Anyway, I took my 2023 Ford Bronco Wild Track in for the Works and figured it would cost around what it did the previous time I took it there which was $75 (roughly). I dropped it off on Saturday morning and it was done as scheduled, but I got a text alerting me that everything checked out and that I need nothing. The next text message asked if I wanted to use my Ford Pass rewards worth $155.00 towards the cost, so I promptly replied YES to the text. I dropped my wife off to go in and get the keys and she said that she had to pay an additional $47.42. $202.42 in total since I guess they had to literally send someone to the Strait of Hormuz to get my oil. Regular Synthetic Blend as recommended, by the way. I made a few calls to speak to someone, but it seems they don't care so I'll go somewhere where they have less losers for employees.

I also arrived later in the morning than I wanted because another dealership had already turned me away because they were closed on Saturdays...(another Dodge dealership located in Lansdale, no posted service center hours!), so I was expecting another frustrating experience. Instead, BERGEY'S got me in, communicated clearly, and treated me professionally from start to finish. I first spoke with Kevin at your dealership who listened, answered my questions, made me feel re-assured and then transferred me to Peter for some finance questions. Peter was also very friendly, thorough and was quick to help. Peter called me back in an hour after exploring options for me and explained the basics of the offer and I agreed to come in Saturday, February 1, 2020. When we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by all and what I was told on the phone remained true in person. Kevin was thorough in getting everything set up in the car and teaching us. Peter was again friendly and funny and a genuinely great person to deal with. I bought a brand new GMC truck from them in 2018 and when it almost caught fire from a rear window defrost electrical short (that shattered my rear window and put my daughter in harm's way), I reached out to my "Bergey Family" and they say "sorry, but there aren't any open recalls so there's nothing we can do." Some family! Don't believe all their nonsense. Just another dealership that cares about their bottom line and nothing else.

They didn't even look at my car until some point late Saturday (beyond when I could pick it up) and were still "finishing it up" Monday morning. They stated that they "misplaced my paperwork". Poor communication. They also wrote my paperwork up incorrectly and tried to charge me $300 for work I did not need. They eventually made the whole appointment free, but I have a bad taste in my mouth. I have since taken my car elsewhere and confirmed that the "dead battery" is completely healthy. It's obvious to me that A&T Subaru does NOT value my business, my time or me as a customer. They disappointed me at every step of this process and I feel very much taken advantage of, when I took my car there in good faith. I won't be taking any vehicles there for service and will choose to purchase vehicles elsewhere in the future. A&T Subaru does not represent the values or character of the Subaru brand that I've known and driven for the last 15+ years.

Upon my return we looked into the noise and found the rear to be bad and needed repair ( the vehicle had new inspection which should of never passed in its condition) although the online price was $5900 and the price on the dash was $6900 they agreed to let me have the vehicle for $6400, $500 more than the online price and wouldn't go any lower. (They did agree repair the issue) IF you consider purchasing a vehicle from these people have a qualified mechanic inspect the vehicle and be prepared to pay more than the vehicle is worth.
