Amazing spot with amazing views. The interior and 360 view did not disappoint. The vibes and music were great. My only complaint is that I ordered two vodka redbulls for me and my boyfriend and paid $80 plus tip. Now I know the city is pricey, but this seems to be getting out of hand. I thought for sure the bartender was just trying to overcharge me but the breakdown fully showed everything. Regardless, we had a great time and enjoyed our drinks.

Had a great night at Le Bain! There was a bit of a line to get in even with tickets (which you do need by the way) but it's a free space which is great. Inside the views were perfect and it wasnt too crowded, there was some space to dance. Saw Rich Medina do a full set on vinyl only which was amazing, his choices were so funky and just banger after banger. Sound was great but lighting couldve been a bit better. Tons of disco balls but they werent used much. There was an open air upstairs area too with even better views of downtown manhattan and jersey but way more crowded and the music was harder to hear. Downstairs much much better but nice to have a place for some fresh air.

Writing as an out of town visitor, Le Bain was interesting. One thing I'll note is I was a little bit overdressed for the environment, I saw a younger crowd, dressed more casual in sneakers and jeans as opposed to tight dresses. Meanwhile, I came in looking like a baddie in a snatched leather corset dress and while I looked amazing, I feel as though I might've looked too amazing and I will need to recycle this look. The music was more electric-type, and I generally prefer hip-hop, but the vibe in there was cool, people were dancing and seemed to be having a lot of fun. My cosmopolitan was $20 which for New York I felt like was standard in terms of pricing, and I liked it, wasn't too sweet. It surprisingly wasn't too difficult to get a drink despite it being pretty busy in there. The rooftop gave an amazing skyline view of the city, and I could see it definitely being a destination spot on those warm New York summer nights. I think the pool inside made for a fun touch for ambience, but I did feel like there was no way I was going to get in there. But the gentleman working there assured me that the pool is cleaned daily. There were some people who got a little wild that night, and there was some vomit near the entrance, but the people working there were helpful to make sure we didn't step in it. Overall, the club appears to accommodate a younger crowd in their 20s, and as a woman in her 30s it wasn't necessarily my vibe but I think someone in their 20s would have a really fun time there and it's worth checking out if life hasn't beaten you to smithereens yet and you still have the drive within to go out and get a little freaky with it.

Went there for a night out with one of my friends. It was such a great night. They played amazing house music! Drinks were affordable, paid about 23 dollars for two drinks. There's a rooftop area with a great view.

Come for the amazing city views from the roof. Aside from that the bar is no frills, basic drinks and everything was sticky and felt somewhat run down. The espresso martini was pre batched and they were going to serve it straight up with no shaking. I asked for mine to be shaken, my friend didn't and it was warm.

The best place for a romantic but viby evening in NYC. The music and drink were fantastic and we even got the crepe on the rooftop. We will be back.

We heard about this place from a buddy and decided to check it out before our reso at Genesis next door! In addition to the cool vibe and atmosphere, the drinks were also very good, and a great start to the night. Seeing the Hudson from above was absolutely breathtaking! If I were still in my 20s, I would move to NYC to experience life in the Empire State, cos it is even grander and more amazing in person!

Crowd is iffy sometimes but there is no cover. The most beautiful bathrooms you will probably ever see and free coat check. Have been here many times, mostly for the view when taking out of towners. Worth it for the unique ambiance, house music and lack of cover. Probably should avoid on the weekends, like most spots downtown.

Best night ever! Honestly if you're from a city where things close late late and wanna parrrrtayyy this was the spot! I went in a Wednesday nite after a friend invited me for a DJ set that was totally rained out. I thought "no way can the nite be over it's only 1am and isn't this the city that NEVER SLEEPS?!?! Coming from Miami, you can easily find places open til about 4am. So we got invited (my friend and i) to take a Uber to Le Bain and it did not disappoint! It's so quiet on the street level, i was convinced there is no way anything is going on, you couldn't hear anything and respectfully that's how it should be A huge elevator, like in Disney's haunted ride, we packed in and were greeted with the best of the best Afrobeats, Amapiano music. There was a huge pony by the entrance and a POOOLLLL?!?! yeah i wish i had a swimsuit id so be in there! Come to think of it idk if they had swimsuits The DJ was lit! The ppl were amazing and honestly i can't wait to go again. It must of been for the end of pride month but nonetheless everyone was so kind

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. Gorgeous rooftop and I really dug the music. It's hard to describe the music that was playing, but it was easy to dance to. There were some remixes of classically popular songs. There is no cover charge and free coat check. There's a hot tub that opens during the summer and an outdoor rooftop. We had to wait online to get in on a Saturday night but my friend had a reservation and we got to skip the line. The drinks are pricey but standard for a place in NY (around $14). I had a great time. I love to dance and I would come back here to do it again.

