I set our appointments up about 6 months ago (when we KNEW we didn't want to go back to our last Dr.) The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My husband had an appointment at 9, mine was at 10. He said he wasn't taken back until 9:30 and was a little (annoyed?) with the wait. I didn't have as long of a wait, maybe, 10 minutes. All the staff here were simply wonderful! We REALLY liked Dr. Urias! He was so friendly and personable. Dr. Urias listened to my story of my previous nightmare-of-an-office-experience and reassured me that this visit would be different. AND IT WAS! IT WAS WONDERFUL. I have complete confidence in his knowledge. My husband dropped his eye glass Rx next door at Eye Mart. So convenient! Glasses within an HOUR! I ordered contacts and they were ready for pick up within 5 days (slight delay due to the Christmas holiday). We HIGHLY recommend!!

This experience was not only unhelpful but also incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for compassion or urgency in care.

I proceeded to ask the lady at the front desk how much longer it would be and she said "Just ten more minutes" and it has now been another 20 minutes since she said that. She stormed off and said "I'm going to get my manager" and never did. She had an attitude when asked why overbook patients and she got upset and told me they only had one machine. Hence my question of overbooking! If you don't have the proper tools then call patients and let them know. It is not that difficult to pick up the phone and place a courtesy call. Very disappointed with this visit. This is AFTER we had gone through two reschedules due to the doctor not being available. SMH ‍‍
