I am ok with the amount and just need to find someone to get the job done. The touch up is a small job no one is willing to take. In order to get Art coming back for an empty promise, He quoted 300-400 USD with an indefinite of time of completion and 1000 usd for a special trip! That said he will be Unreasonably Expensive for any after sales care. Evaluate at your own risk before signing the contract! I also have to send them multiple emails just to request a prove of payment for tax purpose. The beautiful garage is not beautiful at all with my case. A very difficult communication!

Two years ago I needed to order some replacement shelving for the cabinets. I emailed in June 2024 and then again in December 2025 when I also needed to order some cabinet doors, and heard nothing back. More recently, the epoxy floor has started flaking, and I cannot get Garage Busters to return my call to schedule a visit to see if the issue is covered under warranty. The first time I called, on January 21, 2026, Shawn picked up and explained he'd taken over the business and that I should text him the details for both the cabinet pieces I needed to order, and my contact info so he could call me back to schedule a site visit. I texted twice more, on January 30 and Feb 16, and got no response. I have also called twice in March and left voicemails. Crickets. Companies are only as good as their follow through. The "lifetime warranty" only matters if they call you back and uphold it. Stay away!

We are very pleased with the shelving units the Closet Crafters installed in our garage. The…read moredesigner, Erica, came to our house first to validate my own measurements plus to discuss a few quirks of the install. Specifically that we needed to cabinet doors to not open into the car parked next to them. We also wanted the cabinets as deep as possible so getting the calculations just right was critical. As we'd walk by the doors when getting out of the car, we were happy to learn Closet Crafters provided extruded handles which can be seen in the attached photos. These handles are slightly more expensive but fit flush against the cabinet fronts so no snagging of clothes. We also wanted pantry style drawers in one unit, which have half height drawer sides so you can more easily see what's inside. In addition, we wanted all the drawers to be of varying heights to allow for more drawers plus better organizing of tall/short items. Lastly we went with the pewter laminate which went great with the metallic epoxy coating on the garage floor. We were pleased with the price, quality of material/hinges and the professional designs plus installation. Would definitely work with Closet Crafters again.
