I just moved out of their service area, and I hope that I can find a new service that is as good. In the 8+ years, I never had to contact the office about any service problems. Even with inevitable staff changes, my bi-weekly services have been consistently excellent. Like anything you buy (car insurance, housekeeping, groceries), even when you are very happy with the service you are receiving, you should check prices with other companies to prove to yourself that you are getting a great value. Well, when I checked with 3 different cleaning services (including one just 3/4 of a mile from my home) in early 2025, they were all much more expensive. Bottom line, Maid Solutions does great work at a great value. I'm going to miss them at my new home.

If you don't want to read the whole thing, here's a summary: Great job in hard to clean areas, not…read moresuper impressive or professional, and I don't feel it was worth the money I spent.I have a 3 bedroom 1/2 bath townhouse. It's 2200 sq feet; and paid $480 for two people to work for 6-7 hours (ended up being 6 hours). So here's the story: I originally had a quote in December for $480.I cleaned, decluttered, and wiped down the tops of dressers.I had another walk through completed, because the initial quote was only good for 2 weeks and it had been a month since the original quote.The day of service, I had a walk through completed hoping that it would be less, because I had cleaned and it looked more organized - it was actually quoted as more! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT.So after speaking with the Angie, she gave me a discount. The cleaners came in and started working.I had to leave for a meeting, but I was asked to look over what had already been done. Everything looked good except for the blinds. I opened a blind and dust came flying out.When approached about the dust, I was told "all the dust isn't going to come off at once" (which the manager also stated after I complained to her about it).I left, came home and found many things wrong (see attached list due to characters max, I attached and not listed). Other issues not on the list: -clean surface area (except for door frames) -beautiful job on cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, and in general good job of cleaning, dusting, and mopping. -both my and my guest bedroom beds made, which I asked them not to and I had dust and dirt when I uncovered the comforter. I feel like if you're going to make my bed, the least you could do was run the sheets out or wipe them down. They also took clothing that was on my bed, and put in my laundry basket (when it was not dirty). -They left trash liners in all trash cans, which they did not have liners originally because I like to conserve the environment and try not to use plastic unless needed -the pillows on my couches were cleaned, and put back incorrectly. -I asked them to get off one sticker on the floor in the living room and 2 in the basement, only one was removed. Michelle said it would be no problem. -trash bags were left out on my patio. Which 1) is not where you found the trash bag I had already started; and 2) I probably wouldn't have seen for months. I was told the reason they were out on the patio was "because they were was no outdoor trash can to throw them in". To which I asked, don't you take them and throw them in a dumpster? And I was told no, they don't do that. She told me she doesn't take out the trash, she just bags it and puts in an outdoor can, but since I didn't have an outdoor can - she put it on my patio. -my ceiling fans are still dusty (noticed after asked them to come back) -In addition the above, my lights were left on and my TV was unplugged. Little things like trashcans, nick knacks, items that were on my bed, and others were not placed back where they were found. I e-mailed the Angie because it was 830pm and asked her to call me tomorrow.She insisted we talk today, so at 9pm I had a conversation about my grievances.She professionally handled the situation and had the ladies come out the next day and complete my grievances at no additional charge.The ladies came back and were defensive and abrasive with me.The Angie asked me to write down a list for the ladies to use as a checklist.Michelle told me "she didn't know nothing about a list.Angie never said anything about a list, she told me to redo the blinds, the bathroom, the stickers, the door frames - if she wanted me to do something else, she can call me."So I called Angie and told her, Michelle came up later and asked what else needed to be done. She asked me to look at the job she did mumbling something under her breath like "this is why I don't like leaving jobs before people get to look at it".I looked and everything was completed.I walked through the house, I asked her a question about some residue to which she stated "I'm going to have to have Angie come out cuz I dusted that area twice now and there's still problems".Out of all the doors in my home, one still needed to be dusted. I ran my fingers and dust came flying down.Michelle responded "I don't where this dust is coming from. I cleaned it". According to Angie and these reviews on Yelp! these kind of concerns don't happen frequently, so I'm not sure what happened, but honestly I feel like if I had the time and effort to clean I could have done this job. But I don't! Which is why I hired someone! In addition, I was told that before and after pictures of my house were taken I asked for the before and after pictures that were told were taken. Angie told me that Michelle deleted them and they were only sent to her. Somehow I can't get them? She stated that there's a waiver I would need to sign before they used the pictures.

