Never use this cab company. They use unethical and illegal methods in order to get higher / more…read morecab fares. We called the company for a ride from the Cow Palace to downtown San Francisco, approximately a 20 minute ride. We told them we had 5 people and needed a car / van that would fit all 5 people. First, they sent 1 car (a regular cab that would fit 3 people in the back and 1 person in the front) and insisted we all get in that car. We tried to fit, though not until after we protested that it was against the law to squeeze more people than seat belts into a cab. When it was clear we wouldn't fit they brought a second regular-sized cab and insisted that we needed to take 2 cabs (and therefore pay a double fare). When we said no, they changed their methods of argument to 1) saying we called for 2 cabs to start with (three people listened when the cab was order and we all agreed that this was not true), and 2) saying that we were being unfair because they drove from very far away to pick us up (as we got the cab number from the cow palace as one of their most commonly used cabs, this seems doubtful). At the same time that the two cabs showed up, a van-style cab from a separate company drove by. We decided to use that cab instead. The Daly city cab drivers tried to get us to not go with the second company. They boxed us in with their own cabs and screamed at us for a long time so this separate driver could not leave. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism, unethical and illegal tactics of such a company and recommend that nobody use them.

My parents needed a ride home from the airport after being stuck in the Philippines due to their…read moreflights being cancelled and rebooked multiple times. They usually use Evans Transportation if their kids can't pick them up. But because of COVID, Evans was not operating. Not wanting them to be stranded at the airport and knowing they don't know how to use Uber or Lyft, I decided to search for other alternatives. I knew I wanted something where I can pay in advance so my parents didn't need to worry about paying, and something that can drive them and their luggage directly home with no other passengers in the car. I looked at reviews on Yelp and saw that Golden Gate had some good ones. I compared prices to some other shuttle services as well and decided this was very reasonable. I sent out a message through Yelp and they responded quickly. I was able to set up a shuttle ride over the phone two days in advance to have my parents picked up from SFO. What I really liked and the reason I give this company 5 stars, was their clear communication. My parents are not clear communicators, so it was imperative that I needed a shuttle service that could understand and work with me to help my parents find their way from plane to shuttle. While I was stuck at work. Lol. They were able to check on my parents' flight status, and the driver arrived on time. My parents did not follow directions (I knew it) so the driver had to contact me, but they eventually contacted the shuttle driver and found each other. Once in the car they realized they did not have their house keys. Luckily, I work one exit away from their house and the driver was kind enough to make a stop by my work to pick up my copy of keys. I really appreciate the good service this shuttle company provided. I have not personally used this service, but my parents have said that they would definitely use them again. Ride was smooth, car was clean, driver wore a mask. At a time where we are experiencing a pandemic and stress levels are high, it's good to know getting a ride from the airport is one less thing to worry about. If you are reading this and wondering if this shuttle service is any good, I highly recommend them. Bookmark this page!

Recently, they were away and I used Airport Taxi Cab Services to get rbetween Millbrae and SFO. In advance of my travels I filled out a form with all of the requested details and my reservation was confirmed the following morning. The driver arrived on time, assisted with my luggage, and got me to the airport without incident, at what I thought to be a reasonable price. The return trip was a little different due to my having to wait for luggage which never arrived however, my driver understood and parked nearby, asking me to text him as soon as to I was ready for pickup. I'm uncertain of the financial consequences for delays in being picked up from SFO but if I were using Airport Taxi Cab Services again I'd read that fine print closely to ensure I do. Unlike the taxi transport services I used in Paris, neither of the cars I rode in were new but they were perfectly fine, and right-sized for my needs. If you prefer to plan for your taxi rides to SFO in advance Airport Taxi Cab Services is a consistently reliable, local business worth knowing about and supporting.
