She waited and accommodate to all students, which isn't easy because of different age groups. The class was super fun with snack break. This was our first visit to art station. On entering Art Station for my first time for a framing I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The shop is is chuck full of art supplies, but they offer so much more! To my pleasant surprise several rows of tables were laid out with works of art, the creations of children and young adults - I was walking in during a break in a regularly scheduled art class. At the back I placed my order. It was obvious from how carefully my picture was handled that I would be quite happy with the finished work. As I waited, I noticed another room at the back for other activities. And one of the owners was helping a customer organize an event. Regina and her husband are the kindest couple, providing a warm greeting to my friend and I when entering, a walk through of where we could find the array of paints and oils as well as a small tour of the private event space in the back area... ten or more people and you can bring food and a dj up until the evening hrs. for a unique experience. She's extremely accommodating! Due to special circumstances, She allowed my husband and I to participate in the Paint 'n' Cookies night. She was extremely inclusive of everyone in the class. She learned everyone's first name and goes around helping throughout the class. She is very encouraging and positively affirms all artistic efforts. She emphasizes that there are no mistakes in art. When you arrive to Art Station, you'll be provided a disposable apron, paint brushes, a pre-sketched canvas, and paint. You are allowed to paint the artwork as you like. I was recently there for a young child's birthday party. Thought it was very unfair that she charged for the adults. All the adults did was take up a chair. The food, drinks, and decorations and everything else was paid for by the parents of the child. Did she expect the parents not to stay with their young child? The party was a nice party but this was a major complaint. Don't know if I'd go back. Very pricey. I thought it was a very rude thing that we had to pay for the adults. This place has helpful staff; packs a lot of necessary art supplies into a tiny space; if they don't carry it, they'll order it; and they are so close to me, I can run over and get whatever I need, whenever I need it. Well...except on Saturday. I'm actually training myself to take stock of my supplies on Friday mornings to make sure I have everything I need for the weekend. So glad they're around! read more

I have been to this place twice so far, once with friends for paint 'n' relax class which was super fun and very reasonably priced. Second time I came with my son for paint 'n' cookie class, he absolutely loved it! Teacher was very kind and took her time explaining and offered plenty of positive reinforcement. He dfienitely has a different approach to customer service which I actually appreciate because I find it honest and refreshing. After walking by for some time i decided come here with my 6yr old cousin. They have canvas painting classes or open painting if you buy a ceramic item (of course its overpriced) so they dont charge a sitting fee. The girl was very nice and helpful the whole time and let us enjoy our painting at our leisure.