These ladies stepped in without hesitation and cleaned my entire home from top to bottom until every corner of my home was sparkling clean. I was super impressed with Angela's personality, professionalism, fair pricing, knowledge and attention to detail. I can literally eat off of the floor of my home if I wanted to. Her crew members are not only friendly, but very accommodating to any request that I had, which is much appreciated. They organized my fridge, cleaned the oven, and even took care of the dishes without flinching! The products that she used smell amazing! It feels like we are in a brand new home. I can now begin to make renovations to my home confidently. I am so glad that I decided to give Stellar Cleaning a try. Sorry...but my experience was much different than the other reviews. Maybe it was just the crew I got but they left a LOT to be desired (and cleaned !!) They arrived on-time and I showed them around at what I wanted to have done. I specifically told them that there had been some renovation work done in my condo and I wanted a very good dusting of everything because I had guests coming to stay with me. Because I wanted the place to be really clean, I paid extra for the "deep cleaning" and the "move in / move out"...which according to their website would have them "pay more attention to details (make your home look brand new)".......I seem to remember my place looking much differently when I moved in ! I wanted to stay out of their way so I went out and ran some errands. When I returned about 90 minutes later they said they were just finishing up. One of the ladies walked me around a few places and showed me the work she had done (primarily in the living room and back bedroom). I could also tell they had cleaned the kitchen area and stove. What I saw looked fine and I made the mistake of assuming that the rest of the place had received the same amount of attention...boy was I wrong. Apparently the lady showed me the only places they did pay any attention to. After they left I found many places that had not been dusted at all (primarily picture frames on walls and objects that were on shelves). What really got to me was that I also found several areas where they had basically wiped down the front "easy to reach" places on shelves but made absolutely no effort to pick up items and dust under them, or even dust between items....just a quick swipe along the front of the shelf and that was it. I also found the guest bathroom mirror was wiped down, but that streaks remained all over the mirror (almost like they had used dirty water or something to clean it). In addition, the master bath shower door looked like had been sprayed with some kind of cleaning solution but no effort had been made to clean it off of the parts of the door that were close to the floor. One whole corner of the master bedroom wasn't touched. Admittedly I had 5 or 6 rolled up posters in the corner and I did not move them out of the way. I guess I just expected that they would be moved by the crew.....but there were no instructions or guidelines provided to me prior to the crew getting there that I needed to move any objects that were in the way of areas I would like to have cleaned. Yes...I can be faulted for not looking at everything in fine detail before the cleaning crew left. I made the bad assumption that my whole place was cleaned as well as the areas I was specifically shown. Lesson learned.

This is what I saw as I was moving my Belongings. I had to ask the lady when they would be finished at the 2:30hr mark and they still asked for 15 more mins. They cleaned the home but "sat on the clock" to make the ticket price higher. They definitely took advantage of me not paying attention to their start time and progress. 390 is the new price don't like it but paid It. She sent the invoice Friday with a 5 day notice to pay. Most of the cleanings had to be rescheduled last minute due to an undisclosed emergency. As long as there was communication, this is something I could live with. My final straw was a couple weeks ago - I had a cleaning scheduled which I confirmed less than 24 hours before. Around the scheduled time, I texted Elmer that our callbox was broken and asked him to text me when he arrived. After an erroneous text back stating confusion and that he was "far away", there was indefininite ghosting with no explanation. He never arrived and I didn't have time confirm an alternative option before the weekend (this was a Friday afternoon before family arrived in town for a milestone event). Stayed up half the night doing the cleaning myself. A few days later, I texted Elmer to see if he was okay and no response. Then I used my wife's phone to send a text and got an immediate response. I have all the text chains saved. I cannot in good conscience reccomend this provider.
