Extremely rude customer service…read more I waited patiently while another customer was served. I wanted to buy a mechanical mod and a hundred dollars burning a hole in my pocket. After the juice buyer was served the big man behind the counter walked quickly towards me, grabbed some items that he had left sitting on the counter and tucked them safely behind the glass. He gave me a suspicious glance then quickly shuffled away, leaving me standing there and showing no interest in me. I left his shop and drove to Midland to Tall City where I purchased a SMOK extender, a SMOK PBC V1 tank, a five pack of replacement coils, 10 mL of juice and two extra batteries and a charger by a woman who spent 30 minutes with me showing me the device and answering my questions. On another occasion I came in to his shop, different sales clerks, for the purpose of buying 30 mL of juice. I was not allowed to sample the juices unless I surrendered my drivers licence to the clerk for "security". I didn't sample any juices and refused to surrender my drivers license and instead of making a 30 mL purchase I purchased 10 mL of whatever. I don;t do business with people who are jerks and this shop is run by jerks.

When we first drove up i said cigs and Copenhagen stuff. She got the cigs and then we told her what kind of snuff. she had both kinds of Copenhagen in the bag. We told her we wanted the wintergreen. She said NO that's what you asked for and then gave us a refund very grudgingly while repeating it's what you asked for. Her condescending attitude and slamming the window? Not necessary. I am a senior citizen but did not deserve this at all. She turned what could have been a simple misunderstanding into a whole issue

Excellent variety of sticks and as mentioned in other reviews, it's a very relaxed BYOB place. Very patriotic staff and the decor matches. Customer service is beyond 5 stars. I started out with a very low-end personal humidor - they coached me on how to properly season/prepare it and even offered to let me drop it off and season it for me at no additional charge. After a few months of inconsistent hygrometer readings, I purchased a specialty humidor off their shelf - they treated my new premium humidor with the same care as my original cheap one. Can't say enough about this place, I enjoy every trip in, great stories, they always have the cigars I enjoy and always trying a variety of different lines from proven cigar manufacturers.
