Everytime I…read morehave made a trip to it I have found the parts I needed, whether I took the time to write down numbers or not, with the help of the friendly knowledgable staff at the parts counter. That's a big plus in my book. Anyone who has bought a riding mower at a big box then gone back the next year for filters and belts know what I mean. I will be shopping here first when I need to replace my current model.

    I am deeply disappointed with my experience at AG-Pro's John Deere location in Lilburn…read more I brought my riding mower in with fewer than 47 hours because it wouldn't start. They kept it for nearly two months, claimed to repair items that had already been repaired, and returned it to me still not running. When I asked to see the old blades as proof they had been replaced, I was told they had never been changed. What hurt most was the customer service. I tried repeatedly to work things out respectfully, but instead I was met with inappropriate and disrespectful comments from the service manager. I paid for repairs, yet the problem was never fixed, the agreement to make things right was never honored, and I received no refund. To make matters worse, my mower was dropped off in my backyard without anyone present to inspect it or obtain my signature. Ironically, the second delivery paperwork had a bold notice stating nothing should be left without the customer's signature. I ultimately had to take my mower to another AG-Pro John Deere location, pay even more money, and they correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem. The difference in professionalism and customer service was night and day. This isn't just about a mower--it's about trust. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting honest communication, quality repairs, and respectful treatment. I sincerely hope AG-Pro provides better leadership and customer service training at its Lilburn location so no one else has the experience I did.
