is THE busy season, and proceeded estimates from the top three rated Yelp roofers. Right from the start, Nema was quick to respond. Re-roofing is a major investment, and Adam and Ron patiently answered all my questions or replied quickly. They aren't the cheapest. The 50 year manufacturer warranty and modern materials and application (hot torch vs. hot mop, metal flashing vs. flexible barrier, criteria as Florida and LA County, etc), were the reasons we felt confident in NEMA. We live near the beach, so "getting the last roof of our lifetime" is worth the peace of mind. Clean up was pretty good too. They had cleaned all the debris in the gutters, and only left bits of sawdust. I highly recommend NEMA for a high quality job you can feel sure about! read more

We're writing to highly recommend NEMA roofing! We recently had what was believed to be a one-to-two day job that NEMA intended to complete prior to what became dubbed, "the biggest storm of the decade." We were so relieved they could tackle the project because the leak was already extensive and would not have withstood another giant storm. Unfortunately, however, when the roof was opened up, the damage was found to be far more extensive than initially believed. To NEMA's profound credit, they honored our existing contract price, with the exception of the cost of additional wood. Bad news was, due to this unforeseen circumstance, the roof could not be completed before the storm. But again, to NEMA's profound credit, they never gave up. They did as much of the work as could possibly be done and tarped the roof before the storm. While we hoped for the best, one night we got gale-force winds that were blowing the tarp like crazy. While we sat anxiously awaiting disaster, NEMA called and said they were on their way. At 9:00 p.m. that evening (yes, p.m.!) they came with additional tarps and sand bags and got up there in the midst of the storm and "battened down the hatches," as they say. They checked several times a day every day thereafter until the storm passed. The minute it was over, they finished the roof, fixed our drywall, and had it all painted. It looked perfect, like brand new. They never left our side and they completely took care of our needs. There is no question in our mind that our next, and only, roofer will forever be NEMA Roofing. Without a doubt, you will not be able to find a company that cares as much as they do!! Thanks Ron and Adam ... but a special shout out to Ron for being here almost everyday. read more

Ron, Adam and the NEMA roofing team were always courteous and professional. The crew was experienced, started the job early and worked hard throughout the day. Adam came out for the roofing appointment on time and explained the entire process to us from start to finish. He made sure to answer all our questions and what he did not have an answer for... he called his dad and asked. We really loved the fact that the company is father & son. We were so happy not to see another salesman come along. The roofing job was on time as promised and very professional. The roofers were very respectful when on our property at all times. If you are looking for a roofing contractor, roof repair or even maintenance... call NEMA!!! It was a pleasure working with Adam and his dad. Highly recommended. read more

Hurricane Hilary was coming and these guys were very responsive and quick to coming to my aid. I had a leak on my roof of my duplex and they helped me tarp before the storm. They were very professional and even had a drone. Three days after the storm (when things dried up), the roofers came. Initially they thought it was a larger project but it ended up being just a patch and reduced the price accordingly. Everyone on the team is super nice to work with. They really helped me in my time of need especially when I couldn't get a hold of other roofing companies. read more

We met with NEMA roofing last month during the heavy rain, we met with Ron and find out that we couldn't repair our roof so we decided to move forward with a full replacement. Our new roof is gorgeous and we are getting a lot of compliments. Adam the owner is very pleasant and answered any question we had during the process . The team was very professional, they cleaned up, worked hard and fast to complete the job. Definitely will be referring them to friends and family. Thank you Ron and NEMA roofing. read more

Can't say enough of Neema's wonderful services. Neema has replaced our roof last year, and some water came in with the recent rains. Gave them a call, Ron and Adam came out within an hour, and assisted in finding a window leak. We appreciate the quick response and instant feedback. Even after a year to come out so quickly and help out really shows the great customer service that this company offers. Thank you guys!! read more

I bought my home in 2018. I did all kinds of upgrades but my roof unfortunately was left on the back burner. The home came with presidential shingles so I knew it would be expensive to replace with same style. I got a few bids and was even more discouraged with the prices and the roofers that came out. My neighbor was doing her roof with NEMA and I asked for a quote. I was presented with multiple different options and pricing that I would be most comfortable with. I ended up with presidential shingles after all but I'm so glad that I did! My entire experience with NEMA was great. Professional, responsive and most importantly mindful of not damaging the rest of the property since I recently did it and was super nervous about that. After each work day clean up was done. I would highly recommend and thank you guys for my forever roof! read more

