Across the board, Jack is the friendliest, most customer focused, safest, and most reliable cab service I have ever used. My sister used him several times before, and told me about him when we needed to take a trip from El, Granada to the Oakland airport. He did all the right things: arrived on time, helped with luggage, pleasantries...but Jack has an extra special genuine care and passion for his customers, in making sure he creates the ultimate experience, that makes him stand out from the rest. On July 28th Jack drove my family and I to the SFO. When I called him the evening prior to takeoff, he assured me that he would be on time and not worry. As promised Jack was on time at 5:30 in the AM. Not only on time but courteous and an extremely pleasant man. When a family is leaving to the airport they are usually in stress mode. At least my family is and Jack was not only on time but assisted with the luggage. His pleasant demeanor also had a very calming effect on all of us. A person can tell that Jack truly likes his job and that is greatly appreciated. His prices are comparible to other cabs. When in need of a cab I will call the Neat Yellow Cab for a ride. We needed a ride to the airport at 3:45 a.m. so I called Jack for the first time to set up our ride. He confirmed it and was on time to get us off to the airport. His cab is very clean, safety belts work fine and he drove safely. We were so pleased with the service, We arranged for him to pick us up from the airport when we returned from our trip. Jack is the best! Totally reliable. I use him for airport rides from Half Moon Bay (and he used to take me when I lived in Moss Beach as well). He has a nice and comfortable car - better than any luxury car service! Good driver, great guy, punctual (in fact always early), and will go the extra mile. For instance he will take a family to the airport with the car seats, keep the car seats for them while they are gone, and then bring the car seats for pick up. Also he is trustworthy. My neighbor needed someone to take her kid somewhere without her, and I wholeheartedly recommended Jack. I can't say enough good things about him and his service. read more
