This is the dealership issue that happened with the Cumming GA Branson dealership…read more 1st and foremost - Branson dealership are franchises, and Branson stood behind their product EXTREMELY well. Got a notice in the mail that where I had purchased my 2015 3520H was under new management. My 3520H had a failed fuel sending unit and a failed dashboard (the hour meter kept resetting to zero) I contacted the new management and asked - my email even stated that there was he had no skin in the game, and "No" would be a perfect answer as well - as I was out of warranty for electronics. Here is the best part of the story - the new management contacted Branson, and because I had reported the items broken prior to end of warranty - Branson agreed to fix the parts. So I drop off my tractor - and they replace the dash and the fuel sending unit. I pickup my tractor - hook up my mower and as soon as I turn on the PTO it stalls, upon restart it revs up and down and has no power. Dealer send s a truck to pick it up, diagnoses the issues and says "it is a coincidence that the injector pump died" (I really don't believe in coincidences). Dealer calls Branson - and Branson once again says YES they will repair it. Dealer installs new injector pump. I get it home, and run it at PTO for 3 hours, and exact same failure as before - revs up and down - no power - barely got it back to my shop. Took it back to the Dealer - and diagnosed as ANOTHER injector pump - once again Branson agree to replace the injection Pump. The dealer replaced the injector pump, and cleaned the entire fuel system. The dealer shows me what was in the tank, and it was RUST - yes I had a rusting PLASTIC tank. I took the tractor home and upon close inspection, found that the mounting bolt for the injector pump was laying on the frame rail, and my fuel gauge was no longer functioning - AGAIN! The tractor did run, however - it was sluggish, and under-powered, and simply did not run/feel like is had for the previous 4 years. During this process I reached out to Branson HQ and was directed to my regional manager. This is what happened - no names have been used or drug thru the mud, there were many things said during the incident that need not be repeated. It was an experience that no one should have to deal with... I will tell you Branson stood behind their product, and treated me as well or better than can be expected. In the end - Branson, kept my business by earning my respect, that 1st dealer - not so much Having no confidence in the work that was performed by the Cumming dealership - I traded the tractor.

The place is super cute and the people are nice. Only down side is there is no where to sit. The apple cider is $3 for a small cup of it. It is good but not worth the price per ounce. I got pumpkin butter for $10 and I am excited to try it.

When I was looking for a tractor, I didn't hit Yelp up to help me decide which dealer to purchase from. With a purchase like a tractor, you visit the locations and meet the people behind the scenes. This value is not lost in this portion of the world, and please don't lose it. I had visited all of the local Kubota dealers during the Virus shutdown in hopes of finding a deal, which can be had if you come prepared with exactly what you want, and don't act like a pretentious a*hole. Under no circumstances did any of the other local orange dealers treat me poorly, and I doubt they would even still, but this Mason Tractor location (and I've been to almost all of them) is head and neck above what else is out there. The sales staff was patient with me during the virus crap, and I reciprocated because the whole scenario was new to all of us. Regardless, this location stuck to their guns, and treated me like a valued customer well before plunking down the money. I won't mention any names specifically, but my sales rep went so far out of the box to make my deal happen, that he is to be commended. I have that person's personal contact information and have thanked him multiple times for how I was handled. Again, Yelpers aren't the target demographic for a typical customer, and I imagine that won't change much. I find it hard to believe that they would do ANTHING deserving of one star. I will be back to purchase more implements, accessories, and service in the future. Thank you to everyone that made my experience so smooth.

We took the mower in 3 weeks 4 days ago. We ask if we could schedule bringing it so that we did not have to leave it for a long period because we did need the mower with cutting season upon us. I called often to check on the progress of the mower and even stopped by at one point to check on it. We were called and told what the problem was and told they could start work on it right away and how much it would cost. We told them it was warranty work and we were told that it would need to be checked and they would get back with us. we did tell them it was under warranty when we dropped off the mower. Then the process began to get that approved. the warranty work was approved then we were told they did not know when it would be completed because the part was on back order. We did continue to call and check the progress on the mower. We finally picked the mower up today. We were not treated pleasantly at all at pick up. we were not given any paperwork or a thank you, the same rudeness we were greeted with each time we called. yes, we called 2 times A Week to check progress, yes, maybe that was too much but only once, the first time with the diagnosis and price were we called with an update. I am positive in owning our on business that customer service means something. It should actually come first. Not at this location. Customer service was lacking completely. Hope this helps for someone thinking of using this location. Don't try it find somewhere different.

If I could give these people a ZERO star I would! I purchased a John Deere 5065E with an 8' cutter…read moreattachment, front end loader and forks around a month and a half ago from Ag-Pro in Cartersville totaling around $73,000.00. After the initial purchase it took a week for delivery in order to attach the front end loader and have everything setup with everything in stock at the time of purchase. Upon delivery it had under a quarter tank of diesel, the delivery driver and sales man didn't bring any keys for the unit nor did it come with an owners manual (which I'm still waiting on the owners manual). When the tractor was initially delivered, they failed to bring the forks for the front end as well which I had to call multiple times to find out when they would deliver them. The PTO clutch in my other tractor went out and it was time to upgrade models which is why I decided to purchase the 5065. A couple days after delivery I had an opportunity to mow the grass which was in desperate need. After 10 minutes of mowing half the cutter came detached from the tractor where they failed to install cotter pins (guess it's my fault for failing to do a thorough inspection of the service departments work). This was aggravating to say the least. After getting the cutter reattached, I continued to mow only to discover where they ran the hydraulic lines for the front end loader was poorly secured and the 45 degree fittings were angled wrong causing my front wheel to snag on the lines damaging them. I called the dealership and explained the situation. At this point I no longer wanted to deal with the salesman and spoke directly to the manager. I was in the process of going out of town and the manager assured me they would pick the unit up and have it taken care of by the time I returned (one week from the time we spoke). Upon returning from my trip I received no updates and decided I would follow up. After speaking with them they told me the hydraulics were fixed and they were just waiting on the replacement bowl for the cutter that was bent (this caused massive vibrations to the point where the cutter was unusable). Two weeks later they delivered the tractor today, the same day this review is being written. To put this in perspective, I was able to use the tractor 1 day for a total of 8 hours and 30 days later they brought it back. Before offloading the tractor today I did a brief walk around to see how they fixed the issues that were addressed. Immediately I noticed the hydraulic lines for the loader weren't right, if anything they were worse than before! I took a video on my phone where they weren't even secured to the location where they attach, you could just jiggle the lines around where they didn't tighten the nuts, nor did they re zip tie anything back from where it had torn off before. These people told me the hydraulics were fixed and they were just waiting on the bowl for the cutter when I called earlier in the week for an update which was a blatant lie! I told the driver not to unload the tractor and to return it to the dealership until it was fixed. Later today they delivered it a second time. The hydraulics were re-secured dropped off. After walking around it doing a more thorough inspection I found ANOTHER cotter pin that's missing! I will never do business with these individuals again. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life and I buy a ton of equipment! The fact that I'm taking this much time out of my afternoon to even write this review I hope will tell you something. They were quick to sell, however your on your own from there. Still no owners manual to this day. I hope this review saves someone else from falling victim to their unprofessionalism.
