Had a great night at Le Bain! There was a bit of a line to get in even with tickets (which you do need by the way) but it's a free space which is great. Inside the views were perfect and it wasnt too crowded, there was some space to dance. Saw Rich Medina do a full set on vinyl only which was amazing, his choices were so funky and just banger after banger. Sound was great but lighting couldve been a bit better. Tons of disco balls but they werent used much. There was an open air upstairs area too with even better views of downtown manhattan and jersey but way more crowded and the music was harder to hear. Downstairs much much better but nice to have a place for some fresh air.

    Indoor pool?!

Writing as an out of town visitor, Le Bain was interesting. One thing I'll note is I was a little bit overdressed for the environment, I saw a younger crowd, dressed more casual in sneakers and jeans as opposed to tight dresses. Meanwhile, I came in looking like a baddie in a snatched leather corset dress and while I looked amazing, I feel as though I might've looked too amazing and I will need to recycle this look. The music was more electric-type, and I generally prefer hip-hop, but the vibe in there was cool, people were dancing and seemed to be having a lot of fun. My cosmopolitan was $20 which for New York I felt like was standard in terms of pricing, and I liked it, wasn't too sweet. It surprisingly wasn't too difficult to get a drink despite it being pretty busy in there. The rooftop gave an amazing skyline view of the city, and I could see it definitely being a destination spot on those warm New York summer nights. I think the pool inside made for a fun touch for ambience, but I did feel like there was no way I was going to get in there. But the gentleman working there assured me that the pool is cleaned daily. There were some people who got a little wild that night, and there was some vomit near the entrance, but the people working there were helpful to make sure we didn't step in it. Overall, the club appears to accommodate a younger crowd in their 20s, and as a woman in her 30s it wasn't necessarily my vibe but I think someone in their 20s would have a really fun time there and it's worth checking out if life hasn't beaten you to smithereens yet and you still have the drive within to go out and get a little freaky with it.

Went there for a night out with one of my friends. It was such a great night. They played amazing house music! Drinks were affordable, paid about 23 dollars for two drinks. There's a rooftop area with a great view.

Come for the amazing city views from the roof. Aside from that the bar is no frills, basic drinks and everything was sticky and felt somewhat run down. The espresso martini was pre batched and they were going to serve it straight up with no shaking. I asked for mine to be shaken, my friend didn't and it was warm.

The best place for a romantic but viby evening in NYC. The music and drink were fantastic and we even got the crepe on the rooftop. We will be back.

We heard about this place from a buddy and decided to check it out before our reso at Genesis next door! In addition to the cool vibe and atmosphere, the drinks were also very good, and a great start to the night. Seeing the Hudson from above was absolutely breathtaking! If I were still in my 20s, I would move to NYC to experience life in the Empire State, cos it is even grander and more amazing in person!

Crowd is iffy sometimes but there is no cover. The most beautiful bathrooms you will probably ever see and free coat check. Have been here many times, mostly for the view when taking out of towners. Worth it for the unique ambiance, house music and lack of cover. Probably should avoid on the weekends, like most spots downtown.

Best night ever! Honestly if you're from a city where things close late late and wanna parrrrtayyy this was the spot! I went in a Wednesday nite after a friend invited me for a DJ set that was totally rained out. I thought "no way can the nite be over it's only 1am and isn't this the city that NEVER SLEEPS?!?! Coming from Miami, you can easily find places open til about 4am. So we got invited (my friend and i) to take a Uber to Le Bain and it did not disappoint! It's so quiet on the street level, i was convinced there is no way anything is going on, you couldn't hear anything and respectfully that's how it should be A huge elevator, like in Disney's haunted ride, we packed in and were greeted with the best of the best Afrobeats, Amapiano music. There was a huge pony by the entrance and a POOOLLLL?!?! yeah i wish i had a swimsuit id so be in there! Come to think of it idk if they had swimsuits The DJ was lit! The ppl were amazing and honestly i can't wait to go again. It must of been for the end of pride month but nonetheless everyone was so kind

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. Gorgeous rooftop and I really dug the music. It's hard to describe the music that was playing, but it was easy to dance to. There were some remixes of classically popular songs. There is no cover charge and free coat check. There's a hot tub that opens during the summer and an outdoor rooftop. We had to wait online to get in on a Saturday night but my friend had a reservation and we got to skip the line. The drinks are pricey but standard for a place in NY (around $14). I had a great time. I love to dance and I would come back here to do it again.

