I typically show up with no appointment and I'm in and out in about an hour or so. Obviously, if you show up at peak time, or on a Saturday, it can take longer. There's a Taco Cabana within walking distance, so I typically walk over there, have a few margaritas, walk back and I'm out the door. If that isn't your thing, they have several nice, large waiting areas with complimentary fountain drinks and coffee. The customer service is just outstanding! I've been coming here for several years and have never had a negative experience. Every service representative that I've delt with has been a pleasure and on many occasions, have surprised me with a coupon or discount that I wasn't expecting. I will always drive a Toyota and as long as I live in this area, I will always give my business to this dealership.

When my vehicle was returned, it had 1 mile of fuel remaining--not one gallon, one mile. I understand that dealerships don't normally fill up your gas tank after service, but when the service manager, Clay, specifically promises that the vehicle will be fueled before it's returned, I expect that promise to be kept. Instead, I was left wondering if I'd even make it to a gas station. Thankfully, I have AAA and was able to get two gallons of gas delivered. Without that, I could have easily been stranded. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability. No courtesy call to let me know the fuel level was critically low, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. I even would have been willing to meet someone at a gas station with the loaner vehicle to put gas in my car if they had simply communicated. Instead, Clay suggested that I drive all the way back to the dealership in Spring to have them fill it up--even though he knows I live in Katy. That would have meant wasting a significant amount of gas just to correct a mistake the dealership made. Customer service is about keeping your word and taking responsibility when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. Very disappointing.

However, upon receiving the car, I discovered multiple issues that were not disclosed prior to the sale. The audio system is defective, with severe distortion even at low volume. I specifically asked about the radio as it looked like it was post-factory installed. The vehicle came with only one key, which was in terrible condition (I'd rate it 7 out of 100). On top of that, the car was never detailed before it was shipped -- the interior was dirty, and the engine bay was filled with leaves and debris, which is shocking for a vehicle with only 38,000 miles. The doors had glue all over them as someone had taken them apart and tried to put them together. None of this was mentioned beforehand and the list can go on! I contacted Angello immediately to address these issues, but after multiple attempts, I've received no response except "I will forward your message to the director" I got a loan for the can and cannot register it in California because Uptown imports did not send the pink slip to the DMV or to the bank (as they are supposed to) Eventually they ended up sending it to me! (WHAT?) How are they in business of selling cars if they don't even know what to do with the pink slip?! This level of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. If a business can't stand behind what it sells--or even respond after the sale--that speaks volumes. I've waited long enough for a resolution and am extremely disappointed in how this was handled. When I called in June to inquire, I was met with rudeness and was told I had until July 23rd, but that date came and went with no resolution. I couldn't drive my car for weeks due to expired tags, and when I finally could, the battery--only a year old--was dead, costing me $132 to replace. AutoZone couldn't offer a free replacement. The dealership promised compensation but has yet to follow through. Overall, a very disappointing experience. UPDATE 8/27/25: Weeks later and still no compensation for all the trouble. I looked over the truck well and noticed a few small repairs to the license plate light and some small digs. I trusted them because I felt like they had good review ratings. Before I even finished my paper work the sales man asked for me to give them a good review and even forwarded me some verbiage to use. I did it because at the time I felt I was getting a reasonable deal. I paid for the vehicle and also got a warrantee. The next day I went out to run some errands. The truck had a temp warning so I pulled over and let it cool down. This was the first time I took it on the highway. I took it to my trusted mechanic. They informed me of several problems. The brake fluid shows excessive moisture, posing a risk of reduced braking performance; immediate brake fluid replacement is recommended. There was no coolant in the radiator. The transfer case is covered in oil residue and they found two oil leaks. The drive belt is overdue for replacement by 56,844 miles, risking potential engine accessory failures; replacement is recommended immediately to ensure proper operation, and Cylinder 5 has coolant intrusion. These are just the things that required immediate attention. They found way more problems with it. So basically I needed an entire engine that was going to cost me around 13k or more. Now I have to either battle with the warrantee company and still come out of pocket, or try and take it back. I've never felt more taken advantage of in my life. Almost $20k in and I'm stuck without a truck and missing out on work.

I bought a car from NexCar in July 2025, and I just got around to changing the oil on it. I found that the technician at NexCar cross threaded the drain plug (this damages the oil pan, leads to oil leaks, and can put metal shavings in the oil), and I know NexCar did this because they change the oil on all their cars. To remedy their mistake, some gorilla put RTV silicone all around the plug and WAY over tightened it (this further damaged the pan and can put silicone in the oil). I immediately took pictures and videos of their horrible repair and got a repair quote from a local shop. I sent these to Beto, a service representative, and he took days to respond after repeated calls. Today, after the car has been waiting in a shop for three days, I called again just to be informed by the owner that the cars are sold "as is" and they won't pay for the repairs. If I bought the car from someone on Facebook, I would assume such risks. However, this was an established business with seemingly good reviews. NexCar strung me around for a week waiting an answer and repeatedly ignored my calls. What NexCar did was crooked, and businesses like them give used car dealers a bad reputation.
