For example, they told us we could wait to have some privacy trees trimmed which made us feel like they weren't upselling us. They were great about making sure we involved our neighbors for a tree on the shared property line. They communicated well about timing of the work. On the day, a team of 4 or 5 guys came out bright and early and well equipped. They did a great job and put on an impressive climbing/ acrobat show for the neighborhood! They cleaned up the work well and got the job done efficiently.