Saturday is house music. Best nights for turn up music are Wednesday and Thursday

How much is it to get in?

I've never had to pay to get in. But they get very picky and don't allow everyone in all the time. They make excuses but go there looking nice and there should not be a problem.

Is there a cover charge at the door?

No, there was no cover the times I had went :)

    Yes, it's open..

This person proceeds to say one of the workers kicked his friend out because she was "assaulted" and let me tell you this is far from the truth, as I was the one who was apart of that altercation. To set the scene: I was there with my boyfriend this night. We come here once a month if not every other month for a smoke and cocktail. There was a group of loud folks - who we presume had been drinking - but didn't think much of it. At some point I had to use the bathroom, and there's only one here. I knocked on the door and turned the knob but it was locked. I wanted a few minutes, knocked again - lightly both times - but again no one came out. There was some old newspaper nearby that had in my hand while I waited for someone to come out. A moment later a woman barged from bathroom angrily and was holding her hand up and it appeared she had something sharp - like a hand knife or small blade. She was belligerent, yelling about why I was bothering her in the bathroom and got really close. I was almost sure she was going to stab or seriously injure me with whatever she had in her hand. I only had a moment to think and defend myself... she was pretty damn loud that everyone turned around. I shoved her to give me some space between her and myself and that sharp object. She then started screaming and I pushed her away again, and she continued to charge after me. My own boyfriend and two men had to get her away (for context I'm 5'3 100lbs and she was a lot lager than myself) and she was dragged out by staff and kicked her friends out as well. Outside, you can hear her screaming and crying saying I had started it, I assaulted her, she was going to call the cops etc.. Im glad I wasn't hurt because she's absolutely insane and I should have been the one to call and press charges for her making an attempt. No one harassed her even in the slightest. She was incredibly drunk or blacked out or high on cocaine or something. They have security footage and the testimonies of my own boyfriend who witnessed it happen from start to finish and several other people + staff that could recount this story. That said - FAFO. Good riddance and don't come back, chump.

Still, it's a good place to lounge and chill, kick back with a good cigar, and enjoy a decent selection of bourbons. Good service at overall. Must say that their selection of cigars is not the best, as is often the case with lounges with no humidor.

We thought mini golf was interactive, everyone had the same chance to play and it's simple enough without exerting too much energy (unlike an escape room or the dancing tiles which I also came across in my research). Great place for friends, families, dates of all ages. We checked in on the ground floor (also have a coat check here) and were told they have a cabin themed course on the 2nd floor and a museum themed course on the 3rd floor, but there was a party going on. They also told us about the rooftop lounge, which is covered with plastic and they have heaters blasting the space. We went with the cabin themed. Although I don't think they completely blocked the 3rd floor with the party, we just didn't want to have to compete with others and wanted a quiet experience. They have stairs or an elevator. Once we got to the 2nd floor, we were the only ones there and were explained how the digital scoring works. We inputted our names, and our scoreboard would follow us from board to board in sequence after we all punched in our scores. The max was 6 putts per course to help keep things moving (we definitely played more than 6 on some courses lol). The courses did progressively get more challenging as you moved on. The decor was beautiful. Fairy lights lined the space with murals or a ski lodge/mountains around with a polar bear and a ski mobile. Many cute photo ops. On the last course, once you made it, the game swallowed your ball, I guess to help prevent you from trying to play the course again. I wish there was more than 9 courses though. It was fun enough but maybe having a few more would have helped fill the time more. Time flew by and we had lots of laughs. Would be excited to come back to try the museum course next time.

After some back-and-forth, we learned the vouchers could only be used on the second floor, and if used for drinks, there was only one option available -- a blue rum drink with coconut. Unfortunately, the drink missed the mark for me and my friends, and the recipe could definitely use some improvement. We were also never shown where our reserved seating was, which was disappointing. That said, I had an amazing group of friends, and we still made the night a lot of fun. We played the Lodge course on the second floor, which is their most challenging course and beautifully decorated. I also loved the tablet that kept score for us -- it was a great touch. The rooftop area is another highlight: it's heated and really enjoyable during the winter. Overall, while the atmosphere and mini golf were fun, I wouldn't book a party package again -- it wasn't worth the cost. Next time, I'd just pay for mini golf directly.
