Just wanted to share my personal experience at -PHILLPS EYE CLINIC…read more I scheduled my first eye appointment and really didn't know what to expect. I was having trouble focusing and knew I needed glasses. After visiting with Dr Phillip's he answered all my questions and he suggested computer glasses was all I needed. I was able to go to the optical section and recieved great customer service. The lady help me select the best type of glasses and was so helpful. I would recommend anyone who is looking for great customer service schedule an appointment.

I've been going to Phillips for the last 2 years since moving back from North Dallas. The first…read morevisit was with a female optician; she was GREAT! She told me something was going on with my right eye and referred me to Dr Brown (but I could be wrong on the name). My 2nd exam last year, 2025, was with the white-haired older gentleman, Mr Phillips, (maybe). When he performed the 5-minute exam, I thought he rushed through it. He never mentioned what the female optician noted in my chart from the previous year. He never said ANYTHING was wrong with my right eye, but I knew there was. Now my right eye is watering a lot and fuzzy. Now had Dr Phillips mentioned something was wrong. I would have sought further help, but when he didn't, I thought I was overthinking the first visit. Just the other day I received an automated "It's time for your yearly exam notification" from their office. Yep, not going back. A firm NO. I've made an appointment with another office to figure out what's going on. And yeah, the front office staff is rude. Rude. RUDE!!! Fix it Jesus!!!!!!

Sephora at Kohl's in Midland, Texas was very clean and organized on 7.25.2026…read more There are so many skin care products I want to try, but it just takes time. I actually stick with the products I buy for the duration of the bottle or jar or whatever until it's depleted. Unless I hate it or I absolutely know that it made me break out. The staff members were pleasant and not overbearing. I actually prefer this Sephora over the one in Lubbock at their Kohl's. They're both about the same size. But this one was definitely cleaner in my opinion. The rewards program is decent. You earn "at least 1 point per $1." There's a possibility of saving up to 20% throughout a single year. https://www.sephora.com/BeautyInsider PS - there is a new standalone Sephora's at the Midland Park Mall a short drive away. It opened July 3, 2026.

How many other shops would be willing to do that?? He's my go to guy for all future purchases.

I set our appointments up about 6 months ago (when we KNEW we didn't want to go back to our last Dr.) The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My husband had an appointment at 9, mine was at 10. He said he wasn't taken back until 9:30 and was a little (annoyed?) with the wait. I didn't have as long of a wait, maybe, 10 minutes. All the staff here were simply wonderful! We REALLY liked Dr. Urias! He was so friendly and personable. Dr. Urias listened to my story of my previous nightmare-of-an-office-experience and reassured me that this visit would be different. AND IT WAS! IT WAS WONDERFUL. I have complete confidence in his knowledge. My husband dropped his eye glass Rx next door at Eye Mart. So convenient! Glasses within an HOUR! I ordered contacts and they were ready for pick up within 5 days (slight delay due to the Christmas holiday). We HIGHLY recommend!!
