My husband and I had appointments with Dr. Urias, right next door so it was super convenient to come to EyeMart Express for our glasses. He dropped off his Rx and frame and got his glasses within the hour! AWESOME! I was interested in keeping my existing frames and wanted to put new lenses in them... Unfortunately, they don't allow that here. BUMMER! I understand their reasoning- in the past, frames have been broken and couldn't be replaced by the company and yatta yatta yatta, they don't allow that anymore. (This is the reason for the 4/5 stars). They do have offers for 2 pairs of glasses for super cheap but those are with the cheap plastic lenses. And the deal only applies if you get the 2 frames. You can't just get one pair for 1/2 the cost. Staff were friendly. There were 3 ladies there when I came in. I decided that I would just keep my glasses, as is, for now and if I decide to get some new ones in the future, I'll be back. read more

Very unprofessionals with horrible attitude, Evelyn the sales associate was very rude, unprofessional with bad attitude not only she broke my new frame and the the replacement frame Ones but twice And on top of that she scratched the lenses TWICE and refused to fix it or replace it and I have Warrantee. This place is awesome. I went to another place and they said it would take 5 days to make my glasses. I took my prescription here and got a pair of Oakleys and another free spare pair of glasses. They had them both ready in 19 minutes. Very nice staff. My glasses fit great and come with a one year unlimited warranty. After insurance it only cost me $150.00. I highly recommend this place if you need glasses quick and want name brand frames. read more

Wow!!! Elaine at the Midland Loop 250 Location was awesome in helping me. I had two older frames that I had purchased from Eyemart express but both were broken. I needed something ASAP to hold me over until my eye surgery. She was able to find an economical frame that fit my lenses, popped them in and out the door in less than 15 minutes!!! Very inefficient and unknowledgeable staff. Went in for glasses & decided not to purchase from them.

Avoid the Midland Eyemart at all cost . Their frames expanded in width when the lenses were installed and the frame became unusable . They tried to force the product on me , by telling me they had explained it would do that . I could understand it doing it some , but these did not touch the sides of my head , Then 3 of the women there , without any people skills much less professionalism started scream and acting like the money was coming out of their pockets . They try to hold you hostage . I left their product there and will just cancel purchase thru my credit card . Odessa is a completely different story, total professionals , have gone there for years . Just happened to be in Midland that day . Thought it would be convenient . Lesson learned read more

I rarely review or leave comments on a business but I am thoroughly impressed with their level of customer service and had to say something. -back story: my son, lives in pittsburgh with his dad, and broke his glasses. He mailed them to me to get fixed- I took the broken glasses in thinking maybe I could buy new frames or something. The associate working said that the glasses were still under warranty and could be replaced, no charge; but they didn't have them in stock. So... They are going to order the new frames, fix the glasses, and then mail them to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, directly to my son, free of charge to me. That is truly going the extra mile and great customer service, and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend eye mart to any, and everyone. bravo! read more

Horrible customer service both girls working today at 5:45pm didn't seem they wanted my business they told me to wait outside because they didn't want to many people inside so I did I had on a mask and waited after a 15 min wait I got a text and came back and they told me never mind I had to wait again because I lost my turn wow so I left and took my business to Walmart. read more

I arrived to this corrective lens outlet to be greeted by two smiling faces in the midst of a conversation. They stopped a politely asked if I required any assistance. I came in to see if they were offering repair services for my glasses that I damaged. The lady at the desk asked to see them and went to work right away. Simply, I was missing a screw that had been dislodged. Within about 15 minutes I was given my glasses back and wished a good day. I responded with confusion as to I assumed a service feee would be billed to myself. However, she said it wasn't any trouble and sent me about my day. I assume it was no trouble to her, but I do want to thank her and the staff there tremendously for assisting me. I will be doing future business with this establishment. They were warm and very friendly. read more
