I will not return to vape shack. Extremely rude customer service. Inconsistent blends. I asked for 70vg/30pg and got the opposite. The staff appear to cater to their friends and their own vape needs over customers who are standing around waiting. I've been vaping a long time and have been to many vape shops all over, texas,Oklahoma, Utah, Nevada, North Dakota, and California. These guys are one of the worst I've been to. Do yourselves a favor and go to hard candy in Odessa. They actually know how to mix liquid.customer service is great. And prices are good. I hope to see vape shack out of business in the near future read more

Extremely rude customer service. I waited patiently while another customer was served. I wanted to buy a mechanical mod and a hundred dollars burning a hole in my pocket. After the juice buyer was served the big man behind the counter walked quickly towards me, grabbed some items that he had left sitting on the counter and tucked them safely behind the glass. He gave me a suspicious glance then quickly shuffled away, leaving me standing there and showing no interest in me. I left his shop and drove to Midland to Tall City where I purchased a SMOK extender, a SMOK PBC V1 tank, a five pack of replacement coils, 10 mL of juice and two extra batteries and a charger by a woman who spent 30 minutes with me showing me the device and answering my questions. On another occasion I came in to his shop, different sales clerks, for the purpose of buying 30 mL of juice. I was not allowed to sample the juices unless I surrendered my drivers licence to the clerk for "security". I didn't sample any juices and refused to surrender my drivers license and instead of making a 30 mL purchase I purchased 10 mL of whatever. I don;t do business with people who are jerks and this shop is run by jerks. read more

I've been coming to this shop for nearly a year and have always gotten great customer service. Flavors are spread throughout the shop for customers to sample, prices are reasonable, and the owners and employees are friendly. read more

Super helpful and personable staff with great products that aren't too expensive. Most vape stores I've been to have ridiculous markups, but Vape Shack is very reasonable. Their juices are great but definitely require steeping. read more

Choices for vape shops in Odessa are clearly slim, but there is really only need for one. Vape Shack for me is that choice. They have a great selection of e-liquid from e-liquid companies as well as a huge selection of in-house e-liquid. They have an awesome staff that knows all devices and equipment they offer, and even if the shop is full, they always make sure you've been helped or help you right away. I've been to all the shops in Midland and Odessa, and the VapeShack Odessa location is the friendliest, most helpful shop I've ever been too. Plus the juice they make is awesome! If you are looking to quit smoking, or are an advanced vaper, hit them up. Top of the line beginner set-ups and displays full of authentic mods and atomizers. One of the only placed in Odessa with actual customer service lol. read more
