They went above and beyond the level of service I expect from stores in the garment district. I made the mistake of trying to pick out items on my own. I'm thoroughly out of practice with sewing and picked out about 10 spools of heavyweight thread in assorted colors before the owner corrected me. He didn't give me an attitude that he had to put back the 10 spools, which I would have deserved anyway. The prices are tremendously good, so much so I ended up w/ enough spools of 1000 meter Gutermann thread to last me a lifetime ($3 each, how could I resist?) and 5 rolls of 50 yard 1" elastic for $8 each.
