My first impression of Nema Roofing is that Adam has excellent communication skills. He made it a point to listen to all my questions, but he was also able to answer many of the questions which I didn't know how to ask. Adam also understood my objectives beyond roofing, and he provided valuable suggestions which helped me to save money and time on painting and other remodeling projects on my home. The Nema crew was diligent and professional and did a great job of cleaning up the yard during and after the project. It was also easy to get answers and explanations from them. I chose Nema Roofing because of the price and payment options that I was offered. I also benefited from the addition of new gutters which came in their package as a promotion. I loved working with Adam and all his crew . I give Nema Roofing a very high recommendation. read more

My brother flips a lot of houses and recommend Adam at NEMA Roofing. We actually had a leak in the roof and called Adam's emergency service to come and cover our roof around 2am. We were so happy and satisfied with his service that we knew he would be the only one to re do our roof. No other roofing contractor like him. Fast. Professional. Quality. Nema Roofing did a great job replacing the 50 year-old roof on our mobile home in Goleta. Ron was our project manager; he and his team always responded quickly and thoroughly to our questions and concerns. All aspects of the job were satisfactorily completed and on time. Half the plywood decking needed replacing and when the job was finished, it looked like new. Now that a few storms have passed through without any water issues, we're confident that the job was well done and will last. Many thanks to this company and team of professionals. read more

Nema Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. They came highly recommended by a friend, and we are so glad we chose them. They were extremely professional, timely and knowledgeable about all the options available to us. We were able to get a new roof on the house within two weeks of contacting them. Prior to the installation they answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Once the job started they worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. Their team was polite and respectful of our property as well as our neighbors during construction. We would definitely recommend Nema Roofing for any roofing needs you may have! read more

NEMA Roofing was great! Thomas came as promised and gave estimates on two options. We ended up repairing rather than replacing for now. Pricing was reasonable. Followup was very good as well. Highly recommend them. read more

This is my first roof repair I've done after buying our new house. Adam is very professional and very responsive, and pricing is higher than other quotes but I feel like it's guaranteed safety for life. What I like the most about their services is the whole process is very smooth and and I do not need to worry about anything. He followed up on the questions quickly, offered a more comprehensive repair solutions for a reasonable price, explained the work required with pictures taken by the drone, scheduled the work quicker than expected and sent appointment reminders. Adam then helped manage the entire repair and discussed progress throughout, showed pictures immediately after the repair was done for different parts of the roof, and explained the effort in matching the color of the new and old tile to the best possible. The repair services not only covered the leak repair, the team also helped replace seven loose tile and seal areas where needed. I was very pleased with the company and the repair services! read more

Had a big hiccup with our roof when we noticed the wind had cracked and blown a few shingles to our driveway. Big no no! The rain coming and going, we needed to get this replaced !!! Spoke to Adam over the phone and he told us that he can schedule us on Tuesday when we requested a quote on Monday. Really happy they were able to fit us in and replace the broken shingles, literally got the job done within the 2 hours of them arriving. Found out I had a terrible roof leak! Tried to get help with my warranty company but they were no help to me at all. That's when I went to look for different roofing contractors that I could get in contact with! Spoke to many, and Nema roofing stood out to us the most! Looking at their track record we're clearly impressed, especially after talking with Ron and Adam, I think it was the best decision to work with them for our home. Getting quotes from different companies, I would say NEMA was right in the middle, and they were right in my budget! Every dollar counts and they put it to work, they were on top of communication and awesome to work with. I believe they are the best decision! read more

I found a roof leak during the heavy raining days and I started talking to multiple roofers. Ron was quite knowledgeable and answered lots of questions honestly and patiently. He and Adam put a tarp on while I was waiting for my solar company (Sunrun) to inspect the issue. A few weeks later, the tarp was blown off the roof, they came to rescue on a short notice late at night, before the rain starts again. I appreciate their responsiveness and always checking on me. read more

I highly recommend this company for roof repair or replacement! My house is on the older side, including the roof, and has been in need of some repairs. I found NEMA Roofing Solutions through Yelp and saw they were highly rated. Jonathon was my project manager and he was great, was super helpful and they were able to redo the roof right away. I thought it would take a week to complete but they were able to replace the whole roof in only 3-4 days, super quick. Shoutout to Juan who oversaw it all. I also had my attic re-insulated and rodent proofed, which they were able to do alongside the roof, took them less than a day to do it. The cost in total was a lot but from what I saw online it was within range of what you should expect for the work I had done. The roof and attic look great so I'd say money well spent. They included these vents in the roof that are really great for air circulation, especially in my garage where it used to be so stuffy. Not long after the roof was completed, one of the shingles had fallen to the ground. I was a little worried at first but when I brought it to Jonathon's attention he was quick to get it replaced and had even double checked the roof for me to locate the exact spot for the repair. I'm super happy with the result so if you are looking for quality and efficiency I recommend NEMA. read more

