A few years later, there was a leak in my house, so I called them to come before it rained during the middle of the week. I was adamant about avoiding the rain. They said they'd come either Monday or Tuesday. I tried calling when they didn't show up or call me...no reply. Then they called when it was raining to say they were finishing up another job and would be there Thursday or Friday. Surprise! No one showed up or bothered to call, AGAIN. I'm very unhappy with the lack of care with this company. Since then over the years, I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and have them patch my roof. However, the roof would keep leaking the same "patched" spots. I even asked them if they could look over the entire roof and they would say it was ok. Clearly not. I had a trusted roofer of a friend come by and take pictures. He showed me they missed a ton of areas they claimed to have patched. It was obvious from the photos. Jesus designed and fabricated an oversized leader head that could accommodate both the water and debris. The leader head now feeds a rain chain which leads to a rain barrel. As the leader head and rain chain are near the front door of my house, not only did they need to be functional, they also needed to have an artistic flare to them.