We were looking to get solar panels installed for our home but our home being 30+ years old and haven't done any roofing work in the past 8 years other than a little check ups here and there, we didn't think it was a good idea until we fully replaced our roof. Looking for roofing services who could work with us and trust them was the first thing on our mind before going forward with solar. The gold mine was NEMA roofing, they ensured us that quality and safety was their top two priorities for us when working with them to get new and improved shingles added to our home. Due to our high pitch roof, the workers had to harness them selves into the rafters, they looked like spidermen all over our roof. Many times it was really stressful but Ron and Adam were always a phone call away. The job was done in 10 days as promised and at the end of the job, Ron came by and did an extra magnetic sweep to make sure the property was clean. We were told from the beginning that there would be nails and debris all over the property and we were actually very thankful that they were so honest with us ! After all this is a construction job with demolition and all . No other roofing company told us what to expect. Actually the other companies salesmen told us that it would be "the best and smoothest project ever" typical salesmen! Really glad that Ron and Adam are brother in laws and this is a family owned roofing contractor. Couldn't have gone any better. read more

Adam and NEMA Roofing Solutions has been amazing. We had a very challenging project that required a lot of extra attention. I was amazed at how quickly the project was completed from start to finish. He even brought donuts from time to time for our little one to enjoy. read more

This was the best experience I had with a roofing contractor. I had multiple contractors come out to give me quotes for replacement of the roof. Adam had said that all I needed was a repair because my roof was a great condition. The other contractors put fear that a repair would only be a bandage. I spoke with Adam, and he told me if I wanted to do the replacement that he can do it if it gave me peace of mind. A few days later, They showed up to come to replace the roof. I gave him all my concerns and he addressed each one of them. He never took any shortcuts. Adam was very honest and competitive with his price. They were not the cheapest contractor but had the best customer service and warranty on the market. Most of the other contractors do residential and commercial. I believe NEMA roofing does as well, but they treats there business like a family. They will give you the most honest opinion with the intentions to make it affordable and quality above all else. read more

I needed a large roof repair done and Ron from NEMA scheduled an appointment to look at it right away. He was very thorough and professional. I recently hired NEMA Roofing for a roof project. The entire team was very professional. They walked me through the steps and make sure I understood what I was paying for. Adam from Nema Roofing just completed a job at my rental home in SB. The job was redoing an old flat roof over an attached garage, along with an odd shaped side roof/light well area. Adam was very responsive, came out quickly for an estimate and gave me a very competitive price. Also, had asked for a full roof replacement, but Adam said I didn't need one-it would have cost me more, but he insisted the roof did not need it-I appreciated that he was honest and didn't take advantage. Adam was able to get me on the schedule quickly and the job was done in 2 days. I am very pleased with the results. In the end I'm very glad I took the chance. When I have roofing needs in the future I will confidently call them. read more

I have a building in Oxnard that had an old roof that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately there were already 3 layers of shingles. I got 3 bids. Nema Roofing had the most reasonable quote for quality of work. They were registered, insured and guaranteed their work. This was not an easy job as the roof has quite an incline and is right next to adjacent buildings on both sides. Even though there was a lot of debris, they managed to make it spotless! read more

We had a leak in our roof and we had buckets in 2 places to capture the water and NEMA repaired our roof quickly to avoid more major damage. What was impressive was the responsiveness to help us. I could not get other companies to call me back for days but Adam called me back immediately and it was just before midnight. He was able to find someone to give me a temporary fix the next morning to get us through the rain. Ron then came to us between rains and listened very well to my needs. He was able to find a resource to do the repairs within days to perform the repair before the next big rain. He always responded to questions immediately and followed through to make sure the job was completed well. read more

NEMA roofing is by far the best roofing service I had come into contact with! I was getting estimates all around Oxnard and speaking over the phone with Adam was a big relief! They put my mind at ease, I told them about how the shingles on my roof were cracking because it was asphalt type shingles. They told me it can cause holes and probably end up causing more damage in the long run, so I wanted to work with them before it got to that point! Adam and his crew went the whole nine yard for us! Got everything re-shingled and everything looks great, crew is professional kind and project was done on time! THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN! read more