NEMA did a fantastic job! Adam G. Took care of our needs to replace the entire roof with ease. The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Adam said he would finish the job within 5 working days and it was done on time. Pricing is very fair for todays market so please don't hesitate to give NEMA a call. Thank you Adam for making the experience easy for us! read more

Nema Roofing & Adam is such a good roofer. He spent 12 hour days on our horrible, neglected roof. He works with his crew and is very hands-on and involved with the projects he takes on. We got five different quotes from great companies and actually just forgot about all the others after talking to Adam because we could tell he was going to take care of our house. We're very happy with our new roof. He did an amazing job on our custom skylight and worked tirelessly to repair 40 years of roof neglect and dry rot. Him and his crew left the yard very clean. He is fair and honest and works REALLY hard. If you call and he doesn't answer, try again because he's so worth it! He's literally on someone's roof making it amazing for a really great price read more

Nema Roofing completed three jobs for us. Two of which were flat roof and one was a heavily pitched house structure. Adam was the team lead. Very communicative via text. I felt as if I was actually on the job since Adam sent many images of their progress. The first was a flat roof townhouse, and that was completed in one day, including gutters with no issues whatsoever. The second was a very large six unit flat roof. Two stories, and I must say, for all three jobs Adam gave us a very fair quote. Thank you! The large apartment took around four days including demo so I put a couple images for you. Out of all the quotes I got, Adam was willing to work me into the schedule much faster than I thought it was possible. We have two more pieces of property that, we will use Nema Roofing as the contractor. read more

These guys are the best! 2 days before the rain started we noticed our roof was worn out - especially in one corner. Mike came out immediately to assess the problem and give us a quote for a patch to get us through to next summer. The next morning Mike and Harry showed up promptly and worked all day to get the roof protected. They were professional, courteous, and respectful. They even came back a few days later and applied 2 more coats of the protective cover for free! Very happy. (: read more

We have a property in Ventura County and was looking for roofing services throughout google, yelp, you name it! Looking at the high quality, professional, great reviews and videos of work done with Nema I was blown away. Speaking to the roofing contractor Adam in the beginning was nice, he told us an extensive plan that he was going to do get our roof interchanged with brand new shingles without using tar so it wouldn't be so smelly. We only come down to Ventura once a month so we know we haven't taken best care of our home. Yet Adam said he can do regular maintenance check ups on our roof to ensure that everything is A - OK for us. Really is a pleasure working with him, great project manager who guides his team well. read more

First off, I would like to say Thank You so much to the company and a big Thank You to Harry. I was experiencing a leak inside my home, Harry came out, going up on the roof and going into my attic. He was able to figure out that my AC was not installed properly and gaps were visible. Along further inspection he noticed that my AC water was running to my Chimney which could be my next leak point. I really was not expecting a big project like this but Harry was able to assist me. Help me with financing and along with helping me get in contact with his management team to work something out so I can be ready for the rainy season ahead of us. I got a section of my roof done where I was having issues. Got a good rate and a easy monthly payment. What stood out the most throughout this whole project, which I thought was gonna be weeks, was only 4 days. It was that I was constantly contacting Harry and getting replies instantly along with seeing him at my property, making sure that the job is being dealt correctly and in the timely manner. Big Thank you to your team and keep an eye out for customer I send your way. read more

I thought I had a leak in my roof and asked NEMA to come out and give me an estimate to repair it. The representative was very nice. He got up on the roof and took pictures with a drone. He also went up into the attic and took pictures there. He recommended that the whole or at least half of my 10 year old roof be replaced. I told the NEMA representative I had to think about it. I decided to seek a second opinion. The second roofer came out and inspected the area but could not find the source of the problem. He went up into the attic and found that in the problem area a drainage pipe that runs from my outside AC unit into the house and up into the attic was broken and had been leaking water when I used the AC over the summer. The insulation was also wet. I am so glad I got a second opinion. That second opinion saved me thousands of dollars. read more

We recently needed to find a contractor company to re-roof our house and garage. Luckily, we chose Nema Roofing in Oxnard and Thomas came to talk to us and offer an estimate. We judged him to be honest and reliable and we accepted the contract. The cost was comparable to 3 others we had checked. He had explained the steps of the job to be done and what we could expect. The job was to be done in a continuous fashion, no stoppage waiting for materials delivery or for work crew availability, or for debrie removal or even for unplanned weather events. The job from start to finish took only an impressive 5 days. The work crew was polite and knowledgeable. The noise of the job was quiet compared to other roofing jobs in our neighborhood. Thomas also answered our phone calls for a clarification of an item All the mess from removal and replacement of the roof was thoroughly cleaned up and removed by completion of the job. The entire process of the job greatly removed the worries we had before signing a contract. We have no complaints and would recommend use of this company read more

I spoke with more than 6 roofing companies before I chose Nema Roofing. Thomas worked with me on the whole job. A beautiful new roof, new low profile vents, new sky light tubes on my roof. My garage, which is separate from my home never had rain gutters. Those were installed as well. His price for all this was more than fair. The cleanup was incredible. Wouldn't even know that I had my roof ripped off and put back on. Thomas, thank you for your professionalism and kindness and a job more than well done. read more

