The Pressure washer needed assembly and I was asked to return the following day to pick it up. The following afternoon, and after waiting for more than an hour, the unit was rolled-out and put into my pickup truck. I took it home and added fuel. The first pull partially yanked the improperly installed engine off of the frame. I immediately returned the the pressure washer. Sales staff were excelllent and promptly refunded my money. The improperly put together unit was self explanatory. The chainsaw: I bought a new Sthil chainsaw and an extra chain. No paperwork was given to me with the unit, and they never registered the sale with Sthil. I know this because the NEW saw did not oil the chain. After reading the reviews, and my previous experience with the service department, I took it to the ACE dealer in a neighboring town. ACE can't find any warranty paperwork which means I need to return to AgPro to have them to register the saw or give me the documents so I can do it myself. I'm dreading that conversation. As of now, a week later, my saw is unusable until I can prove it is new and under warranty. Pressure washer accessories: I purchased a multi-function spray nozzle for the pressure washer. After one use It will no longer "multi-function." At this point I think they sell broken-before-purchased equipment. As the nozzle was $35 I just decided to get a new one at ACE and threw the broken one away. Customer Caution - I'd carefully consider other locations before buying from AgPro. It seems strange to have three brand new items be broken before even getting to use them. Two high-dollar items at that.

    Nothing but positive experiences every time I've been here. Always greeted when I walk in the door…read more Always a busy place so I understand if I have to wait sometimes. From parts to service, everyone has always been very nice and gone out of their way to help. Most recently, brought my lawn tractor in for regular service. Was called with an estimate on what needed to be serviced and it was ready on time. Both at drop off and pick up, employees were there to assist with unloading and loading. It's not really a dissatisfaction, but I wasn't really happy my lawn tractor was stored outside exposed to the weather. That's really minor, because overall I was pleased with the serviceI received. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.

    They picked up my mower on 4/9 and I was told it would be Monday the 13th before they could look at…read moreit to find the problem. I called back on Tuesday the 14th and was told that two commercial customers had come in and they have priority so it would be a couple more days before they could tell me anything. I waited till Thursday the 16th and was told they still had not got to it and there was still two customers before me. Again, I called on Monday and was told as a favor to me they would move me up and look at it on Tues. To make a long story short, they called me on the 21st and said they needed the service paid for to the tune of $820.26 . Their stated hourly rate is somewhere around $110.00. So once they got around to looking and finding the problem it took them nine days to repair the mower and yet they were able to repair the mower in less than a day, which to replace the blades, a new belt and a pulley and change the oil and filter cost me almost $500.00 In other words, I would never go back here again ever and would tell anyone else the same.

    Obviously Kubota's core business isn't done through Yelp, because this location does things a…read morelittle off the social-media grid (much like yours truly), and I appreciate that immensely. When I was looking for a tractor, I didn't hit Yelp up to help me decide which dealer to purchase from. With a purchase like a tractor, you visit the locations and meet the people behind the scenes. This value is not lost in this portion of the world, and please don't lose it. I had visited all of the local Kubota dealers during the Virus shutdown in hopes of finding a deal, which can be had if you come prepared with exactly what you want, and don't act like a pretentious a*hole. Under no circumstances did any of the other local orange dealers treat me poorly, and I doubt they would even still, but this Mason Tractor location (and I've been to almost all of them) is head and neck above what else is out there. The sales staff was patient with me during the virus crap, and I reciprocated because the whole scenario was new to all of us. Regardless, this location stuck to their guns, and treated me like a valued customer well before plunking down the money. I won't mention any names specifically, but my sales rep went so far out of the box to make my deal happen, that he is to be commended. I have that person's personal contact information and have thanked him multiple times for how I was handled. Again, Yelpers aren't the target demographic for a typical customer, and I imagine that won't change much. I find it hard to believe that they would do ANTHING deserving of one star. I will be back to purchase more implements, accessories, and service in the future. Thank you to everyone that made my experience so smooth.

    Exmark Mower warranty work.... We took a mower in for…read morerepair. (disclaime) we did not purchase the mower at Mason. We have previously purchased a mower from Mason but not this Mower. We took the mower in 3 weeks 4 days ago. We ask if we could schedule bringing it so that we did not have to leave it for a long period because we did need the mower with cutting season upon us. I called often to check on the progress of the mower and even stopped by at one point to check on it. We were called and told what the problem was and told they could start work on it right away and how much it would cost. We told them it was warranty work and we were told that it would need to be checked and they would get back with us. we did tell them it was under warranty when we dropped off the mower. Then the process began to get that approved. the warranty work was approved then we were told they did not know when it would be completed because the part was on back order. We did continue to call and check the progress on the mower. We finally picked the mower up today. We were not treated pleasantly at all at pick up. we were not given any paperwork or a thank you, the same rudeness we were greeted with each time we called. yes, we called 2 times A Week to check progress, yes, maybe that was too much but only once, the first time with the diagnosis and price were we called with an update. I am positive in owning our on business that customer service means something. It should actually come first. Not at this location. Customer service was lacking completely. Hope this helps for someone thinking of using this location. Don't try it find somewhere different.
