Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Been going to this shop since they were on Midland Dr. They have continued to improve and build one of the best shops in the State. I keep reading reviews about buying cheaper on line and that is disappointing! Yes you can get it cheaper online but that has problems of its own, I want to be able to go locally and get it that day, and with a large selection! Just started the vape thing and went to Cloud City, they have been extremely helpful from the get go. They have walk me through every little stupid question I've had for the last 2 months. I've gone from an pen to a DNA mod with a Cloud king and Drip tip with there help. They even set up and my drip tip and taught me how to change the coils! Okay so, I really love the customer service & selection of the shop BUT this closing early nonsense has got to stop! This is the second time I've really needed something and y'all have closed early. I have been waiting for two weeks for uwell pods. I have been told two different things about when they would be in from two different people, so I decided to give it more time, no big deal. I came back a week later at 7:30 today (you advertise being open til 9), only to find a handwritten note that you closed at 7. This is ridiculous! I have spent nearly 1000 dollars in this shop and enjoyed the people that work there. But the day you have a problem with something you bought in their shop the buck stops there I tried to get a replacement for something I bought 35 days ago that just completely broke down and was ushered out of the shop with a sorry about that man. now I'm out 200 bucks on something that was highly recommended by the whole staff ... thanks man I'll take my business elsewhere read more

Absolutely love coming to this place and would give more than just 5 stars!! My husband & I live in Big Spring but every time we go to Midland we go here for our vaping needs. Staff is so amazing & experts on all their merchandise & give wonderful suggestions for the flavors you describe to them you like! Sam is the best to go to & will even throw in some suggestions that have never steered us wrong or disappointed! Great atmosphere & recommend every chance we get to anyone looking to get some juice. Also it's great that if they don't have the amount of nicotine you're looking for (like a 3mg for us) they actually will take a 0mg & add nicotine to give exactly what we always look for!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! I came in here last night (1/13/2018) not knowing what to expect. I'm completely new to the whole vape thing and I had a lot of questions. The man helping me turned out to be the owner and really took the time to help me. There were quite a few customers in there but he still walked me through everything. Explained this and that. Very knowledgeable. What I really liked was the fact that he treated me fair. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything fancy or expensive. He listened attentively and sold me what was best for me. Not what was best for his wallet. The bad review on here stating the guy was out $200 bc they wouldn't replace what he bought must have been an asshole. A man came in with an issue with his expensive Vape thing and I overheard the conversation. Seemed to me they took care of him just fine. Whether I got a good deal or not, I feel I did. I got something basic that suits me just fine and some great tasting juice. All for $40. I'll definitely be back. And to the owner, I can't remember your name, thank you very much.
