When I went to pick-up my laundry today they charged me an extra $5 for "a rug." The rug was a small bathmat which they never charged me for before. When I asked the staff member, she politely said it was the owner who added the fee and there was nothing she could do about it. Any business that doesn't value a loyal customer, one that has spent over $2,000 there in the past year is one that no longer has my business.

I like that everything is done through personal interaction. i like that my roommate always forgets her laundry there and they put it aside for her until she remembers she left it there. i like that i can bring in four thousand pennies and the kind gentleman will sit with me and count them out so i can get quarters. i just LIKE it there, and i kind of look forward to doing my laundry because no matter what, i know i'm going to be taken care of. even if the annoying neighbourhood kids are making messes and their moms don't care. the important thing is, the people who run this place are humble, patient, honest, and kind. exactly the kind of folk i want to give my business to. cheers!
