Neaumix Cerritos is an absolute vibe. I've tried several Pilates studios, and this one is easily one of my favorites. The studio is located in a strip mall at Artesia and Carmenita. There's parking in front, though it can fill up quickly when the donut shop is busy. That said, there's plenty of additional parking behind the studio. I signed up for an unlimited month and genuinely loved every class I took. All of the instructors were incredibly welcoming--don't let their sweet personalities fool you, though, because they will make you work in the best way possible. I felt the kickstart my body needed on their reformers and noticed some of the biggest changes during my time here. The instructors were encouraging while still paying close attention to when I was holding back. They gave me the motivation and confidence I needed, especially when I felt unsure about certain movements. The studio itself is so aesthetic, and I love the mirrors--they really help with checking and improving your form. I've been coming to Neaumix Cerritos since they opened religiously. I tried couple other Neaumix studios in OC but I ended up loving the Cerritos studio the best. I love all the instructors here but my favorite is keena. She's always so upbeat and energetic but challenging at the same time. I know I will get an amazing workout with her every time. My cousin invited me to my first Pilates class at the Neaumix Fit Los Alamitos location in February of this year! When I saw that Cerritos was opening up I was so excited since this location is much closer to me. I took advantage of the first time unlimited monthly sale. Then I got the unlimited 3 month package - looking back I should have totally just gotten the 6 month one. If anyone is unsure just do it! Scheduling classes kept me accountable! (That late fee!) The instructors that I found to be the MOST KNOWLEDGABLE with the BEST RESULTS have been : KEENA, DESIREE, SIENNA, PAOLA, and HELEN. These instructors are girlies with deep knowledge and passion! Some of them have had years dedicated to other sports modalities - that is a win for me. To listen, watch, and learn. I had an incredible class with Maria! Just didn't have enough classes with her to know for sure. There was two instructors that I wanted to love but one would (actually) always be very unprepared teaching the class. She would forget to tell us what springs to change, what props we would need, it would throw off my whole excitement/groove for class. I would actually regret choosing them for the lack of sweat and structure for class. I would be worried beginners would be in these classes and get the wrong impression of Neaumix. Maybe I've been too blessed with the other instructors that emphasize and repeat. Thank you girls for a great pilates journey thus far!
