In one case they changed spark plugs and left old plug in the engine compartment. In another they changed front brakes and did not clean brake dust from the caliper, and did not replace cracked rubber boots on guide pins. In the mosr recent service they changed a valve cover gasket and created a massive oil leak that coated everthing with oil. They repaired the problem, but this cost me 4 hours of time. Also, they did not do a very good job of cleaning the oil from the engine compartment. Their mechanics are either inexperienced or are working too fast.

After I showed him the repairs he studied the reciept and said it was just the bulbs. $1473.30 for 2 bulbs! He said the bulbs are very expensive. I feel that I was mislead when I approved the repairs. My family and I has purchesed 6 vechicles from this dealership over the last 15 years. I aways liked the sales people but I've had several problems with the service dept. I spoke with the service manager about a few problems and found no concern about my issues. They didn't even look at my car until some point late Saturday (beyond when I could pick it up) and were still "finishing it up" Monday morning. They stated that they "misplaced my paperwork". Poor communication. They also wrote my paperwork up incorrectly and tried to charge me $300 for work I did not need. They eventually made the whole appointment free, but I have a bad taste in my mouth. I have since taken my car elsewhere and confirmed that the "dead battery" is completely healthy. It's obvious to me that A&T Subaru does NOT value my business, my time or me as a customer. They disappointed me at every step of this process and I feel very much taken advantage of, when I took my car there in good faith. I won't be taking any vehicles there for service and will choose to purchase vehicles elsewhere in the future. A&T Subaru does not represent the values or character of the Subaru brand that I've known and driven for the last 15+ years.

The vehicle was better than as stated and in excellent condition. It was cleaned and detailed expertly. The paperwork process took fifteen minutes and everything worked out perfectly. This was a seamless car buying experience. I saw reviews that Kelly doesn't have the cars they list. I picked up my car from their indoor facility, and there were so many cars in there it was difficult to walk between them. This included Lamborghini's, etc. This is not a traditional dealership where you're going to show up and browse a car lot. It doesn't and couldn't work that way. Most of their inventory is high end and kept in a secure location for the obvious reasons. I can say I was treated fairly, professionally, and courteously by this organization, and couldn't be happier with my purchase.