I know I am a bit late to writing this review because I did call Adam about a year ago to have his team replace my roof and gutters. He's a genuine soul and was more than helpful in working with me through the process. I'm very skeptical and always ask the right questions when it comes to contractors and even more so with roofers as I've read about so many things that can go wrong if you end up hiring a less than 100% job. Adam was patient the whole way thru with me and he even surprised me when he showed me areas I didn't even think to consider. When you work with NEMA solutions, they put your interests first. Everything was clean after everything was done nothing in the front yard or in the backyard by the pool or in the pool. read more

No one wants to redo their roof, but Thomas and his crew made the process smooth and painless. We chose Nema after reviewing multiple bids. We liked that he was a local business and competitive. The bid contained multiple pricing options as well. He stuck to the schedule and confirmed the start date just days before. The crew came and got to work. The roof was done in less than 2 days, including cleanup afterwards. The bid included a rear walk out deck which involved them returning a couple of days later for the final sealing. The end result is great. His workmanship is better than the original home builders. We are glad we chose Nema Roofing. read more

My main bedroom was leaking throughout this entire rainstorm as we just had. I had many roofers that came by and told me that I had to replace my roof. Adam came to the house and he was the only roofer who actually got up on the roof and did a water test and found that the leak was not coming through the roof and actually through the window . We were very impressed at how honest he was, and he recommended one of his friends that has a construction company who would come over and help us with the problem. Adam was absolutely amazing to work with. We knew that NEMA were probably going to be one of the higher bids that we were going to receive, From the moment we met him until the start of the job, he was nothing but available for us at literally all times even late at night. We had an unexpected rain while we were in the process of doing our roof, Adam and Ron came out at 11 pm to make sure everything was okay. Due to the recent epic rains our near 30 year old roof needed replacement. After getting several quotes the prior month, we were ready to pick a company. We are so happy we picked Nema Roofing. They came over immediately to tarp the leaking area so that the additional rains didn't do any damage and were able to start on our roof project the following week (while other companies told us it would be at least a month before they could get to us). Our project manager was Adam and he is superb! He always kept us updated, took care of ALL of our concerns and sent us pictures before/during/after the project. And their price was above a lot of quotes we received but honestly I wanted safety over anything and I knew going with Nema was the best option. Thank you team. read more

Working with Nema Roofing was an exceptional experience. Adam, the project manager is amazing. He was at the house every day to check on the progress of the project, answer any questions, even stopping by on a Sunday afternoon. I signed the contract on a Thursday, the foreman was at the house on Saturday measuring for materials and the demo started on Monday. The entire project was completed by Wednesday, just one week after signing the contract. Every day I would go home from work so excited to observe their progress. The team worked from sun up to sun down. So professional! This experience was such a pleasure, I even recommended Adam and his team to my boss, at work without hesitation. Normally I would never do this, cuz I don't need to be blamed for any frustration he may experience from working with a contractor. I love my new metal roof. Thank you NEMA roofing, Adam, and the entire crew. read more

High pressure sales suddenly if I would agree to start next week they could lower the price by $10K. The rep was young and inexperienced. Later their office called to ask me about my experience. Turns out the rep is new to the company. I asked why he was not accompanied by a more experienced rep and was told they don't do that anymore. Huh. What a waste of time and puts into question the integrity of this company. read more

This review is a bit over due , I should have written this months ago but I wanted to wait for the rains to finish and see if I really got my moneys worth and oh boy , what a gorgeous and sturdy roof did we get. Adam was great to work with , always called me back and updated me every step of the way which I really appreciate since it was my first time doing a roof and was a bit nervous to do such a big project. Everyday they were here the guys were nice and efficient and cleaned up all extra nails or debris at the end of each work day. Adam helped me decide on the color of shingle I used because I was torn but he knew best with the color of home and I'm so glad I went with his recommendation. Now that we've had some pretty intense rains and I have zero issues I'm so thankful and grateful that I no longer have to bust out the buckets and zero leaks. I contacted Nema Roofing for an estimate and Adam, the owner, came by to give me a quote. Something I'm very thankful for because I have zero knowledge about roofing. Ofcourse they were one of the higher bids we received. Can't blame them. Better materials, longer warranties and knowledge. sounded like a real roofing contractor and NOT another salesman that wanted our money. I called Nema Roofing for a bid on a commercial building with a leaking roof last fall. I got a call back quickly and had an appointment within a few days at my convenience. Ron inspected the roof and gave me a reasonable quote for a silicone coating since the roof was structurally sound. I received about 5 bids anywhere from a total re-roof to a pvc type roll and silicone coating. The price was resonable compared to all the other quotes. Ron answered all my questions and responded quickly to any texts. They were able to start sooner than expected because another customer postponed his project, so turned out great for me since the "big rains" were approaching. He sent me pictures of the progress and showed me drone footage as well. Well, the storms came and not 1 leak! So happy I went with a family run local business.
