Damn, y'all don't check id and don't know when to stop serving already drunk people. https://nypost.com/2025/07/27/us-news/drunk-teen-jimmy-connors-killed-groom-to-be-kirk-walker-in-wrong-way-crash-after-night-out-at-nyc-club-new-suit-alleges/

$$$, I do not understand "Ladies are free by 11pm" when we got in before then and was charged for $80 total for two people and men were more expensive. I guess this nyc, so I really can't complain. Atmosphere is definitely a vibe. VIP tables are limited of spacing and dance floor as well. Bathroom was nice, but need a better placement for toilet paper. Also they were strict on who can wait for who by the bathrooms to de litter the area Drinks expect $20+ Bouncers are rude as expected Music choice was mid

Came here for a concert the other day to see PGONE and the space felt kinda small with everyone standing, people were smoking inside so not a fan of that. So hard getting out at the end too with people standing around and blocking the way. They didn't do a good job directing the crowd. Average experience for me.

This business has been around for about a month. I went there to see a DJ/artist for the 2nd time that day/night. On this particular night that I went, tickets were sold in 3 "tiers". What the website fails to tell you is that paying for a higher cost tier does not give you more benefits. It just means you missed the prior wave(s) of cheaper tickets. What is also aggravating is that they sell all tiers at the same time. A friend of mine had also bought the highest tier when the mid tier was available as well. So, I'm not the only. It's a shady practice. Make only the cheapest tier available or offer differences per tier. People are already struggling in the pandemic and if they want to have fun, they should be able to without having to feel gipped. The website mentions "Upscale casual dress code enforced" for most/all events at the night club. What they fail to tell you is that sneakers are still acceptable. I had traveled from out of state just to bring dressy shoes, and then I had to walk through some stony crooked bricks on NYC streets. Very uncomfortable. The place didn't seem to have men's stalls or they were in the same area as the urinals- kind of weird. It was not obvious one could walk upstairs, but they could. I had a Bright Fox drink here and it was awful, lol. Getting into the club was awkward because I had to wait 10-15 minutes even though I had my electronic documents and card ready beforehand with pre-purchased tickets. Glad I went, but I wouldn't want to go again if I had a choice. One good thing about this club is that it is truly upscale itself- excellent sound, beautiful inside. Also, the staff here are really nice and do their jobs well. That is why two stars instead of one.

Went here for a NFT event. This is the old circle, if I recall correctly. - pretty large venue for a club; larger than marquee/lavo - audio system is pretty good - not overly loud, but clear highs and excellent bass - bar downstairs and upstairs - good liquor selection - upstairs seating is incredibly uncomfortable - the benches are hard as a rock Overall, I enjoyed it. The music thumps, the space is decently large, and the visuals are excellent.

The rooftop views are stunning. Even though it was a colder month and the rooftop seating was closed, they still allowed guests to step out briefly to enjoy the view and take pictures, which was a really nice touch. What truly stood out was the happy hour timing (5-9 PM), which worked perfectly since it was a Friday and everyone could join after work. The happy hour menu was impressive--$5 prosecco, $9 mini martinis, cocktail pitchers, and even magnum-sized bottles of wine to share. There were two cocktails on the menu; one of them was especially delicious and definitely a crowd favorite. We also ordered some bites--truffle fries and pizza, both of which were really good and paired well with the drinks. When making the reservation, I had mentioned that it was a birthday celebration, and they surprised us with a complimentary dessert, which was thoughtful and tasted great. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday evening with great drinks, good food, and a beautiful atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend this place for a memorable night out.

The advertising is misleading -- it promotes a "Mimosa Bar and Coffee Bar," which makes it sound like both are unlimited. In reality, the coffee is unlimited, but you only get TWO mimosas per person. The past two years included unlimited mimosas, which was honestly the only thing that made the overpriced buffet feel somewhat worth it. The buffet itself is average at best, and the omelette station is painfully slow. By the time you finally get your omelette and make it back to the table, the rest of your food is ice cold. For the amount they charge, the experience and value just are not there anymore. Eggs Benedict only comes with pork option, Pasta and potatoes - tasteless, low lighting so you can't even see the food, buffet servers sometimes handing you the tongs to do it yourself, or sometimes you're waiting for them to serve you. I think they are as confused as the patrons are on what to do! Such a disappointment, especially for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. And judging by the crowd this year compared to last year and before, other patrons are catching on too. Being deceptive is never a good look.

The DJ played dance music throughout the hour+ long stay, the place was packed with cheerful patrons, and the dancing was non-stop. I would have posted a video of me dancing, but I'm certain, that I would lose my Elite Badge, plus Yelp would demand an apology added to this review. Our Bartender crafted strong and well presented drinks (Strawberry Margaritas and Red Sangria), tended to us with a smile, and we appreciated her humor. If you're in the area of 55th Street and 7th Avenue on a Saturday afternoon, don't hesitate to visit Vida Verde. You'll have a fabulous time and return for more. P.S. - Vida Verde also serves a delicious and affordable weekday lunch special, which I have enjoyed and highly recommend.

Translated from the Spanish meaning "green life," we stopped at Vida Verde located off of 55th St in Midtown West for a drink, but it definitely would satisfy margarita lovers and other guacamole aficionados. Upon entering, for some of us as first-timers, the patrons feel relaxed and have a nice time characterized by playful colors and modern accents that evoke energy in every corner of the space, the street-level dining room, and the bar. They also have a spacious mezzanine and an outdoor rooftop patio, weather permitting. There was a live DJ in an upbeat party atmosphere, with various birthday celebrations taking place. This did not detract from the bartender providing us with excellent service. Luckily, there were three seats available at the foot in the bar. We decided on Margaritas and a Sangria. The drinks were excellent, well crafted, and perfect for the afternoon. Well worth the visit!
