I purchased a used 2007 FJ Cruiser with a cash purchase. My salesman, Dan Highes was professional,…read moreand recommended a used Toyota FJ Cruiser to replace the Jeep I have had for 17 years, and allowed me to test drive it. I lightly negotiated on the already reasonable price, and requested that the car be undercoated and alignment fixed. Both of those requests were met to my satisfaction, in addition to them detailing the vehicle for me. Dan was great to point me in the direction of the perfect vehicle. It would have been nice to go over all the features of the vehicle in more detail as I discovered there are a few off-roading buttons that I have no idea how to use, but almost accidentally pressed on my drive home (A-Trak, Differential Lock). However, with the internet, I'll figure out what they do. Not a big deal...but I would recommend that they acclimate the sales people with all buttons and features so that they can de-brief customers on all functionality while at the dealership. The only drawback during the purchase process was spending well over an hour sitting, waiting to pay for my vehicle. Since the price was agreed upon on my first visit, I was hoping to be in and out quickly and on my way to get some dinner. I arrived at 7:15 and left just before 9:00. That's very long when all I need to do is look at the vehicle, and write a check. On a positive note, their personnel are professional and personable. They met my minor vehicle requests without any issues. The dealership is clean, and modern looking. The music is lame but they have to already know that...I was only there for about 2 hours and the music was bland-rock. I don't even know if that is a music category, but it is the only way I would describe it. Ciocca is a car dealership...it should be fun and exciting to look at cars. Get some tunes to match. Their salespeople and customers will thank them for it. Overall, Ciocca is a very good business with good, ethical people. I trust them.

I should have looked at the reviews on here before I took my Bronco in for "The Works". They…read morehaven't had more than a 1 Star rating since March 10, 2020 when nobody was allowed out of their homes. Anyway, I took my 2023 Ford Bronco Wild Track in for the Works and figured it would cost around what it did the previous time I took it there which was $75 (roughly). I dropped it off on Saturday morning and it was done as scheduled, but I got a text alerting me that everything checked out and that I need nothing. The next text message asked if I wanted to use my Ford Pass rewards worth $155.00 towards the cost, so I promptly replied YES to the text. I dropped my wife off to go in and get the keys and she said that she had to pay an additional $47.42. $202.42 in total since I guess they had to literally send someone to the Strait of Hormuz to get my oil. Regular Synthetic Blend as recommended, by the way. I made a few calls to speak to someone, but it seems they don't care so I'll go somewhere where they have less losers for employees.

I had a great experience with BERGEY'S Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service Center. I was a walk-in…read morecustomer on a busy day, and even though they were clearly packed, the staff still took the time to give me an honest estimate for both when my vehicle would be brought in and how long the repair itself would take. They ended up hitting both timelines almost exactly(understandably difficult to accomplish with an unexpected customer and an already busy schedule), which I truly appreciated. I also arrived later in the morning than I wanted because another dealership had already turned me away because they were closed on Saturdays...(another Dodge dealership located in Lansdale, no posted service center hours!), so I was expecting another frustrating experience. Instead, BERGEY'S got me in, communicated clearly, and treated me professionally from start to finish. It's refreshing to find a service department that respects your time and does what they say they're going to do.

Went to look at a used vehicle for our daughter. Initial experience was good, made an appointment…read morewith sales, we showed up on time and the vehicle was ready and waiting for us. When it came time to talk price, things went south quickly. I have never been treated so poorly and made to feel insignificant and not worth the salesman's time. We started with a standard 10% off the asking price and the salesman said they would never go for that. We then asked for them to give us more on our trade in, same answer. Then things went real bad. The salesman degrading us telling us that they would be more interested if we were trading in a Tesla or a Mercedes. We were looking at a 10 yo Jeep. If I could afford those vehicles, I wouldn't really have been trying to buy a used Jeep! Then he went to the pressure of other people are looking at it and are interested so they don't have to talk to us about any other price. We told him we were ready to buy, but asked work with us on the pricing and conceded our ask to them coming off $1200 in the total deal. At that point we are maybe 2% discount from their asking price and trade offer. Sales literally said no wouldn't even ask the sales manager and said he'd let the vehicle sit on their lot for 60-90 days before he would come off any thing. We then left. Oh and I checked the website later and the vehicle is still on the lot for sale. So if you go here, understand they won't work with you on price and will make you feel insignificant to their business. Not sure how they make their money, but I would have thought selling cars was part of their bisiness!
