I recently stopped by Negranti Creamery & Coffee and had a really lovely experience. It's such a clean, modern, and bright spot that feels very welcoming the moment you walk in. What makes this place special is their sheep's milk ice cream. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out! It's surprisingly light, super creamy, and much easier on the stomach if you're sensitive to dairy. I sampled the chocolate, chocolate caramel (because this just sounded delicious) and blueberry lavender tried and it was delicious, not too heavy and perfectly sweet. I settled on a scoop of chocolate caramel and enjoyed every single drop. The gentleman server was patient and helpful, especially since I had a few questions about the sheep's milk flavors. For the quality and the unique sheep's milk option, it's definitely worth a visit! Overall, a great addition to the neighborhood. Great service and the ice cream was awesome! I loved that they had an option or their milkshakes were thick. That's the only way to make them in my book haha but she took the flavor I wanted and it tasted great. We were visiting from out of town but I would definitely go back. What a great place to grab dessert. I stopped in because I learned that they use sheep's milk for their ice cream. Samples are offered and there are plenty of flavors to choose from. I sampled the chocolate, chocolate caramel, and blueberry lavender. They were all super delicious. I got a scoop of the chocolate caramel cause that one made my tastebuds curl. The server was really helpful in going over the flavors, information about the sheep milk vs cow milk, and shared his favorite flavors. The atmosphere was really cool. It wasn't busy at the time so it was nice and chill. There was a mix of furniture that was cool. Next visit will be ice cream and a chocolate chip cookie :) read more

Stopped by on Saturday night and it was pretty busy. We stood in line for about 15 mins as there were three families ahead of us. Once our turn, the employee greeted us with a big smile and asked us if we wanted to sample anything. We sampled two flavors and those were the two we ended up ordering. Two scoops on a waffle cone - one cake batter (cow milk) and one Oreo (sheep milk) The employee made some small talk and even gave me two friendly compliments. She checked us out right away and we sat down. The inside is pretty spacious and has plenty of tables. It felt and looked clean and it was well lit. My favorite flavor was the cake batter as it was creamy and tasted just like cake batter. It was not too sweet which I loved. The Oreo was more icy then creamy. This was my first time trying ice cream made out of sheep milk and it now wont be my last. Cute place and yummy ice cream! read more

Super cute cafe and creamery! Ice cream is from sheep's milk. Super clean cute and new.. from the floor to the bathroom. As soon as I walked in the door, I was kindly greeted and engaged. The sweet girl behind the counter obliged me and my samplings. All were delicious!!! I ended up settling for an affogato with vanilla bean ice cream- bomb!!!!! My son spotted the ice cream sign for this place as we drove by on Camelback rd and kept begging us to stop in! The unique thing about this place is that they serve ice creams that are predominantly made out of sheep's milk. Decent little sheep's milk ice cream joint conveniently located at 32nd and Camelback. Nice vibe on the inside. Place is kept spotless. Staff are friendly and helpful. I like that they feature an ice cream flight containing 4 baby scoops of any flavors you want so you can either try out more flavors and/or share with someone else. That being said, I'll choose Sweet Republic over Negranti any day. Sweet Republic is the hometown favorite with a wider variety of flavors and ice cream products (ie. ice cream sandwiches, milkshakes, etc). Plus, parking at Negranti can be a pain if you go during peak dining hours at Tarbell's and The Tavern as the lot will fill up quickly. read more

Peanut butter chip and coffee chip were both delicious! Sheep's milk works! But why don't they offer it in coffee? Anyways, this was a perfect late-night treat after Trevor's pizza. The staff were super nice and I'd actually come back just to chat with them. I was a bit disappointed that the tipping options started at 5% (everywhere else treats staff to at least 15%). Amazing cute spot! Very aesthetic and honestly some of the lightest most delicious scoops around! My favorite was the Thai tea and the very cute flight which allows you to sample 4 different flavors! And it was a large flight good enough to share with two or more people! The staff were very sweet and accommodating allowing you to sample all the amazing flavors! The store itself is very pretty and the employee was friendly. The ice cream itself was just ok, it wasn't rich and creamy but icy and reminiscent of skimmed milk. The flavor wasn't very pronounced either (I got the chocolate caramel cow's milk ice cream and my boyfriend got the blueberry lavender sheep's milk). The ice cream is extremely icy and not creamy at all. Has the same taste and consistency as vegan grocery store ice cream. I got the brownie sundae and the brownie was okay, although it was microwaved. They also didn't have hot fudge which was a bummer. Chocolate syrup (the pump kind like Starbucks puts in their drinks) just isn't the same. Edit: Reading more reviews now - someone said it's more like "ice milk" than "ice cream" and that is 100% accurate. Literally tasted like skim milk ice cream. Came here on a recommendation and overall enjoyed the spot. I came not knowing what to expect, and sheep's milk ice cream is (was) new to me. I got the Flight of 4 Flavors, which all consisted of sheep's milk-based ice cream. I can tell the quality of the ice cream had high standards, but I learned that I am more of a cow's milk person lol. It was creamy for what it was but still more sorbet in texture. Ok this place is AWESOME! SBL and I had this place on our list to try. Every Sat we go on an adventure and try a couple new coffee shops around the valley. It's been so fun and awesome meeting so many new people along the way. Today we met Grayce. She was so pleasant and fun to talk with. She explained that sheep's milk is easier on the tummy and full of vitamins and proteins, who knew? I ordered an affogato with salted brown sugar ice cream. It tasted like butta'. SBL wanted an oatmeal cookie sandwich and let me tell you that was an 800 on the shut your face it's so good it's stupid meter. I took one bite of it (Yes, it was SBL's cookie, but I wanted a taste too; it just looked perfect) and told SBL I wanted a pile of these for my next birthday cake:) The frosting situation in the middle of these two beautiful oatmeal cookies was like silk. Not that I've ever eaten silk, you know what I mean, serially tho just plain stupid; that's all I can say. Excellent addition to the neighborhood. Very tasty ice cream and a blessing for those who are lactose sensitive. The first time I went there I was a bit disappointed that while a young lady was assisting another customer this other person maybe a mgr was to busy doing something else. But then again I thought if I had a new company I would think that whatever that person was doing could have stopped and give us some help such as do you have any questions or do you want to try something? She would not make eye contact with myself or my friend. But once we were taken care of I can say now that I have tried goat milk ice cream - it's very creamy and good. Negranti opened last Thursday and although we don't live close, it's my new favorite spot. They had 3 times the sheep milk (lactose free) vs. cows milk...shut your mouth! The ice cream is great. I live across the street and I've been here 4 times and 3 out of 4 were great... I came here on 7/18 around 8:30pm and ordered 3 cookies and cream Togo single scoop, not sure what I said or did wrong other than politely declining a pre-made pint and confirming I wanted and have no issue paying for 3 individual scoops...not sure I'll be coming back now that I feel I upset the lady scooping the ice cream. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but just had such a bad experience. First timer here, their ice cream was so good! The service was not. Staff was not friendly at all like its said in other reviews they we're cleaning/closing up so I can understand their frustration people coming in late, but it was a good 45 minutes before they closed. Was never greeted or anything even after I said hi, all I got was our total. Half way through our ice cream my toddler had to use the restroom, I was told it was closed since they cleaned it and I asked if they could make an exception for my 3 year old and they wouldn't, I've never been denied the restroom, especially for my toddler I'd think obviously since they're more prone to accidents. So we had to cut our experience short and rush to find a near by restroom. read more