If I could rate this place a 0, I would. Halloween night 2025 I was with my Fiance and my best friend on the line with RSVP tickets to the event that night from 22:00 to 4:00 according to the event. First, the place opened late, about 30 minutes. Second, we waited over two hours long in the cold to finally get to the front of the entrance around 00:45. A guy next to bouncers with a skin sewn face mask looks at my Fiance and I and says for us to leave. I asked why and he said "because I said so." I didn't argue because I refuse to spend money and any more time at a place where we are treated rude and disrespectful. Personally I am of Hispanic descent and my Fiance is black and Hispanic. We weren't causing a scene or causing issues . That comment came out of nowhere and I didn't appreciate it. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone at all. Save your money and go to another bar or club that will accept any and everyone who comes through. We are two teachers and my Fiance is an EMT. We are good wholesome people and we will not be returning to such malicious behavior. Use your time on a different location.

    Cheers

    What type of music?

    Edm , dance music

Do you need a ticket/rsvp for the halloween party, or can you just walk up?

Have the same question, did you end up needing one?

    Is there hookah?

    not that I saw

Is there a cover charge to get in?

$10 or possibly free if you're there for a hosted event.

Is the entry 18 or 21?

    The age requirement is 21

What's the music like on a Saturday night? Turn-up friendly for a mixed group of gals and gay boys?

Saturday is house music. Best nights for turn up music are Wednesday and Thursday

How much is it to get in?

I've never had to pay to get in. But they get very picky and don't allow everyone in all the time. They make excuses but go there looking nice and there should not be a problem.

Is there a cover charge at the door?

No, there was no cover the times I had went :)

Is the hot tub currently open and if not when will it be?

    Yes, it's open..

Are you guys winter friendly at the rooftop?

It's the top floor (completely enclosed) of the Standard Hotel, not an open-air rooftop

We love that leashed and friendly dogs are allowed, but only before the night life begins, so get there when they open to enjoy a drink from their full bar, play pool, watch the game, bring your own food, and meet some super cool people. There is a space up front with one bar and a back room with another bar, so plenty of space to enjoy some dog friendly fun! We love that there were a few other dogs enjoying New Years celebrations and it makes us happy that they all met at a local dog park. The staff is great and always checking-in. They charge a cover for entry of $10, which isn't common in Hoboken. When you get inside, it has a bar in the front and huge dancefloor in the back with a live DJ performing. The bartenders serve pretty quickly, but that may be due to people not buying drinks frequently or a result of the young crowd that is typically here. They started tacking on a fee for credit card payments also. So, you might want to go with cash. Overall, the Shannon is a good party option if you like Hip Hop and are cool with the young and hood crowd. However, since they charge a bunch of fees that other bars in Hoboken don't it loses stars - after all, it's just a dive bar. But honestly, that's what all clubs do. So here's everything you should expect when you party here: There is a cover charge for men and women, which varies between $20-$40 They even want to charge covers for bottle clients, which isn't standard practice in nightlife. I should know, after being a club promoter for over 10 years. Phebe often has $100 bottle promos before 10 PM. The waitresses look nice and liven the room up. Hookah guys are always on the prowl to rip you off with their tiny $30 hookahs. As for the party: The DJs are always on point and spin pop, Hip Hop, and Latin sometimes. The crowd is pretty young and a little hood so doesn't worry about dressing up too much. Every time I went, the guys outnumbered the ladies by like 4 to 1. So don't be surprised if it's a sausage festival. They sorely need promoters who can put ladies in the room. The best days to go are Fridays and Saturdays. I went on a Thursday and it was pretty dead. Maybe it's a hit or miss. Overall, Phebe's is a solid party on the right night and with the right expectations.

Let's face it, there's way too many bars in Hoboken to choose from. Tally-Ho isn't one of the best in the area, but it's not completely terrible either. If you can't already tell, it caters to a crowd of young adults/college students. I age backwards, so I don't care LOL. We came a little before 11pm on a Saturday and it wasn't crowded yet. As the night went on, it got more and more packed. When I say packed, I mean shoulder-to-shoulder packed. There are two bars - one near the entrance and one towards the back. They have a giant connect 4, Jenga, beer pong, and corn hole. It was dark and dingy in there. There's really not a huge amount of space, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a huge dance floor. We sat at the bar for some drinks. The margarita wasn't very good. It was too watered down and weak. Girl, I need my tequila!!! The Dark 'n' Stormy cocktail was made well; it was refreshing and spicy. They have a limited food menu which mostly consists of your typical greasy/fried finger foods. Service wasn't bad for the amount of people there. It was extremely busy and the bartender did the best she could to handle a large crowd. The DJ that night mainly played reggaeton and dembow, both of which I love. Wish he played more variety of other genres, though. Unfortunately I didn't get to dance as much as I wanted to because there was no room. So I had to settle for doing a few booty shakes and hip swings at the bar. ALSO... closer to midnight, the bouncers got rid of all the seats at the bars, which means everyone who was already seated had to stand all night long. WHY? They said "they turn into standing-only after a certain time". Very silly in my opinion, but okay lol. Would I come back? Ehhhhh, maybe. I won't deny that I had some fun here. If only they had more space... I would try to come a lot earlier before the crazy crowds.
