Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Horrible business, shaddy repair work and charging for parts or repairs not even done. The owner, even worse, cons and steals from customers, sells mowers through loan companies and then steals them to resale for cash. Report this business! read more

This is the WORST small engine shop I've ever dealt with. Dropped off a piece of equipment for repair, was told 3-5 days, well, a week passed. I called and was told it would be another week, and he would call me when it was ready, that he was "waiting on the part because echo doesn't like him". Well, THREE weeks passed, and I finally called and he said it STILL wasn't ready, said should be the next day. Next day I go to the store in person, and they didn't even know where my piece of equipment was. They finally found it, and it wasn't ready, so they said tomorrow once again. I informed them I would Be there the next day, and if it wasn't ready, I was taking it with me. Went back the next day, and it was ready, to the time of over $100 for a simple repair. No discount whatsoever for their tremendous levels of unprofessionalism. Then the best part, got it home, and fired it up, and it wouldn't stay running, had to take it to another engine repair shop. I stopped here to have my lawn mower blade sharpened. The people here are great and they did it while I waited, which was unexpected. I thought I would have to leave it. They have a great selection of lawn and garden equipment and great customer service so I would certainly recommend them! read more

I have a "chinese" 4wheeler that my grandsons love to ride. It quit turning over and I had no idea where to take it. Found this shop and although it was 55 miles away I took it there. Met David and he said let me take a quick look since you are so far away, maybe we can save you another trip. Jose and David had it fixed shortly and saved me another trip to pick it up. This shop is what CUSTOMER SERVICE is about. Havent seen anyone care about the customer like this in years. read more
