I set our appointments up about 6 months ago (when we KNEW we didn't want to go back to our last Dr.) The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My husband had an appointment at 9, mine was at 10. He said he wasn't taken back until 9:30 and was a little (annoyed?) with the wait. I didn't have as long of a wait, maybe, 10 minutes. All the staff here were simply wonderful! We REALLY liked Dr. Urias! He was so friendly and personable. Dr. Urias listened to my story of my previous nightmare-of-an-office-experience and reassured me that this visit would be different. AND IT WAS! IT WAS WONDERFUL. I have complete confidence in his knowledge. My husband dropped his eye glass Rx next door at Eye Mart. So convenient! Glasses within an HOUR! I ordered contacts and they were ready for pick up within 5 days (slight delay due to the Christmas holiday). We HIGHLY recommend!!

No! Dr. P told me I needed cataract surgery. Told me to go to a specialist.... That he…read morerecommended. I went to that dr. And he told me my cataract was very small and did not warrant surgery. The decisions Dr. P made, cost me $300 and still no eye exam. I had to go see another dr for that. The Dr. I saw and finally did get my eye exam completed for my contacts, also told me my cataracts were very small I'm sick of dr.'s putting people through the bs, wasting our time and money with no repercussions for their actions!!

Finally I called here and THANK GOD I did! They take my insurance and they are amazing! They explained to me what was going on and that if I hadn't come in by Friday I would of waited the weekend and most likely gone blind in my eye. The doctor I have has truly gone above and beyond! Due to my work schedule I can't take off early and he offered to come in at 7 pm for a follow up to make sure my eye was healing. If you want some one that cares these people do! I proceeded to ask the lady at the front desk how much longer it would be and she said "Just ten more minutes" and it has now been another 20 minutes since she said that. She stormed off and said "I'm going to get my manager" and never did. She had an attitude when asked why overbook patients and she got upset and told me they only had one machine. Hence my question of overbooking! If you don't have the proper tools then call patients and let them know. It is not that difficult to pick up the phone and place a courtesy call. Visionworks was able to give me discounts so I could get a good deal on a pair of glasses and another pair of prescription glasses. They took time to help me find and fit both pairs. I wanted to keep the cost down, so they helped me find a decent pair of glasses that were in my budget. When I went to pick up my glasses, I needed an extra case and they gave one to me for no cost.
