They ended up hitting both timelines almost exactly(understandably difficult to accomplish with an unexpected customer and an already busy schedule), which I truly appreciated. I also arrived later in the morning than I wanted because another dealership had already turned me away because they were closed on Saturdays...(another Dodge dealership located in Lansdale, no posted service center hours!), so I was expecting another frustrating experience. Instead, BERGEY'S got me in, communicated clearly, and treated me professionally from start to finish. It's refreshing to find a service department that respects your time and does what they say they're going to do.

I researched headlight assemblies and every result showed the entired headlight, housing, lens and bulbs. But when I picked up my jeep I noticed the lens had bug and chip marks. When I asked the service contact if the entire headlight assembly including housing and lens were included, and he said absolutely. After I showed him the repairs he studied the reciept and said it was just the bulbs. $1473.30 for 2 bulbs! He said the bulbs are very expensive. I feel that I was mislead when I approved the repairs. My family and I has purchesed 6 vechicles from this dealership over the last 15 years. I aways liked the sales people but I've had several problems with the service dept. I spoke with the service manager about a few problems and found no concern about my issues. Will find another dealership in the future.

Some family! Don't believe all their nonsense. Just another dealership that cares about their bottom line and nothing else.

They didn't even look at my car until some point late Saturday (beyond when I could pick it up) and were still "finishing it up" Monday morning. They stated that they "misplaced my paperwork". Poor communication. They also wrote my paperwork up incorrectly and tried to charge me $300 for work I did not need. They eventually made the whole appointment free, but I have a bad taste in my mouth. I have since taken my car elsewhere and confirmed that the "dead battery" is completely healthy. It's obvious to me that A&T Subaru does NOT value my business, my time or me as a customer. They disappointed me at every step of this process and I feel very much taken advantage of, when I took my car there in good faith. I won't be taking any vehicles there for service and will choose to purchase vehicles elsewhere in the future. A&T Subaru does not represent the values or character of the Subaru brand that I've known and driven for the last 15+ years.

Last week, during the brutal rain & wind storm, my son was driving his car to work and ran over debris in the road. Unbeknownst to him, the debris had damaged the undercarriage of his vehicle causing oil to leak out while it was parked during his work day. Later that evening, after a long 10-hour day, he went to start his car and it was dead. Long story short...I called CarShop and told them what happened. Michael in service assisted me. Michael was very helpful and super nice! He gave me a number for a tow truck service and said if we could bring the vehicle there before 7 that night, he would register it for work the next day. Thank the Lord, it worked out and we were able to get the vehicle to CarShop before 7. Michael took excellent care of the vehicle and, knowing that my son needed the vehicle for work the next day, he made it a priority and it was finish next day! In fact, because I'm disabled and don't drive, CarShop went one step further, and they even delivered the vehicle to us once completed since we live close by. I don't know many places that take care of their customers the way CarShop does. I'm pleased with Michael and the service team at CarShop Hatfield. They are excellent!

Upon my return we looked into the noise and found the rear to be bad and needed repair ( the vehicle had new inspection which should of never passed in its condition) although the online price was $5900 and the price on the dash was $6900 they agreed to let me have the vehicle for $6400, $500 more than the online price and wouldn't go any lower. (They did agree repair the issue) IF you consider purchasing a vehicle from these people have a qualified mechanic inspect the vehicle and be prepared to pay more than the vehicle is worth.
