On July 28th Jack drove my family and I to the SFO. When I called him the evening prior to takeoff, he assured me that he would be on time and not worry. As promised Jack was on time at 5:30 in the AM. Not only on time but courteous and an extremely pleasant man. When a family is leaving to the airport they are usually in stress mode. At least my family is and Jack was not only on time but assisted with the luggage. His pleasant demeanor also had a very calming effect on all of us. A person can tell that Jack truly likes his job and that is greatly appreciated. His prices are comparible to other cabs. When in need of a cab I will call the Neat Yellow Cab for a ride.
