NEMA provided me with a 25-year workmanship/ 50-year warranty on the roof materials for the Shingle roof. Also, a 10-year workmanship warranty/ 20-year warranty on the roof materials for the Flat portion of my roof. In my opinion, the entire interaction with their crew exceeded my expectations and requirements. He has no sales team, no financing team - just him and his crew which I feel keeps his pricing low. He gave me a call right around the time he said he would be able to start, and worked on it everyday and finished it within the time frame he said he would.
